I absolutely love having Nicole as my personal trainer! I've been working with her since last December and I must say she is the best trainer I've ever had, without a doubt. Nicole is always very focused on my needs and progress, and pays such careful attention to my form. Every session builds upon the previous one and becomes more challenging. If you're looking for a personal trainer who honestly cares about you and offers a ton of encouragement and positive feedback, then Nicole is the one for you!

Nicole Rodriguez is an outstanding person who has helped me so much in the past several months. Having osteoporosis I knew I needed to increase my bone density, balance, strength, posture, alignment, energy and confidence. I have to say I didn’t know I would enjoy the workout sessions as much as I have! Nicole is a great listener and keen observer of every move I make while exercising. She started with a pace I could handle while still challenging me to do more. She is very knowledgeable in her field of therapeutic exercise, strength building, mobility, and all the things I needed to work on. She is a very kind, insightful, knowledgeable professional. We work hard! We are getting results. I am stronger. I am more confident in my movement and strength. I am having the best time working with Nicole. I’m so grateful that I took the step to contact her and have had many benefits both physically and emotionally. So if you are unsure, go meet Nicole and see for yourself how much better you can feel and how much more energy, strength, and balance you will have.

It has been a pleasure to work with Nicole . She not only has helped me greatly but she is a very caring and kind person . She very thoughtfully has helped identify areas of concern to work on that improved my health . Rather than providing only generic care she devised an individualized care plan that attended to my needs . I greatly respect and appreciate her care.

I learned about Nicole through a posture class given by Mount Airy Learning Tree and was impressed from the start by her knowledge and approach. I signed up for individual lessons to improve my slumped over shoulders which have gotten worse with age. By concentrating on the specific exercises that would help me stand up straight, over the last two years I have improved 90%. Once I started working with Nicole, though, I learned so much that my standards have gone up, and I realize that I have other areas that need work as well. The more work I do, the better my posture, and the more energetic I feel. I'm more aware of how all my body parts fit together and are mutually dependent. With more energy, I have signed up for a weekly exercise class which is further contributing to my posture improvement. Over and above her expertise, Nicole is a pleasure to work with. I do all the exercises she either prints out for me or records on my phone for me. It is so helpful to be doing exercises especially designed to work on my body's problems. My body is a lot happier with me since I began working with Nicole and is thanking me by being more flexible and energetic.

I started with Nicole a few months ago on osteoporosis, lingering effects from chemo and aching in my legs. I am now doing a regular exercise routine daily and feeling great. She has really helped me make a big change.

I could not be luckier to have found Nicole! I was struggling with a shoulder injury that had reoccurred, and I was not looking forward to going back to regular PT for it again. Nicole does a more full body approach to a specific injury, which I believe has helped my shoulder heal a lot faster. Also, she could not make the sessions more interesting and fun! And I’ve also learned lots of things to improve my posture. If you want a warm, knowledgeable, therapist I cannot recommend Nicole more highly!

When I met Nicole, half of my body was aching even with my routine cardio exercise. I even mistakenly thought it was due to aging. Nicole customized sessions to target the problematic areas after the initial assessment. The stepwise approach to strengthening some forgotten muscles helped me incorporate it into my daily routine and not overburden my schedule. Initially, it started very easy, making me doubt the effectiveness of the gentle exercise. After stepping up a few times, I eventually found myself pain-free with a better posture. A year after, when I went back to my primary doctor for an annual check-up, my doctor was surprised to see the changes in my body and told me to keep up. I can't thank Nicole enough for helping me find my health back. Oh, did I even mention that Nicole always gave me the brightest smile in every session!

4 1/2 years ago I had a left hip replacement; 1 1/2 years after the surgery, I was still experiencing constant pain that prevented me from living an active life.
Nicole was recommended to me by a mutual friend. Throughout ALL of the time I worked with her, over two years, she listened carefully and zeroed in on my particular issues. She was always positive, knowledgeable, and supportive. Nicole revised the exercise routines regularly to maximize their effectiveness, helping me regain mobility, correct imbalances, and reduce pain. I now have a set of tools and resources that are available to me at any time, and I feel better and am healthier when I use these routines on a regular basis. It was well worth the investment!
I still have pain at times, but I am able to live an active life, proactively knowing how to help my body build strength and correct postural imbalances. This ongoing work has improved and centered my life both physically and emotionally. Thank you, Nicole!

