I started my journey at Keystone CrossFit in July, and it has truly been a transformative experience. From day one, the coaches have been exceptional. Their feedback is timely and tailored to meet my needs, ensuring I’m getting the most out of each workout.
What I love most is how every workout can be scaled to match different skill levels. This thoughtful approach creates an inclusive environment where everyone can find their comfort zone while still being challenged. It’s refreshing to be part of a community that values individual progress and encourages personal growth.
The gym atmosphere is vibrant and motivating. The classes are typically small, allowing for plenty of personal attention from the coaches. This setup not only enhances my form but also fosters a sense of camaraderie among participants. I’ve made connections with others who share the same goals, making every session enjoyable.
As my first experience in a CrossFit gym, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. I can't recommend Keystone CrossFit enough! If you’re looking for a supportive and dynamic environment to work out, this is the place to be.

I have been a member of this gym for about 9 months, and am also doing the nutrition program that they offer in addition to a membership. Being taught by Tim has truly changed my relationship with food and the way I perform in the gym. Over the past 9 months I have become leaner, stronger, and most importantly more confident. I cannot recommend this program enough!

I have been at Keystone for almost 5 years!. After being there for about a year I got pregnant and I kept going and doing whatever I felt comfortable with. Well, after having the baby I realized I gained about 20 lbs while already being 20 lbs overweight when I got pregnant. I was struggling to lose the weight on my own even with working out so I joined Tim’s nutrition program! He helped me understand how much protein I should be consuming, and basically how to fuel my body. He helped me lose the 20 lbs of baby weight PLUS another 18lbs. It was the best decision I have ever made. I kept up with my training as well and I am now in better shape than when I was 20 years old, I’m 32 ! I have also continued to use the tools Tim has taught me and kept the weight off for 2 years now ! Again, it was the best decision I could have made. This box is also a wonderful place to get a workout in, make great friends ( and I wouldn’t consider myself extremely social ), and just learn over all ! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging it’s hard to not make friends. It doesn’t matter your skill level anyone can do this, including you reading this! I’ve always looked for signs when I’m nervous to start something new so here is yours. : )

I've been a member for over 2 years. This gym is unlike any other I've been to. The community is very supportive. Coaches and classmates make it a comfortable environment to learn in. Every ability level CAN do it. Don't be intimidated by the word "crossfit" like I was. It's as easy or as hard as YOU decide to make it.

I’ve been going to Keystone CrossFit for about three months and It has been an incredible experience so far! I’ve been involved in some type of fitness since my late teens but never tried CrossFit until now and I’m so glad I did!!
Tim and the team are very knowledgeable, passionate and genuinely care about helping me learn the positions and body mechanics to do the workouts successfully. It’s such an amazing feeling to be able to see my progress in such a short amount of time. They’ve been so encouraging and instantly made me feel comfortable, especially since this is all new to me.
The workouts are so addictive and ALWAYS different which keeps me interested and motivated, I actually look forward to each class! I’m always amazed after each class at what I’ve just accomplished, it’s truly a gratifying experience!!!!
This is definitely the type of workout I’ve been searching for!! I love being a part of the class/family 😊

A fitness journey is scary enough as it is, going for Crossfit is that feeling x10...Unless you come to Keystone.
The coaches are welcoming, put a focus on proper technique, and meet you where you are at fitness wise to ensure you can reach and exceed your fitness goals.
Seen many people excited as they progressed farther than they ever thought they could! In addition, the "advanced" athletes help out as they can with new members and stay humble about their own progress.

I signed up for Keystone CrossFit’s 6 week challenge. I was going to the gym but wasn’t happy with my weight or how my body looked. They give you all the tools you need to be successful along with accountability and community. I was nervous about CrossFit. It’s intimidating. The challenge was a good introduction to CrossFit; they provide you the basic moves and build upon them. The workouts are hard but motivating. I was so happy to reach my goal with the help of Tim and the entire community.

Can't say enough about Keystone Crossfit. I chose to do the 6 week challenge for myself and didn't know what I was getting into. It was the best decision I ever made! Everyone there is supportive and I never felt out of place regardless of my capabilities. Coach Tim is the best there is! Surprised myself on what my body can do and did. I lost 16 lbs in that timeframe but gained so much more. This was a great experience all around and a complete lifestyle change. So if you're on the fence about trying it- do it! Simple never easy but I can tell you- you won't regret it.

