I've trained with Megan for 3 years, and I can honestly say it's been a game-changer. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, always upbeat, and knows exactly how to push me without overwhelming me. She has a unique way of helping you “embrace the suck”, and get through each workout. I “ love” the deadlift, lol. Every session is tailored to my goals, and I’ve seen real progress—not just physically, but mentally too. I feel stronger and noticed the difference since training. My bloodwork was the best it’s been in years. I’ve always felt good after every workout. If you're looking for a trainer who genuinely cares and knows their stuff, Megan is the one!
