I went to CrossFit for the first time ever on Wed. I was nervous due to two injuries I had acquired in my day-to-day life. I expressed my concerns to Kyle and he modified my workout so I could do what everyone else was doing. It was the best workout Iβve had in years. Everyone was super encouraging. If you have never tried a CrossFit class and have been nervous to try it... go. Do it! This is the place for you! Kyle is super knowledgeable and you wonβt regret it!!! I also had my kids try one of the classes. My son is 7 and my daughter is 10. They LOVED it! My daughter is not athletic and wanted nothing to do with working out. When we left, she could not stop talking about the class. My son also had a great time. I highly recommend this for your kids too!!!

I have just completed 17 sessions at CrossFit Coatesville. The program is great. Kyle is an outstanding trainer. I appreciate that the exercises are tailored, scaled and paced for my age and ability, yet I am pushed to get a full workout. When I am done each class, I know I have had a strong experience, but I never leave feeling discouraged. I am ready for the next class.
I encourage everyone to support this great facility at the Midway Arts. There are many levels of membership. The ambiance is great for the mind, the exercise is great for the body and the Coatesville camaraderie is great for the spirit. Come join, and letβs make Coatesville a healthier place. Thanks to Kyle and Jason for a great spot with a great experience. They are awesome dudes. Just like James Brown said, βI feel good...β

I've been doing Crossfit for about 8 years now at Crossfit Explode in West Chester, PA. Unfortunately, I can't make it there every day because of work. When I saw this place pop up just down the street from my part time job I had to give a shot. I walked in not really sure what to expect and was immediately met by Coach Kyle. He was warm, welcoming, and full of energy. With my fair share of Crossfit under my belt I was eager to check out his warm ups and programming. Coach Kyle was on point. His warm-up was thorough and designed to help us with the workout. His progressions and coaching were a welcoming sight to someone who is really into form and technique. He knows his stuff and you could tell he generally wanted my coworker and I to get a great workout in. The workout that day was a nice chipper that really got the blood flowing. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Coatesville, PA area. I will say they're building their gym so don't go in expecting a dozen Ski-Ergs, Air Runners, and Assault Bikes. The equipment they do have (Pull-up rig, Barbells, Plates, Kettle Bells, Wall balls, Dumb Bells, Tires, Ropes, Rings, etc.) is nice, brand new equipment. Coach Kyle told me he's working on getting some of the Crossfit machines in ASAP.
