MR dance and Fitness Studio is a family oriented, full service dance and fitness studio offering a wide variety of dance techniques and fitness programs
Our mission is to provide professional dance instruction, instill an appreciation for the art of dance in a safe, high-quality studio environment and provide guidance in exercise and health. Opening in 1978, under the direction of Kathi Agovino, the formerly named KDS had been in the performing arts business for over 40 years. At MR dance and Fitness we offer classes in a variety of styles of dance, with levels ranging from beginner to advanced, for ages 2 and up. We also offer Crossfit, core strengthening, and Zumba class. MR dance and fitness studio is all inclusive environment.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Melanie is a horrible instructor. They let go an amazing Zumba instructor! That was all for this place! Michelle up the prices which is ridiculous. Melanie or whatever her name is went to this amazing Zumba instructor barbs classes just to steal her spot. And tell lies with no proof. Everyone loves Barb! I know I do! What a disappointment place of business. They don’t get my money any more. Screw this place DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS

I've had the best experience at Kathi's Dance Studio! The studio has been a part of my life since I was 3 years old and I'm so grateful I can call this place my second home. I love having the opportunity to share my love for dance with my students and fellow teachers. KDS really is the best!

My daughter has been going to Kathi's for about 5 years now, she absolutely loves it. Kathi's is more like a "family" than a dance school. Can't wait to start our sixth year with Kathi's !!!

Kathi's dance studio is a wonderful establishment. They take pride in everything they do. All of the teachers are nice and knowledgeable. I love that it feels more a family than a business. I would and do recommend to everyone I know.
