I would say MadFit is a vibrant and welcoming place where a diverse community comes together across all ages. With an abundance of equipment and continual upgrades, it’s a space where possibilities flourish. From the cycling room to the aerobics room and the dedicated women-only area, the friendly staff and exceptional trainers provide support and encouragement. I love this gym. The staff is friendly. There is a great range of equipment to choose from. There are so many classes for everyone to choose from and I highly recommend Zumba with Cynthia. She is fantastic, inclusive, and funny as can be. People that come to this gym are kind and welcoming. I can't recommend Maddfit enough.

I started a weight loss journey and I signed up at Maddfit 5 1/2 months ago. It’s really clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. Plus when I first started, It had a woman section that I could use instead of being on the open floor. Now I’m out there with everyone else and I feel great because I’ve lost 56 lbs I look forward to going five days a week.

Poorly maintained equipment cushion pads worn out I informed the manager a month ago. He has done nothing to correct the problem and to top it off they recently raised a membership price by 10%

I love this gym! The staff, equipment and members are all wonderful! My only complaint is that they don’t offer a child watch area like they use to. I would be able to come more if they did.

I had reached out to see about personal training. They have a system online where you can request information and then contact. That form says that you'll be contacted within 48 hours. After about a week I decided to call. I was able to talk to Sam one of the trainers. He seemed genuinely interested in having me come in and discuss my needs. He was busy when I had some time later that week to stop in, but said someone could give us a tour to check out the gym. 2 days later I showed up to see about a tour. The young girl seemed completely disinterested in helping my daughter and I look around the gym. She threw some tablets in front of us and told them us to fill them out without much explanation. She walked away and started talking about the gym without introducing herself or letting us know to follow her. As she was walking several paces ahead of us, I mentioned several times that it was hard to hear her when she was not facing us. She seemed annoyed the whole time. After about 5 minutes we thanked her for her time and left. I am sure this is not the best representation of their employees. Sam showed that they had people who cared and were interested in earning business. This individual, however, did not give us a good experience and I fear we have checked this one off the list.

This one star rating is by no means a reflection of the quality of the gym or the their personnel. Both are outstanding . This review is based on the their and FX Studios relationship with ABC Fitness Solutiions who is a third party billing company for thousands of fitness clubs and gyms in the US. Google them and the first two lines are consumer affairs complaints and also the BBB. On Jan. 2023 I paid for a full membership on a credit card. I noticed I was also being charged as a monthly membership on another card. I brought it to Maddfit managements attention and they said they would look into it which I truly believe they did. After five months I received a check from ABC and deposited it. Two days later there was a stop payment on the check. Through vigorous attempts to speak to someone and was successful they suggested I send them an email. It has been a week with no response. I do not expect one. This company is a sham. My warning to anyone that is considering Madfitt or FX Studios or any gym that is using ABC Fitness Solutions as their billing company to pay by check or cash and remove any credit card information on file. Even if you have to shut those cards down. What happened to me can happen to you. All you have to do is Google ABC Fitness Solutions and read the horror stories.
