A shout out to Glenn Kohler of Kohler fitness in Elkins Park. He is just the best personal trainer! I started to work with him last year after an injury had me afraid to work out at all. Glenn helped to build my confidence and my strength and I am feeling better than I have for years. He’s a great guy and fun to work with, too. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Glenn Kohler for fitness for about 18 years. He is a wonderful trainer and an equally wonderful, caring person. He has an excellent understanding of human anatomy and knows exactly what your individual needs are and how far to push you .I always feel great after seeing Glenn. Good exercise, good conversation, good energy. What more does one need? I recommend Glenn highly.

Glenn has been my instructor for a one-on-one “remote” core-strength training program via Zoom this past year 2021. I’m 70 and previously focused on just counting reps and called it exercise. Glenn emphasizes correct body form for each exercise and includes safety tips. For me core-strength training been a more intense sustainable workout requiring concentration and coordination as added benefits. Supervised exercise training, benefit without injury, is invaluable peace of mind.

After completing a physical therapy program to help me recover from foot and knee surgery, I found it very difficult to maintain a regular fitness regimen on my own. I lacked the motivation and knowledge in how to exercise safely. I began training sessions with Glenn twice a week over the last 2 years, and as a result, I have made significant progress in regaining my physical strength. My balance and muscle flexibility are much improved. Glenn has taught me how to properly engage my body core and conduct a variety of strength building exercises targeting specific areas of my body. Since the advent of Covid, my workout sessions with Glenn are conducted virtually, and are no less challenging. I have been working out with Glenn for 6 months. Each workout is creative, fun, and motivating. Glenn makes each exercise personally challenging while keeping everything new and exciting. He is innovative and creates exercises that I have never tried with other trainers. Glenn works around any restrictions you may have (bad wrist) allowing the session to be demanding but safe. I leave every workout feeling recharged. Glenn has helped me achieve my goals and I love our sessions.

I’ve been working out with Glenn Kohler for a few years now, and he has helped me get stronger and improve my flexibility. I started working out with Glenn after cancer treatment had taken a toll on my body that included the onset of arthritis. I love that Glenn works with people at all levels and is willing to meet you where you are at. I’ve had a great experience working out with him both in person and online. The equipment I use at home has been inexpensive. Glenn is patient and knowledgeable and focuses on safety so that you are using good form and never causing yourself an injury. Because of his encouragement, I push myself harder. My family and friends all notice how far I have come with his help. I highly recommend Glenn. Working out with him has been one of the best things I have done for myself. Just to get started. You’ll be glad you did.

I’ve been working out with Glenn for a few months now and have been very happy with the experience. I have some issues with my shoulder and Glenn has worked to ensure that I am able to get a good workout without putting pressure on the injured area. I get a well rounded, vigorous workout which is also a lot of fun.

I’ve been working out with Glenn for several years, especially during these Covid times. He is a fantastic trainer and wonderful human. It’s been great to get back in shape after not attending my gym for some time, and I’ve really enjoyed his small group classes with circuit-type weight and resistance training, that is both fun and challenging. Glenn is a master trainer. Over the last year he has been training me remotely and I love it. I bought most of the equipment inexpensively at 5 Below. We use my steps, bannisters and door in addition to some simple workout equipment. It's been easy and I am now in much better shape. I highly recommend Glenn both in person and virtually.
