I am new ro rhe area and was looking for a gym. The great reviews drew me in to chexk it out. They have tons of weight and cardio equipment and the classes are well run. Having the option of a tanning bed, masssage chair, sauna or water massage bed were a draw for me. The price for everything not having to fit into a box plus the classes - win, win, win! It's fun to see the variety of age that comes in also. You may see teens or older people but all there for one purpose!

Awesome facility, just about every free weight/machine you could want. Membership is really reasonable, and so is their personal training. Sam is an awesome trainer, he tailors each session to my fitness goals and constantly adjusts the workouts from week to week. I've been going about 6 months and have had an excellent experience so far.

The Boxing classes are my favorite. We actually learn technique and skills. Every class is catered to the beginners and the more advanced together. Super friendly people. It’s a great workout and a really good time.

NuAge is the best gym out there. Membership is cheap, everyone knows each other, and the gym has everything you need. NuAge is like its own little community of gym rats.

Updating this review since so much at the gym has changed and improved over the years. NuAge was always a great fitness center and a great value. I teach a few boxing classes at NuAge, but I also use the gym for other classes and a place to work out. NuAge has become my primary, go-to fitness center for all my needs. First, it's much larger than you think, they own what used to be two corner businesses and combined them into one business. It looks small and tucked away, but it's not. They even have an outdoor fitness area in the back. The gym has almost everything a chain gym has, at similar prices, but the community, classes and people are tight knit and you get the kind of attention you'd normally pay $100+ a month for at a boutique gym. The classes are high-end. The yoga class I take at NuAge compares favorably to the best yoga classes I've taken anywhere. The personal trainers are great. Come to NuAge, work out 24/7, take boxing, take yoga, take BJJ, take spinning, use the tanning bed, use the hyrdo massage bed or infrared sauna... You'd have to combine a membership to a chain gym, plus spend a few hundred a month on a few boutique gyms, to get the combination of what you get with a premium membership at NuAge, which as of 2023, is only $45 a month for unlimited classes.

I had an awesome experience at this gym! The employees were phenomenal, always willing to help and answer any questions. The gym was clean and organized, with an impressive selection of machines, including treadmills, ellipticals, prowlers, deadlift platforms, and squat platforms.

The members were also friendly and welcoming, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a great workout and a welcoming community.

The gym was nice and had all the necessary equipment however explanation of charges was not thorough. I joined over a weekend at the end of November and a kid showed me around said it was $20 a month which I thought was great deal. However I was charged $88 off the bat. I called to ask about it and I guess there is an initiation fee that was not mentioned. Then for the month of January I was charged the $20 monthly fee twice so thinking it was a mistake I called again and they explained no they double charged in January to help buy new equipment. I personally probably would’ve joined anyways even had all this been explained because I was getting married and wanted more treadmill workouts beforehand but it really should’ve been explained. I could see how this experience easily could’ve made someone rate 1/5

I played soccer all my life competitively until last year when I had a knee injury. I've recently started with Colleen for personal training at NuAge. She is amazing. I thought I was highly experienced with training sets until I started with her. She taught me new and very effective sets tailored to my personal needs. She has great personality and professionalism.

they have a variety of different machines plus free weights. their hydro massage thing is magical. the only thing I wish they had is a full locker room with showers,(they only have one shower) but overall it's a great place.

Amazing example of what a local owned family business is and should be. The owners are on top of cleanliness. Even when the gym is packed with people working out, everyone is cordial and respectful. I personally use the boxing classes, Joe and Paul are amazing coaches with real life experience. And the price for the all in membership? Borderline free. NuAge fitness center is the best there is. Recommend 10/10

This gym is just like it’s called, NuAge! Kenny and staff do a wonderful job keeping up with the times of evolving fitness. The fitness classes are fun and intense. I really enjoy Marcia’s weekday Spin, Boxing and Core classes. They will get your butt in shape quickly!

My family LOVES NuAge Fitness!! The gym is wonderful, clean and they are always adding something new! There is plenty of equipment and I am loving trying some of the fitness classes and getting away from my normal routine. A BIG plus is the childcare. They have a lot of available hours and I feel like my kids are actually cared for and it's not just a place to drop them off. I dont feel guilty working out because they are having fun!

This gym evolves and grows every time I come back! I used to be a regular member at this gym until I moved across the state. Kenny is extremely friendly along with Frank! This gym is a hidden gem. For $9/month you get a lot more than what other gyms in the area offer. Those gyms are at or above $40/month. This is a personable gym as it is not a franchise. They have some big plans for expansion in the near future. I cant wait to see!

Best gym in the area without a doubt. Whether you are a novice or a gym rat this place is for you. A very good variety of equipment. They also have a wide range of fitness classes if that's what you are looking for. Reasonable rates and its never very crowded. If you are not comfortable or just starting out, no worries. Membership prices are wonderful for someone on a budget. Although the place certainly doesn't show it. It may be small, (and it has an expansion coming soon) but they somehow managed to get a lot of very usable equipment into the space they have, without it being cramped and crowded all the time.
