A truly warm and welcoming yoga studio. Valerie may be one of the finest teachers that I have ever experienced. Would like more gentle classes for those of us with injuries of the past....the active classes are excellent as well, but pretty intense in some poses and pace.

A wonderful place for yoga! I have personally attended classes led by three of the instructors and I plan my practices during the week to include each one. I start my week with a moderately (for me) vigorous one, ramp up mid-week, and then slow it down as the week comes to an end. I love the various payment options too. A yoga studio offering many different styles of yoga, with classes every day of the week, led by dedicated (and fun!) Instructors, for an incredibly reasonable price..... in MEADVILLE?!?!?!? Somebody pinch me I must be dreaming! Seriously, there is a yoga class for any and all bodies at Meadville Yoga!
