Linds is a great trainer and her classes are among the best in the area. I have trained with Linds for a while and she keeps me motivated and engaged (with a dose of tough love when I slack off!). As a working mom of busy kids, I love that she has a 5am and 6am class! Each class time has its own "vibe" but everyone is so kind and welcoming of new members!

I can’t say enough good things about Lindsay and her studio. I started going to group classes shortly after my wife started. Class sizes are perfect and are as challenging as your willing to make it. She also always ensures proper form and explains all the exercises prior to starting the class.

Good classes and nice, small environment. I just felt the classes were way advanced for my workout level—if your not in shape already. I was in pain after and didn’t feel motivated to keep attending. Plus, at the time there were limited evening options if you actually have to go to work. I got the impression this studio is geared toward Peters Twp. Stay at Home Parents who have the time and money to work out daily.

MWM is an exceptional place for small studio workout classes or personal training. Lindsay(owner) is extremely knowledgeable, fabulous at motivating & pushing you to get better. MWM small group classes are fun & the members are friendly & welcoming. Lindsay & her studio is a great place to get & feel stronger.

Can’t say enough good things about Move with Me studio. Lindsay pushes you to be your best self. The classes are well prepared in advance and the class size lends itself to individualized instruction and modification if needed. Many options including personal training, studio classes and a home program. You won’t leave any of them not feeling better about yourself,

Move With Me is the best studio in the South Hills! I have gone to many different studios in the area and even have a Peloton, but come to MWM because of Linds and the classes. The group classes are a perfect size that allow you to get personal training advice that is safe for you and your body! The atmosphere is so welcoming as well! Try a class, you will not regret it!

I began working out at Move With Me Studio when it opened earlier this year. With the small class sizes, Lindsay (owner) and her other instructors ensure each exercise is done correctly, are able to answer questions, and can provide modifications. The studio is clean, well equipped, and professional with a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I had worked out consistently at two other gyms over the last five years, and I am the strongest and most in-shape I have been since starting at Move With Me. Lindsay is not only motivating, but she is a wealth of knowledge about the body, how it works, and how to make it healthier and stronger through exercise.

I have gone to so many group fitness studios in the Pittsburgh area, and I can honestly say Move with me is one of my FAVORITES! I started studio sweat classes in January when Lindsey opened and her studio is one of a kind! The class size is small allowing Lindsey to get to know her members. She encourages you to up your weight selection or helps you modify to move your body better. I feel stronger physically and mentally when leaving her classes! I cannot recommend her studio and community enough!

I have been going to Move With Me twice a week since the studio opened in January. Lindsay is a great instructor for people at all fitness levels. She knows how to make exercises more challenging and she also knows how to modify them for those who need it. I would recommend MWM Studio to anyone looking to get into a good fitness routine!

Amazing workout!! Linds creates an atmosphere that is challenging but still fun! She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe while working out with her! Couldn't recommend more!!
