Our gym offers personal and small group training as well as boot camps, and we’re family friendly! Max out has been a great place for me to workout at especially as a D1 athlete! Your workouts are very personalized towards your goals and help you to attain them. I have been here for years and they have helped me to improve and develop as a player. They work in workouts that really help you to improve towards your specific sport and are very flexible with the hours that you are working to go in at. Couldn’t imagine working out anywhere else!

We can't say enough great things about Spencer! He is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about what he does, and it shows. He fully evaluates each athlete in order to identify any areas of weakness they have, and he takes the time to truly understand their individual goals and what they are hoping to achieve.
Our children have very different goals and entirely different areas weakness that needed to be addressed. Because Spencer writes customized training programs for every athlete he works with, both of our kids saw immediate results and they are continuing to improve. Most importantly, they are both having FUN. Spencer is high-energy, positive, and motivating, and our family absolutely loves working with him.

Kyle Spencer and Kevin go above and beyond to what it means to encompass a family style gym. I have had the opportunity to train at MaxOut for the past several years, training for a college sport to then transitioning out of college athletics into casual fitness once graduated. They have pushed me to limits I never thought imaginable and this place has been special to me in many ways. I cannot recommend MaxOut in Exton enough!

Love this gym! The trainers(Kyle, Spencer, Kevin)there are awesome and really care about you as well as motivating you. They have done such a great job creating individual and personalized workout plans designed specifically just for you. The atmosphere there is one of a kind and you can’t find that at any other gym. My family loves MaxOut Fitness Exton! We initially started for our son’s team training, but have moved to getting our family involved. They are intentional in their guidance for exercise and create routines for individuals that suit the person where they are. They go over the different exercises so you are not lost, and they want to prevent injuries while getting you stronger. They are always creating new routines so it feels new. It’s a great place to learn as well as get a great workout. They also play awesome music so you don’t have to bring your headphones 🎧 It’s a great atmosphere for all walks of life. Check them out sometime if you are looking for a gym or training!

MaxOut is hands-down the best gym and personal training in Exton! All the trainers here are so supportive and will always be there for you, no matter how far along you are on your fitness journey.
I worked out for months at a normal gym, not realizing how many mistakes I was making in my form, and as soon as I got to MaxOut, Kyle and Kevin knew exactly what to do. In a few weeks, I had a schedule fully tailored to my sport and needs, and they would always check my technique to make sure I was getting the most out of each workout.
It's a beautiful space, with everything you could possibly want, and more importantly, the trainers here will always push you to your max and get better. Super friendly and welcoming community, could not recommend more highly!

These gentlemen observe, correct and optimize everyone's technique ensuring most favorable results in strength and fitness without injury.
I've gone from 2 days to 5 days per week with progressively more rigorous workout plans developed weekly by this innovative team. If new potential members are looking for something different in order to obtain positive results - look no further... Kyle & Kevin listen and deliver results...
The majority of the members I've met are very focused and serious about their health and training regimen. This is NOT a social club, it's a training and fitness for health club.

I have been training at Maxout for several years and I can honestly say it is by far the best training environment I could have asked for. Kyle, Kevin, Spencer are really a dynamic team that each have unique skill-sets to pair with individual goals. There are definitely choices out there but this is hybrid approach to training (flexibility of working out when you want plus being able to get individual training support and programs at any time) is really one of a kind. I just came here for the first time tonight for a Girl Scout event, and it was such a fun experience. The instructors were very nice, and I thought that it really helped me get more exercise! I hope that I can get to go back here sometime soon :)