I connected with Nicole in the wake of an episode of intense lower back and leg pain. Seeing her, first weekly, and than gradually reducing the frequency of my visits over a four month period, has been so supportive. She listens and experiments with me to identify a sequence of exercises and restful aligning that will be strengthening and helpful. The exercises she has prescribed empowered me to see that with dedication and patience, I have more control over my pain than I understood. The prescription honors the asymmetries in my body, side-to-side, and asks the weaker side to work harder. Working with Nicole has greatly reduced my pain and helps me to know how to address it when I feel twinges of its return.

I came to Nicole with a number of problems, that were interfering with activities that I was interested in pursuing, including pickleball, playing with grandchildren, )especially on the floor,)and using my skills as a retired contractor to do small projects at my home and for friends and family.
Nicole gave me exercises to help me with back pain, shoulder pain from a rotator cuff tear , and knee pain from a torn meniscus. I followed her exercise plan and had regular virtual and office visits, during which she revised my routine regularly to maximize the effectiveness of my routine and ensure that the exercises were comfortable and pain free,. Now,I am committed to doing the exercises regularly and as a result I am able to play pickle ball regularly, do home projects and keep up with my grandchildren. I feel physically and mentally confident now and could not have imagined a better outcome than this!

Although I am pain free, my quest to stay as healthy as possible as I age lead me to seek out a lifestyle Dr. He suggested I have a fitness evaluation. I was found wanting in a couple of areas having to do with posture. My doctor warned me that it could lead to pain down the road and he suggested that I see an Egoscue expert.
Nicole is great. She immediately zeroed in on my issues. She has given me a series of exercises that helps my back establish a neutral position rather than sway back, my default stance.
She is very positive and helpful. So if you want to keep your chassis purring, go visit Nicole in her little school house.

I was in severe pain for almost a decade. Doctors, physical therapy, even chiropractors were not able to alleviate my pain... One day, a friend recommended to see Nicole and to be honest, I didn’t want to... I was tired...by that time I had given up and convinced myself that this is the way I would be for the rest of my life. However, after being pressured by my daughter I booked a consultation with Pain Free Philly. It was during the pandemic so, we met via zoom. I didn’t expect much because it was virtual but I promised my family I would try. Nicole was very kind, cheerful, and caring and after the consultation I purchased her program and started working with her week after week! I could not believe that even after a week of the exercises she gave me, I saw an improvement and I kept on going! My pain decreased significantly and I felt that my body was part of me again after such a long time! Nicole is absolutely amazing to work with and I recommend her to everyone!

Nicole is by far one of the best practitioners I have encountered in the US! My father has been in pain for almost 8 years and was constantly limping. Throughout these 8 years he had physical therapy and cortisone shots and none helped... He tried a different PT place and that didn’t help either... His condition had gotten so bad that he had a hard time getting in and out the car...
When a dear friend saw him how bad he was limping, she mentioned Nicole and how herself and her family have had great success with her in the past. I mentioned this to my father but the problem is that he didn’t believe that he could get better as he had already tried. I contacted Nicole and made an appointment for him and although he didn’t feel that his issues would get better he agreed to meet with her! Although the meetings were virtual he was literally shocked and COULD NOT believe that even from his first week he felt better!!! This was such a success because he gained faith that he could get better!
It’s been 2 months working with her and he feels like he can start playing soccer again ☺️
I cannot recommend Nicole enough! She is absolutely amazing! She really cares for her clients and that shows!

