Movement Collective West Chester is a bespoke personal training studio. Every client receives a fully personalized training and nutrition plan to achieve desired results. Training emphasizes developing full range of motion, building strength through use of proper body mechanics, and making changes to live optimally. MCWC pulls elements of fitness from various disciplines to create a unique approach to optimal human movement. Carmelo has 17 years of personal training experience and continual education. With small group fitness classes of yoga, movement, and perform, you will enhance your training. Classes are also open to those without a personal training package, but who still want a customized group class approach to reach their goals.

Carmelo and the Movement Collective is an excellent training facility. He is all about function and form. His initial assessment of your personal movement patterns, helps determine what exercises are right for your body, not just for strength, but for endurance. His philosophy in regards to training, combined with his understanding of human physiology will help anyone gain optimal performance. In short, he knows is stuff.

Movement Collective is great for your mind and your body. Carmelo’s training makes you more aware of how your body works and helps you stay centered, strong and flexible. I recommend Movement Collective West Chester for anyone who is serious about improving their physical well being. The sessions are individualized and intentionally challenge your body. I am amazed and pleased with the progress I have made in the last two years and my fitness goals have evolved as I move forward in the process. The clients represent a wide range of age and skill level. In addition to the private training sessions there are small group classes that are available to enhance the experience.

I love this place! It was tough for me to start working out again after pregnancy but Carmelo helped me become motivated and tackle my challenges head on. I feel stronger and more balanced in my everyday life. He is able to implement full body exercises that will allow me to be the best I can be and especially to rebuild my core. His strategies and techniques are unique and much more effective than the ‘typical’ workouts I used to do. He combined my workouts with a meal plan and he is always responsive to my questions. I definitely recommend MCWC!
