We are a strength and conditioning program based upon the functional movements of gymnastics, weight lifting, running and rowing. After running CrossFit Latrobe from 2012 thru 2020, we've re-imagined our programming, creating a better balance between Strength and Fitness, built on a foundation of a healthy diet. While we've made some changes, we're still much the same!

I'm a newbie to CrossFit so I really appreciate how the instructors go over the different moves with detail and offer support. It's a great group of people to workout with as well. Everyone is kind and helpful. I've been going for almost two months and I've lost 25 pounds. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Amazing community of great people, Very well planned, healthcare based workouts. The coaches take adequate time to work with you on understanding workouts and correct form, making the experience much more rewarding. I highly recommend this gym.

I have learned so much at Latrobe StrengthFit over the past 9 years. Being able to complete the workouts is a great accomplishment for me. In addition to physical growth I have made so many new friends who provide support to each other. I am so glad that I "took the plunge"!

Pat has a very family friendly environment and welcomes any and all ages, body types, etc. His routines are always challenging (some scaled due to age restriction) and one always comes away from the workout feeling great. I highly recommend Latrobe StrengthFit.