I will turn 74 in a few weeks and in excellent health. But for many, many years, discomfort and eventually pain was building in my left hip. Walking for long distances was no longer a pleasure, my tap dancing classes were becomming a struggle, and I couldn't sit cross-legged to meditate for more than a few minutes before the pain made me change positions. Sleeping was often disturbed by an aching hip. A year ago, I attended a workshop presented by Nicole Rodriquez of Pain Free Phill. I was intrigued, and signed up for a free evaluation. That was the start of a series of sessions in which she took photos to check my progress in attaining a new alignment through targeted exercises to improve the strength of my structural muscles (the key, as I learned, to pain-free function). Those exercises, done daily, and refined periodically by Nicole to forward my progress, did indeed resolve my hip pain, and even straightened stooping shoulders and a "permanently" bent knee from an old injury. I think I may even be slightly taller! Nicole is a joy to work with, really knows her stuff, and is very helpful at every turn. I am so thankful I signed up for that workshop and have integrated those exersices permanently into my life. Now I look forward to continued strength and functionality. Cheers and five stars for Pain Free Philly!

I would definitely recommend Nicole to anyone struggling with pain! I came to Nicole with severe back and hip pain, and after eight sessions, I regained a ton of mobility and much of my pain went away. Eventually I was even able to start jogging again, which I never thought would be possible. The exercises are doable for anyone and everyone. Nicole is attentive, caring, professional and will be your ultimate cheerleader in your healing journey. Thanks Nicole! :)

Nicole is so nice and funny. She also knows what she's talking about and I already have better posture and less pain in my back after a month of her exercises. It is well worth it. :D

I attended a introductory session in the spring for Pain Free Philly. I had chronic neck and shoulder pain for a long time. I had been in a car accident several years before and continued to experience pain. My husband has also noticed that my posture had been getting worse. I started working with Nicole Rodrigues in April 2020. At the evaluation, it was evident that my body was out of alignment. When standing, one side was always forward. I began doing the prescribed exercises and within a few weeks, I realized that my neck pain had disappeared. Soon after it became apparent that I was standing up straighter and that my alignment kept improving. I have continued to work on improving my body's alignment . Nicole had designed a routine that fit my lifestyle which made it easy to do regularly. She really listens to my feedback in terms of what exercises are working for me and which ones aren't. She designs the exercise routine based on the needs of her clients. It is certainly not one size fits all. Nicole has been a pleasure to work with.

I have been working with Nicole for about a month and have already seen such a change in my posture and pain level! I have had shoulder pain for the past 8 years that I experience daily with my pain level being at a 10. After 4 sessions with Nicole my pain level is now at a 2! I am beyond satisfied with the experience I have had with her thus far and am looking forward to continue seeing changes in my posture and pain. An added bonus, Nicole is a phenomenal woman who offers a very person centered approach to her work.

I started working with Nicole in the advanced stages of recovering from sciatic nerve activation due to a herniated disc. Each step of the way, Nicole has given me exercises to build the weakened areas in my body while also correcting the habituated patterns that had developed over a lifetime of compensating for a weaker left side.
Nicole is gifted in her ability to diagnose the reasons for weakness and prescribe specific exercises designed for correction. With her guidance, my legs and feet have become untwisted, more stable and stronger in all the right places. I am back to doing yoga and all that I was enjoying before the injury. I continue to work with her to sustain my strength and continue the process of reversing the habits that undermine my stability and mobility. I highly recommend working with Nicole if you are contending with similar issues.

Nicole at Pain Free Philly is a true Wonder Woman! I was fortunate to meet her through a one-evening, introductory session she did for a local community center. Suffering from severe leg pain, I signed up, rather skeptically, but aware that my alternative would be overdosing on Advil. I volunteered to be the class guinea pig, and Nicole took pictures of my posture and gave me pointers which brought immediate relief. I was sold. Her compassionate demeanor, sprinkled with humor, makes you want to "obey" and practice between sessions. Her techniques are so effective that I signed up for a second series of therapy with her when my first one ended. It has now been about two months, and I am still amazed at how much better I feel! I have given up over the counter pain meds and no longer use lotions and potions. Nicole has taken several sets of photos of my posture, and there is positive progression evident in each set. Pain Free Philly uses a portal where I can access photos and descriptions for my daily exercises which change each week, and Nicole does tailored annotation so everything is crystal clear between sessions when I am on my own. My photos are also housed there, should I want to marvel at how good I look, thanks to Nicole. I am 100% satisfied as I am well on the road to being 100% pain free, which is the goal!

