Makefield Fitness is a boutique style personal training facility located in Yardley, Pa. We are set up for individual and small group fitness training. Established in 2014, we are uniquely positioned to help our clients reach their fitness goals in a safe, educational, and fun environment. It’s comfortable at Makefield Fitness and clean. Colin has all the right equipment, very knowledgeable, his background is physical therapy, he listens, will work with any ache you might have, a good work out. An all around excellent experience. And fun!!!

My wife and I became clients of Makefield Fitness in January of 2021 after several years of working with fitness trainers in a national franchised gym. We sought a facility and trainer that was singularly focused upon fitness training. We are very pleased that we made the change.

Each week we are scheduled for 3 hourly fitness sessions with owner / operator Colin Kuechler; a very experienced and knowledgeable fitness trainer. He assesses our fitness goals and needs separately and tailors exercise activities each session accordingly. We are the only clients receiving direction from Colin during each session. Makefield Fitness is a well equipped facility.

Colin is an excellent personal trainer who has been patient and professional while getting the best out of you during a workout session. He listened to my goals very carefully and has been able to give me a variety of workout options every week to keep me motivated. I have been to numerous trainers in Yardley area and can easily say he is one of the best. Unlike other trainers who have asked me to load up heavily on protein shakes and lift huge amount of weights from day 1, Colin has been able to fine tune the workout sessions to suit my goals and capability. I think you get a much better work out when you are being guided by someone who can make sure you are doing everything correctly and that you are pushing yourself in a healthy way. I highly recommend him.

I have been working with Colin for over 3 years. Colin utilizes a balanced approach to health and fitness and designs workouts that focus on core, flexibility, strength building and endurance. Each session is different, which keeps them interesting and challenging. Colin pushes me out of my comfort zone; he is well attuned to what I can accomplish (even when I'm not) and it's hard to argue with him when the results prove him right! I can honestly say that I am in the best shape I've been in 20+ years - I have greater flexibility in my golf swings, I'm running multiple 5ks, and my resting heart rate has been significantly lowered. I would highly recommend Colin as a personal trainer; he delivers results not only through our workouts, but also by instilling better, healthier life choices.

I, along with my wife, have been training with Colin for more than 5 years. He makes a concerted effort to address our needs and makes the workout interesting and fun. I had previously suffered frequently from back pain but those incidences have decreased significantly since I started with Colin. My strength and flexibility have also improved.