I signed up for the challenge and in 6 weeks lost 7.1% of my body fat! Tim is an excellent motivator and coach, and he worked with me to overcome some unique challenges. I love the workouts and the friendly atmosphere. I never felt so challenged and I couldn’t wait to see how I could continue to push those boundaries. This was the best thing I could have done for myself.

I can't say enough about Tim and his team @ Keystone Crossfit. When I initially signed up for my challenge I was nervous and intimated. But after just a few minutes into my first class I felt so comfortable and felt like we were all part of one big team. A team of people that are at all different fitness levels, yet all mesh into one group to kick butt and work hard to reach our personal goals. Everyone I met at Keystone Crossfit was super supportive of each other. From the workouts we did together to meal prepping and daily food posts. Coach Tim made sure everyone was given the tools to succeed. You just have to have a positive attitude, show up and push yourself. Believe me it becomes addicting! At the end of my 6 week challenge I lost 7% body fat and lost 16lbs. I sleep better, feel better and obviously look better.😉 I would recommend Keystone Crossfit to anyone looking to either loose weight or ever build up core body strength and tone up. Be a healthy you.. this is a great place to start your journey!

I signed up six weeks ago for the fitness challenge at Keystone Crossfit. I felt going into the challenge that it would be fairly easy since I already work out and thought I was in shape. Day 1 proved me wrong! Coach Tim was able to fine tweak each exercise and have you go beyond your limits to hit and exceed your goals. Usually when you hear the word gym you instantly think of a hectic room full of random people constantly staring and judging you from afar. Keystone Crossfit will make you feel like family! Coach Tim will take the time and personally show you how to correctly do each exercise so you stay safe and get the most from each lift.Every class I was in was full of people after the same goal I was and having everyone boost your confidence , cheer and clap when you may be falling behind and a high five at the end of each class goes to show that this program is beyond 5 stars. If you want to get in shape or even get more knowledge of eating right, I would highly recommend Keystone Crossfit! Thank you once again Coach Tim and crew!

Recently I participated in the 6 week challenge at Keystone CrossFit were I lost 7% body fat and 15lbs and won the challenge! It was Simple but never easy, which is their motto and couldn't be any more true. They help guide you with a personalized meal plan and with the workouts it's a complete lifestyle change. Also, Tim and the rest of staff are very professional and make you feel like family because in time you become one big family. I'm so happy I did this because I feel like a new person and have the knowledge of a healthier lifestyle. So I say go out and give Keystone CrossFit a try and you won't be disappointed.

I started keystone CrossFit, not knowing what to expect. And I anticipated it be the same as every other time I sign up to a new gym, workout hard, in the beginning then fizzes out, not knowing if I'm even doing the exercises correct.
Keystone CrossFit is a local family owned business. And very tight knit to the community. Tim is an amazing coach. And WILL NEVER turn his back on you , so you "can't get lazy" , which is an amazing help to drive you to your goals.
I never felt intimidated, or as just a number. With Tim's eating plan and workout routine. I was able to lose 26lbs in 6 weeks!!!!! That I know I wouldn't come close without keystone CrossFit expertise.

I joined the Crossfit 6 week Challenge at Keystone Crossfit. I was a little leary at first because I never did anything like this before. I was not sure what to expect. I took the rookie class, and I was amazed at how the instructors let you go at your own pace but also pushed you to try to go outside your comfort zone. The instructors helped me achieve something that I thought I would never do, get a toned body. It was an awesome place for an inexperienced person to learn crossfit. I am extremely pleased with this Keystone Crossfit and would recommend this place to anyone looking to get in shape or who wants to try out Crossfit.