Nicole is is a wonderful human being & a fantastic postural therapist. I am a licensed massage therapist and I have struggled with low back issues for a long time. Nicole has really helped me get this under control. She has been working with me to find the most effective exercises that I can do on a daily basis to strengthen my body back into alignment. The best part is that this is possible to do with even just a 10-15 minute routine so it doesn’t feel overwhelming to do every day. AND she can do this therapy with you online through Zoom so it is incredibly convenient to schedule appointments. I highly recommend Nicole if you are experiencing any kind of chronic pain.

I was recommended to Pain Free Philly and Nicole through my massage therapist. I've struggled with pain all over for quite some time, specifically in my neck and back. I've tried many different therapies and modalities with varying results that has helped me manage my pain, but nothing ever relieved it or made progress towards being pain free. With just a few weeks in with Nicole (along with my own dedication to daily routines), I saw quick results and my pain has decreased and overall posture has increased. I never even knew I had a posture problem - Nicole is knowledgeable and friendly, and would recommend her to anyone!

Nicole is excellent in her knowledge and passion for posture therapy. As a chiropractor, I went through a series of routines with Nicole over the past few months. Her routines are personalized for individual needs. I am completely satisfied with the therapies learned from her. The stretches are unique and easy to perform. One can never stretch too much (most people don't stretch enough.) Nicole is professional and caring. I would highly recommend her services.

The words don't exist for how much Nicole and her techniques have improved my physical and mental wellbeing! After years of being told by multiple medical doctors that my chronic pain and lack of range of motion in my joints was just something that I had to learn to live with, I was fortunate enough to discover a lecture that Nicole was giving. After less than a month of a customized exercise routine that she designed for me, I am already experiencing positive results. Nicole is a gift from Heaven!

I highly recommend Pain Free Philly. I had been suffering with a knee that I had dislocated twice. After attending therapy at one of the well known hospitals for over 6 months, I was still suffering with pain and was still not able to climb stairs or walk with confidence. After being introduced to the PTX therapy method, through Nicole, my body has become more aligned, and my pain has diminished to the point that I am almost completely pain free and have become more mobile. All of this has been accomplished in less than 3 months.

I have had chronic back pain for 5 years and have had many interventions including injections, physical therapy multiple times and myofascial massage therapy. This all gave me temporary but never got any lasting relief. I was fortuitously referred to Nicole and I have been seeing her for 7 weeks. The changes have been remarkable! I love the l customization of my plan each week as moves me along. After 3 weeks I no longer have pain in my knees walking or going up and down stairs. This pain was due to my posture, not a structural knee problem. My back is starting to feel better and I can now play with my grand kids on the floor. I am confident I am going to meet all of my goals.

I was referred to Pain Free Philly from my medical professional. At first I had no idea what I was in for "what is Posture Therapy". I am grateful that I was open to the suggestion. Nicole Rodriquez is a trained professional that is sensitive to the needs of individuals and cares about your health. Nicole uses a regimented program of routine exercises you do at home that support the scheduled weekly session. I must admit my health has improved extensively in the last 5 months since I have been working with Nicole. Give it a shot. It works. Nicole is the best.

I have been enjoying Nicole's group classes so much that a couple months ago I started seeing her for individual therapy. Working with her has truly changed my life! She is an exceptional therapist, who is not just sensitive and encouraging, but also has a strong understanding of body mechanics and structure.
The private sessions are completely customized to my own postural misalignments and areas of pain. Each session is tweaked as I become more comfortable in my own body and as my range of motion improves. What I love about this therapy is that, unlike with modalities such as chiropractic care, I am learning techniques that I can do myself. With Nicole's intuitive and enthusiastic guidance, I now have a set of tools which I can use on my own to help ensure mobility and balance for the rest of my life.
