I enjoy an OTF workout b/c it offers a comprehensive one-hour workout that engages my entire body. The combo of cardio and weights not only keeps me physically active but also allows me to target different muscle groups. The inclusion of the rowing machine adds another layer to the full-body workout experience. A well-rounded efficient 1 hour workout. Lastly, having knowledgeable trainers and great music is the cherry on top. I love having the guidance of trainers to ensure I am maintaining proper form and getting the most out of each exercise. While the upbeat music and orange lights enhance the overall atmosphere. All of these and the friends that I have made at OTF Langhorne keep me coming back for more.

Joined back in 2020 Pre-Pandemic at the behest of my son. I think he got a free month for referring me. Almost 600 workouts since, the time spent to supplement my running and time at a local Y , OTF -Langhorne- has become my mainstay. The staff and friends I have met along the way make it a perfect way to jump-start the day, usually at the tranquil hour of 5 AM. I could go on and on, about the variety of coached workouts each day, but do yourself a favor, and sign up for at least an introductory class or two. You will not be disappointed!

I love the atmosphere that Orange Theory offers. I've never been that motivated during a workout. I typically dread going to the gym but it is different here. I've only been to one class and knew immediately I wanted to start a membership. Everyone is friendly and supportive, it really is awesome.

First and foremost the coaches! Led by our amazing head coach Alex, all of them bring out the best in you, and genuinely care about your fitness goals. The staff led by our fearless studio manager Tara are friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in general at the Langhorne studio is one of the best I've seen after visiting multiple OTF studios around the country (all of which are great), but my home studio in Langhorne is the best (yes I'm biased ;) )

I love the designed workouts and how the instructors encourage us by name. Unfortunately, with the increase in cost it isn't sustainable for most people with only being able to workout for 2 hours a week and nothing more. I belong to another gym as well that cost $30 a month with a full gym, free weights, classes and a pool. I really think they should rethink the pricing model to allow more people to join. I have noticed as I rejoined that it is much easier to get a class because there isn't as many members fighting for the class times. If they want to keep their members they should offer them the lower price after a 4 months, to keep the existing members. .

Specifically asked about there being a 30 day notice when I signed up. Was lied to multiple times about it. I quite literally don't have the money to pay for another month (it's 80 dollars a month to work out once a week) and was told that's too bad. The girl at the front desk said she was the one to speak with me and she knows that she never said anything. Wouldn't recommend.
Also their work outs are on YouTube and can be done at any gym. Only thing special about the place is the heart rate monitor, which does exactly what any smart watch can.

From the welcoming staff (Sam, Lauren + Taylor + others), to the staff (Coach Alex, Coach B and others) they truly care and want to see you succeed. In this day and age when people do not want to work or be professional, the front desk greets you with a smile and by name that makes you feel at home. You are missing out if you are not here!

I was hesitant to try OTF because I heard it was very intense and I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to keep up, but finally the pain got great enough and I was able to put aside the contempt prior to investigation. The only thing I regret is not trying sooner! The coaches are supportive and encouraging and not at all the drill sergeants I imagined them to be. The unique program satisfies my need for instantaneous results by keeping me informed of my vitals and progress with the heartbeat monitor. I may not see the results right away physically, but seeing that I am making progress with each class I take definitely helps to keep me motivated NOW, so that I continue to put in the work knowing that the results will come.

The fitness instructors at the Organgetheory Fitness in Langhorne, PA are great to work with. They provide the motivation and technique support that you need without being over zealous. I love that you can work out at your own pace and modify any exercise to your own ability. Everyone is very focused on their own workout. I did not feel judged at all when I had to slow down or modify an exercise. Before attending my first workout, I thought the hear monitor sounded a little bit like a gimmick. However, what I found after using it, was they are actually a great way to visually see when you can push yourself harder or when it is okay to slow down a little. Overall they turned an "exercise-hater" into a new client!

I was visiting my family who live in the area. I am a member of OTF in Orlando where I now live. I was in town for 12 days and went to OTF Langhorne.
I went to 3 classes with Dagmar as the coach. A former coworker of mine attends OTF Langhorne and told me Dagmar was the best, she was not wrong! Even though I was a visiting member, Dagmar took time for me, helping me improve my form on some workouts and making sure I felt included and part of the OTF family. She also makes the workouts fun and is very encouraging.
I normally donβt write reviews but wanted to thank OTF Langhorne for welcoming me. I was in town due to a death of a family member. Along with Dagmar, the staff and members were soo welcoming. They introduced themselves and helped me on some workouts since every studio is a bit different.
1) if youβre undecided on a gym, go to OTF, itβs amazing! 2) if you live in the area, go to Langhorne and take a class with Dagmar, you wonβt be disappointed! :)

OTF has changed my life. I am not the same person I was, when I began this journey nearly one year ago today. I physically transformed, inadvertently self-rehabbing several ailments (neck, shoulder and back injuries) I was suffering from at the time I started OTF. I didn't even realize what was happening until one day I woke up and realized I wasn't in pain anymore! However, the mental and emotional transformation has truly been the most powerful effect of committing to the OTF workout program. It is a family. March 2018I LOVE everything about the work out. Every work out is different and challenging. I have only worked out with Vicki and Carly and they are both incredible, personable and knowledgeable trainers. I take their 5:00 am class and I am ready to get my day started once it is over! My girlfriend recommended OT and I have been doing it for 3 months now. 8 sessions a month but I am thinking about going unlimited monthly!
January 2019 That review was written over a year ago......... and here I am still going strong . December was my 2 year anniversay - Yeah Me!
Again love the trainers, workouts and escpecially the way I feel - my body and mind are all in the right place. I am now signed up for UNLIMITED monthly. I work out 3 to 4 times a week - this is the best thing that has happened to me THANK YOU ORANGE THEORY!

While I am no stranger to fitness, the chore of coming up with the right program for myself and the motivation to keep challenging myself has always been the biggest hurdle. If you show up, they will do the rest and youβll definitely see results. All instructors and staff are friendly and encouraging. Also, you donβt have to worry about leaving with bruises and abrasions as i did with CrossFit. Highly recommend!

The work outs can be as intensive as you want it to be. Me and my wife go to the same classes, even though we are at different levels we are able to work out together as well as others at different level. That along with the encouraging coaches make for great camaraderie. We all have developed a bond that have translated to friendships outside the gym. OTG Langhorne is not just a gym, it is our hangout with fitness thrown in.

I've been doing Orangetheory for 6 months now but it only took the first month for me to become obsessed and bump my membership up to unlimited. I love the coaches who each bring their own thing to each class. I love the other members who attend the classes because we all groan together (3 squat/burpees or a 10% incline - blegh), we celebrate together (new base/all out paces) and we all experience the same great accomplished feeling when we leave that keeps us coming back. I have lost 15 lbs since joining and inches off of my waist, thighs and hips. I recommend this workout to literally everyone I know - I've brought 3 people in with me and 1 other girl joined just from me blabbing about. Love these classes! Keep up the great work.
