My fiancé & I love this gym!! Everything is so clean and the gym has a variety of equipment with everything you need for the perfect workout. There’s so much room too! There’s a workout room that I’ve taken classes in which are fantastic then when there’s no classes you can use the room for your own workouts which is awesome. Great gym!

Great Gym with a family vibe... Prior to 2020, the management was poor. Since the new manager (Evan) took over a few years ago, it has taken a turn for the Better!

Biggest move beside adding Evan, was approving his suggestion to go to 24/7 open hours.

Clean gym but $60/mo is insanely steep for what it is. Hawley, PA isn’t NYC. This gym is about the same size of most of the gyms that you’d find in an affordable middle class apartment complex. It’s convenient and they’re making sure your bank account knows it.

My family spent a week in the area and went to Lake Region Fitness every morning for a workout to begin the day. It honestly made our vacation so much better! We belong to Equinox in NYC so our standards are pretty high, but my husband and I were both so impressed. The equipment is plentiful and well-maintained. We found every type of machine we could have dreamed of, even multiple pairs of TRX bands. The space is large with plenty of room to put out mats and do floor work without being on top of anyone else. There are hand sanitizer machines all over the place, and plenty of wipes, cleaning products, paper towels etc and I don’t recall anything being less than tidy. I like that it was 24 hours and we could swipe in with a key card anytime. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Even when we had to bring our young daughters with us he was accommodating and let them watch cartoons on one (of the many) of the tvs. Five stars from us - thanks for helping us stay healthy on vacation!

I worked out here for a few years after I graduated college sports then got my own gym in my basement during COVID times and came back to this in person gym in January 2022. Ever since the new manager, Evan, has been here it is a million times better. New, updated equipment and accessories constantly to cater to safer, sturdier resources; a funny, upbeat atmosphere with staff and us gym-goers being like family while still accomplishing our fitness goals; cleaner and maintained; and Evan is very helpful with anything you may need. I workout every single day whether it be my 4:30am workouts or after work 5pm, I do not have that panic gut feeling when going in like some public gyms can provide, but rather a more I am home and in my element now feeling. There is just enough space and equipment to cater everyone's goals and amount at the same time.. and now that it is 24 hours it is AMAZING to not feel that pressure of fitting your schedule around theirs. I am stronger than ever and love attending MY gym.

I'm a snow bird and suspend my membership for the winter and reactivate in the spring. I notified management to suspend, received no acknowledgement or response. Bank account was charged for another month. Notified management, no acknowledgement or response. Now I'm burdened going through the disputing process with my bank.

It was much better when Gina was the manager... there was never a time where I can remember her opening late, ignoring customers calls, or being negligent. Plus, the hours were always consistent & if they were closing early bc of the weather or something, she'd reach out to the regular customers to let them know.

I’m getting really frustrated with this gym. I pay what I pay a month because it’s close by to where I live. I also believe in supporting small business. But for the price I’m paying, the hours are never consistent. They’re randomly closed and I don’t find out until I come here and there’s a sign on the door. Today they posted that their hours were 7 am to 2. I’ve been here since 7 and they are closed. I’m sitting here waiting like a fool and for all I know they won’t open at all today. The staff is nice but I don’t know who is in charge of management. There needs to be some serious change. Utterly disappointing.

This Gym is great. I like to work out with all the equipment including free weights and they have it all. The gym is small but never over crowded and it has all the equipment i need to get in a good work out. Plenty of weight for the squat racks and the heavy weightlifters. Which are a few of my friends. It's clean, bright and airy. Nice people. I'd check it out if I was you.
