This class saved my life 🙌 and has built major confidence in my daughter and I. Ian is an amazing coach/teacher to say the least. Kids & adults can learn a lot from this class! Trying out that free 1st class helped so much, it doesnt hurt to try & I'm glad I did!

I’ve been training Muay Thai here for over one year now and love it. Ian is a great instructor who pushes you through challenges while making you feel safe and comfortable. It’s also fun! I have seen a major transformation in my fitness, physique, confidence, and mental health. I especially love the opportunity to have private training sessions. I highly recommend! Being brave enough to walk in to your first class is the hardest and most intimidating part. Do it!

Ian is an incredibly adept instructor who has a way of making Muay Thai easy and fun. He’s got a real talent for understanding how people learn and adapting his instruction to student. Great with kids. Never does any weird Mc-Dojo stuff. Keeps it practical and real. If you want to find out why so many people love to train Muay That, Ian is your guy.

Can’t beat the price for the knowledge you’re gonna be getting from a well experienced fighter as the head coach. Very accommodating and friendly staff, willing to work with all experience levels. If you’re on the fence about trying out a class, do it!
