Great gym but please can you guys shut the ac off ! Atleast overnight ?!!? I be doing the stair master or any workout and the ac would randomly start blowing right in my head ! My body is going to crash out on me ! Pleaseeeeeeeee !!!

My favorite gym. I have been working crazy hours but I'm usually here every day and even got my husband to start going. I just wish when I'm there at night that people wouldn't hang out on the machines on their phones or just in a group sitting there talking while other people are waiting to use that machine. Not the gyms fault and it's a really great place but people are there for a reason. It's not a hang out for family and friend gatherings.

Love this gym, the prices are more than reasonable, they dont put your under contract and its open 24 hours. There tanning beds but they are extra. They are setting up a youth room currently, my kids go to the gym as well the family deal was just to good to pass. For kids and stidents its 25 a month and for adults its like 30 or 35 in cant remember which. But if youd like to try it its 5 a day. Or if youd like to try a week of it try going towards the end of the month and the staff may pro rare it and you pay like 10-15 bucks for the rest of the month.

I reached out to these guys via Facebook to inquire about student pricing. They were rude and dismissive of my questions, being redundant in their responses. They DON'T honor all students with student pricing it's pretty restritive with age, so adult students at LCCC/or any other college in the area should probably find another gym if they want a student discount. When I originally posted the review, they posted screenshots of responses that they didn't even send to me, which is really weird for a business to do IMO. Without knowing anything about them, it seems like a bunch of people who spend more time working out than running a business. Just my opinion though.

I love this gym in that it's clean and 24x7 but the equipment is very old and outdated and after a few years it shows they are reluctant to update it. The incline bench sits you on the floor and a number of the machines are in rough shape. Separate room for squats/deadlifts with 5 squat racks is nice but only 3 are useable as the others had the safety bars removed. One incline bench literally sits you on the floor and some of the padding on equipment is duct taped together. Newer equipment would make this a 5/5.

just started with the gym Friday the 30 of July I believe my outlook on the gym portion very well received especially for the money you pay compared to the YMCA where it's just 80 for the gym and weights I got the gym 24 7 and tanning never went tanning but included I will give it a go wife's gonna love it

Idk, nursing another injury. Tried to get a personal trainer n it was a waste of time. Downgraded to 2 star.

I've had a few things go missing here, very recently.

That being said, the facilities overall are great. The culture there definitely pushes me harder than at other gyms... def in my best shape ever.

Most of the people are pretty chill and helpful.

24-7 with keypad access, so, safe after hours.

Up until the last month or so I had literally forgot my phone there several times, and never locked my locker without problems. Recently someone with sticky fingers is around.

Nice and close to home with 24-hour access. Has everything you need to get a good workout in whether it's cardio or weightlifting. the only thing I wish was better was another deadlift platform because the one that's there now has sagging parts in it from people banging on it way too hard. That and there's only one platform but that's not that big of a deal because I go late.

Update: 2021. They added a lot more racks in the heavy room and did away with the deadlift platforms. Still a great place to work out. Highly recommended.

24 hour access is awesome. They are close to home and meet my current needs. The gym is clean and staff friendly.
I could see the need to update some equipment, and only one working shower in the men's locker room is what stops me from rating them higher.

I go here only for Zumba. I was never here for the gym. I enjoy the Zumba here. I go to Amber's class and she's great. The room is clean and not too hot or cold. The people who come are nice and keep to themselves.
