This space is the perfect place for me to land as I continue and level up my movement journey. It is such a supportive and compassionate space but also challenges me and empowers me in ways I never imagined. Megan is the best and I love all the classes I’ve taken with her. This is truly a space for all bodies and all fitness levels. Megan will work with you and offer many modifications you may need.

Meghan’s space and business are such a wonderful, inclusive addition to the Glenside community. I love the collaborative energy she’s built with Baby Gear Group Jenkintown - together they’ve created a spot that supports families and people in so many meaningful, much-needed ways.

I LOVE this gym. I happened upon it when I was looking for a weight lifting/strength training gym for women. Meghan is incredibly kind, supportive, and empowering. I got a non-workout related injury, and she has been helping me recover with so much patience and positivity. Her classes are small and super fun, and her personal training sessions are tailored to my individual needs and goals. Her commitment to women in all life stages, and to the community writ large is second to none. I strongly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to build strength inside and out in a kind, supportive, inclusive environment.

Classes are unlike any other gym I’ve been to — challenging but relaxed, social, and fun. Fantastic community.

I’ve been taking perimenopause classes with a friend here for over a month and I love it. I had been strictly doing movement classes virtually from home for the past few years.

It’s so nice to get out into the community and move my body with folks who are values-aligned. It feels like a safe space to be myself and stim while participating.

I love the weighted vest Monday walks, not only for the movement but because the conversations have been super energizing. I bought myself a weighted vest, which has helped ease my back pain as a photographer.

So excited to introduce more folks to Mosaic Strength Collective. Also, bonus points for easy parking.
