Fully equipped personal training gym catering to clients of all ages. We offer small group training at $25/hour. Individual private sessions at $55/hour or $35/half hour. We offer HIIT classes on Wednesday’s at 4:30 and Saturday’s at 8am. HIIT classes are drop in for $10. We also have virtual training that you can do from the comfort of your home. Contact us for virtual training prices.

I have been training with Steve and Kathy Messner for over a year. When I met them, I was a physical and emotional wreck after the loss of my youngest daughter. As a larger woman, I feared being judged and shamed, but those fears were unfounded. Kathy and Steve create a loving and healthy environment at their studio.
My strength has increased significantly, and I can now take the stairs without feeling out of breath or unstable.
This past spring, I traveled to the UK and managed to handle the walking and strenuous activities. I know I have a long way to go on my healing journey, but I feel confident that I am in good hands with Kathy and Steve's support.

I have been training with Steve for about the last 8 years. In the beginning I was going for heavy lifting and Steve was great at slowly ramping me up, making sure I was doing everything right so as to not injury myself, while still adding in some new things to keep the workouts fresh. As I've aged Steve and Kathy have been great about working around ailments, while still adding in new workouts to keep it from getting repetitive. While I'm not hitting personal bests anymore I continue to keep my strength up in safe and fun environment. It really is like another family and everyone at the gym makes it a fun place to workout. That really helps to keep you coming back and staying consistent.

Kathy and Steve both helped me prepare for my collegiate career. They truly care about you and wanting you to succeed in and out of the gym! Training is an stress-free environment and I always felt so comfortable to try new things that I never thought I could do. I can't say enough good things about this place! I have been going since the end of May for the group classes in the AM twice a week and I've noticed myself gain muscle and a bunch of confidence! Kathy is amazing, friendly, supportive, and motivating. Just when I think I can't do more, she gives me a good boost and motivates me and sure enough I could do more. The atmosphere is very welcoming and place has everything you need for a workout. The group classes aren't huge and I feel like I get a lot of support even for it being group! Would definitely recommend!

I never was a gym person, but I've been training with Steve for almost a year now and it's been great! He's really considerate of any of your limitations, works with you to meet your goals and takes a lot of the stress out of "doing gym stuff". Everyone else that goes there also seems to be very chill and inviting. Oh, they also have DOGS. You can watch the dogs nap while you work out. It's surprisingly calming.

Messner Fitness is amazing. I have wanted to increase my strength for so long, but nothing (and I mean nothing) could keep me motivated and working out regularly.