I went to the Keystone Crossfit 6 week challenge knowing nothing. 6 weeks later I was 25 lbs lighter with knowledge I will carry with me for the rest of my days. Tim and Julie, the coaches, taught me how to train properly and eat the correct foods. Tim said when I went back to work I would be a new person. He was absolutely correct. I joined Keystone CrossFit around the turn of the year and have to say it has been one of the best decisions I have made. I needed something to change up my routine and get my health moving in the right direction, so I decided to try World's Best Bootcamp.
Long story short, at the beginning of this year, my doc talked to me about drastic intervention to get my health on track... prediabetic medicine treatment, cholesterol medication, continuing thyroid medication etc...I told her to give me some time to do something on my own because I just joined this boot camp thing and have a good feeling about the folks there. Fast forward to now (2 bootcamps, a six week challenge, and now a regular member at the box)...I am down just about 60 lbs and am now at optimal levels in everything...blood sugar, A1C, cholesterol (hdl and ldl), and my thyroid is perfect (haven't been on medicine in 6 months). All of this is due to the folks I had a "good feeling about" all those months ago. If you are willing to out in some hard work and follow the coaching and nutrition planning, you can achieve the results you want.
I still have work to do, but I'm confident that Tim, Allison, Julie, and the rest of the community at KCF will help me get there. #simplenevereasy #keystonecrossfit

Best fitness box (gym) in area! Very energetic, positive and enthusiastic place and awesome people/coach.
Note: below review is not for marketing. Tried and tested.
Before joining crossfit i tried almost everything to get fit and strong. Running 4 5 miles daily, soccer, weight training etc . Only once i lost 14 lbs after crash diet but became weak and gained same once diet stopped.
Now, After completing six weeks of keystone crossfit i lost 13.6 lbs and 6.5% body fat, most importantly i gained 1.2 lbs muscles and strength in scientific way. They have very tasty and healthy recipes in booklet.
Coach Tim and Julie are best trainers i met ever, they are personal trainers in group. You will never feel unnoticed. Very importantly positive vibes for one hour will make you strong and you will never want to miss gym.
I strongly recommend this place for fitness lovers. You will achieve your goals and loose many pounds quickly.

DISCLAIMER: I have only been doing CrossFit for three weeks.
To best sum up my feelings on Keystone CrossFit (KCF) I’ll reference what author and motivational speaker Simon Sinek once said, “People don’t buy what you do, they buy WHY you do it.” I took advantage of the complimentary introduction session - as I HIGHLY advise any readers of this review to do - at KCF to learn more about the “what” they do. However, I was truly sold when I was able to assess the “why” they do it.
The owners, Tim and Allison, don’t just look at what they have built in KCF as a business. It’s evident they view it as their opportunity to inspire others to live their best and healthiest lives. This is demonstrated through the obvious enthusiasm and knowledge they possess about their craft. Tim and Alli, along with KCF’s third instructor, Julie, provide dynamic, informative classes that never leave you feeling clueless. Being completely brand new to CrossFit, that was my number one concern.
If you ever read comments about how a CrossFit box (that’s the CF term for their facility) is like a family, those comments were absolutely spot on. Everyone at KCF, from staff to members, have been nothing short of positive, encouraging, and welcoming. A constant thought I have come back to over my first three weeks is “why didn’t I do this sooner?”
You see, at KCF (and hopefully all other boxes) it doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness journey. No one cares how many pushups you can do or how much weight you can lift; no one judges. You simply earn the respect of your peers for coming in and giving it your best. That’s ALL that matters here. We’re all on the same path, we just got on a different junctures.
If you’re searxhjng for somewhere to fit in, feel comfortable in your own skin, and take some positive steps toward improving your overall health, look no further. Do yourself a favor and call KCF today and book that complimentary session. The worst you have to lose is an hour of your time. However, the reward of experiencing all that I have described is worth with that risk a thousand times over.

I've dabbled in different workout routines. From Zumba to Yoga, nothing but running really stuck until I found Crossfit. I completed the 6 week World's Best Bootcamp then jumped right in to Crossfit. I thought I made a huge mistake and would fail. Boy was I wrong! The community of athletes is inspiring. Tim, Allison, and Julie are great coaches and wonderful people. Reagan is awesome box doggie. They will help you with anything. From nutrition to life, and being a better person. The energy in the box is powerful. The positivity and encouragement can be felt every time I walk through the door. For the doubters, I've learned that everything can be modified and all goals are attainable. Check out KCF.
