Excellent family owned gym. Large facility with plenty of well maintained equipment. Free weights and cable machines for every fitness level. Staff is very friendly and they work hard to keep the gym and locker rooms clean.
Highly recommend if looking for a gym.

It's okay in the winter, fall, maybe even early spring. When I could get here at 6:00 in the morning and there's very few people here it's okay. Now that it's summertime, it's hot inside the gym it's disgusting. The regulars do not wipe the equipment down and will go from equipment to equipment to equipment without wiping anything down. They carry bags and clothes onto the gym floor and are, not always bit often enough to be frustrating loud and vulgar.
The the urinals in the men's bathroom have been broken since winter, it's now may. And there has never once been hand soap in the dispensers.
The chest press is now broke, which is the primary piece of equipment I use as I don't trust bench pressing at home by myself. The 8:00 opening hour on Saturday and Sunday is dramatically different than the 5:30 during the week and really messes up my workout schedule, but it's the only real conveniently located gym, and was alright during the winter. But now it's just more frustrating than it's worth.
There is No monthly basis, so I will not be renewing my membership.

I’ve gone here before and always had a good experience. I stopped going due to laziness. But I had some urgent questions for my dad’s health. And not only did they recommend items, they confirmed with others that they were recommending good things. Model A truly cares about your overall health, not just people in a gym!

I went there for the Natropath doctor, AnnaMarie Battis. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. It's a very personable visit. She outlines a complete path for a wellness journey that you will never regret. I'm so glad she set up shop so close to where I live. Even though I would follow her anywhere.

Huge weight room, plenty of cardio equipment, very clean and well taken care of. Huge bath/locker rooms with showers. Lots of classes, tanning beds, damn near everything. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly and helpful! Coffee is good in the AM too

I’ve been coming to Model A Fitness since 2006 and everyone has always been great. But recently Kim at the front desk has started working there. Well let me tell you she’s amazing. She remembers my name. Already knows what I like to drink and when she sees me goes to the cooler and promptly hands it to me. She so polite and is always fun an energetic. She makes sure all the weights are put back in there correct spots. She also doesn’t play that old geezer music that you find in the gym in the middle day. To say she’s an asset to this gym is an understatement. Model A Fitness is the best gym on the planet.

Absolutely love this gym! The owners have pure passion regarding overall health and wellness, always striving to provide the best possible experience for their clients. Anyone can put equipment in a building and call it a gym, but what the staff have created is a one stop location where individuals can improve their fitness and quality of life. A solid place to workout at with friendly staff members and very friendly owners. They always have a very clean setup and there are plenty of different cable machines, free weights, benches, as well as squat racks for you to use. After you come for a few weeks you'll get to know the regular crowd there, most of which are good guys and gals. Have never had a bad time working out here.

Place is great. Use It every outage. Clean, always updated and staff is nice. 4 star because its 2019 and they dont offer wifi. No one there could use every machine the place is packed with them, but everyone uses wifi. Why you wouldnt offer something that's going to benefit 100% of your customers blows my mind! Especially in an area where reception is pretty hard to come by.
