I was camping in the area and stopped in for a couple drop-in’s. I was welcomed and felt at home. The atmosphere was awesome and the facility was as well. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a CrossFit Gym in central PA look no further. This gym is one of the best I’ve been to, with two of the best coaches and a great community an athlete could ask for. Kelcie and Jake have the best programming along with excellent cool downs and mobility exercises to help anyone on all levels get to the level they are seeking. The programs are set up for all levels of cross fitters and the coaches are excellent at observing and coaching and teaching and breaking down techniques, for anyone to understand to make sure you do not injure yourself and that you can reach your full potential. The gym community is there with you every step of the way helping any way they can. If you’re new to the crossfit community give this gym a try you will not be disappointed.
