About the Club

My name is Lisa and I am a certified sports nutritionist, personal trainer and fitness & wellness coach. I have been a personal fitness trainer in North Wales for over 18 years. Prior to that, I was a dance and gymnastics instructor in Montgomery County Pennsylvania. My focus is on in-home personal training. I offer personal fitness sessions either at your home or mine (located in North Wales). In home training allows for a more focused session with the added benefits of convenience, privacy and time savings. I have devoted my life to health and fitness and I am eager to help people of all types and fitness levels to achieve their goals and reap the benefits and rewards of being healthy and fit!

I’ve been training with Lisa for a while now, and I can honestly say she’s one of the best fitness professionals I’ve ever worked with. From the start, she’s been incredibly friendly and approachable, which makes every session something I look forward to instead of dread. She has a natural way of being chatty in the best possible sense—our conversations make the workouts fly by, while still keeping me focused and motivated.
One of Lisa’s greatest strengths is her flexibility. She’s always willing to adapt workouts based on how I’m feeling that day, my schedule, or even just the energy I’m bringing in. That adaptability has made consistency so much easier for me.

Beyond the workouts, Lisa is very knowledgeable about nutrition and weight management. This is especially important for clients who have lost weight with GLP-1 medication. She’ll help navigate the transition and offer practical strategies to maintain progress while continuing to build strength and confidence.

What I really appreciate is that Lisa keeps things interesting—no two sessions ever feel the same. She brings variety, energy, and encouragement that make me feel supported every step of the way.
