Someone posted anonymously a few reviews down and made some good points about questionable reviews, so I wanted to share my honest experience.

Overall, it’s an older, somewhat worn-down gym. You can get a good workout depending on when you go and your experience level. There’s plenty of equipment—some well-maintained, some not. Do people consistently re-rack their weights or wipe down equipment? Not always.

The biggest issue is the cleanliness of the men’s locker room. It’s in rough shape: broken lockers, dirty floors, mold on the shower walls, and heavy mold in the sauna (which I personally wouldn’t use). I can’t comment on the pool, but based on the locker room, I’m not confident in its upkeep.

Membership is reasonably priced for what you get, and it’s still better than Planet Fitness. It gets the job done, but expect to shake your head a few times.

Hello its been a year and we had a new manager change of this gym, along with updates so I want to give a new review to PA Fitness Hershey. Ive been going to this gym for 8 years now. Ive seen 5 managers change now so I have plenty of room to say this.

Equipment Review:
Gym is well stocked and diverse with different equipment, from the free weights area ranging from light weights perfect for those starting out, doing physical therapy or trying something new there is a range of dumbbells, fixed weight curl bars, Smith machines, benches, cables, lat machines and adjustable benches for all your needs.

There is three rows of treadmills, plenty of elliptical machines, 3 seated recumbent bikes, some stair masters and exercise bikes for those looking for cardio as well.

If you go to the left of the gym they have the barbell area for lifting, mats + bars for deadlifts and a closet for lifting belts or pads, plus there is a grassy area for stretching and other activities, people like use it for farmers carry/kettlebells or the PT use it for their training. Plus there are TWO more cable areas if the main one to the entrance is busy, and there is an assisted pull up machine there too.

In this gym there is a very wonderful pool for elite/pool members, a mens and woman's sauna, hydro beds, a group program room for elites, a woman's room if you are a female who would rather feel comfortable working out by herself, and if you want to buy protein powders/energy drinks they have drink cases up front stocked with a variety if you want to purchase them before/after workouts.

There is also compel fitness if you want to do personal training, and dont know where to start I do recommend checking them out. Its not bad I know alot of people who were satisfied with the trainers.

Honest review?
I think the new manager runs this gym excellently, equipment has been getting fixed, people want to complain about stuff breaking and stuff being down all the time and yknow what? Do you want transparency? The manager has been reupholstering stuff for people who apparently enjoy picking apart the leather off the equipment like monkeys hunting for bugs, and for the broken equipment? Its just 4 down treadmills people are super picky about using cause there is quite literally 3 rows of treadmills that work but people get entitled to THEIR treadmills, and for the water fountain? There is another one by the mens bathroom that works fine and is clean, the other one photographed by the womans has been giving issues so nobody used it for awhile now. Like the main issue of this gym? People, it's whiners and complainers. This gym isnt an LA Fitness, this is 1 of 3 gyms the OWNERS own. Not the manager, and all the manager can do is fix what he can with what the OWNERS GIVE HIM. And by harassing the staff isnt going to make the gym better, it makes you the jerk. Also to clarify something, I had trouble with ABC fitness myself in the past, but if you need to cancel your membership or freeze it, if you talk to the staff, they will either help you with your needs or point you to the manager to help you if your having an issue. If you failed to follow said instructions then thats on you! They didnt ask to use that dumpy company to keep charging you money so by harassing them makes you an jerk.

This gym is great, literally a awesome gym and i love it personally. Hands down the staff are great, its just the complainers and the people who break the stuff make it hilarious. Also if you ever get curious why people complain about the sauna breaking, people have such low iqs and dump water on a no water sauna and break it. Women broke toilets by stuffing feminine products in the toilet, in the mens bathroom they love to stuff the toilets full of toilet paper so they clog. So when I say its literally a people problem when it comes to a communal gym its literally that, you share a gym with people who are savages sometimes cause they feel their entitled to be disgusting. Thank god we have a janitor.

Is this algae growing in your water fountain? Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t dare drink the water here. Maybe I’ll post a review about your sauna too with mold and growth under the seats and the 100’s of water bottles under there. Half your gym equipment is falling apart too. I could go on and on.

I have been coming to PA Fitness for the last six months. One thing I am really impressed with is the clean and healthy environment. When you open the door you are greeted with a fresh and inviting scent. You know they care about the health and well-being of the clients. That is the result of Darryl realy caring about everyone and taking his time doing a great job with maintenance and hygiene. He even vacuums between all the equipment, outlets and electrical conduits. He even cleans all around the pool and the locker room is spotless. Great job Darryl

As someone whos been to multiple gyms, i.e, Crunch, Planet fitness and others this gym honestly has one of the most friendly and welcoming environments Ive seen in terms of both staff and people. I would highly recommend this gym to anybody new to fitness as a hobby or even someone whos just looking for a new gym! The morning crowd especially is what I could only call a colorful bunch of people. There's a lot of old school bodybuilders that frequent this gym that are always willing to give pointers to your workouts. To summarize, yeah I'd recommend this place I've been going here since 2022.

It looks like there are a sudden rash of positive reviews in the last month. More reviews than all the reviews total for the previous 2 years. Many of these recent good reviews are from 1st-time reviewers. This makes their authenticity questionable. I suspect the good reviews here aren't real. The last manager even wrote a review pretending to be a member. So a reality check is called for here.

I have been a member for about 2 years. They have a great variety of equipment. The equipment is not well-maintained. It takes weeks for equipment to be repaired. Worn items like the attachments for cable machines are wearing out and not being replaced. They have 4 slots for 7.5 pound dumbbells, but there has only ever been one 7.5 dumbbell there since I joined.
Guys are videoing in the locker room which is a very creepy, cringe, kind of perverted besides being ILLEGAL, but they refuse to put up signs to stop it. That should be a "no-tolerance" policy in every gym. So don't be surprised when you show up naked on someone's TikTok video.
They deep-cleaned the men's locker room a few weeks ago. Usually, the cleaning guy sprays so much chemicals on the floor that you can hardly breathe and just pushes the dirt around and up against the wall with a damp mop while he talks on his phone so there was this black slop all around the edges of the floor. Some of it is still there back in the corner (where he usually doesn't clean at all). During my first 18 months the pool (which costs extra to use) was unavailable for a total of 2 months due to maintenance issues. The pool is hit or miss as far as cleanliness. Sometimes it's really clean and clear. Other times you can't see the bottom. They don't vacuum it regularly. The lockers are NEVER cleaned or repaired. Many doors ripped off lockers.

Cancellation is a nightmare... Beware! I enjoyed this gym for years, but when needing to cancel due to moving away, they made the process very difficult. Oh yeah, and you have to pay for an extra month as part of the cancellation process. So if you need to cancel, make sure you do it a month early. Ridiculous business policies, but a solid gym.

In response to owner's comment...
Here were the steps required to cancel:
1. Called PA Fitness Hershey. Was directed to ABC Fitness. This is a third-party entity that handles their billing/memberships.
2. Talked to a rep from ABC who redirected me to a different department within ABC. Spoke to a second rep who then claimed I would need to go to PA Fitness in person to cancel. After informing the rep what was told to me by PA Fitness, she sent me the information to cancel. Strange. Perhaps just a misunderstanding, but could also be an anti-cancellation tactic.
3. You are required to set up an account with ABC Fitness on their website. Using the info sent by the rep at ABC, this part was painless.
4. Once account was established, I was able to cancel on their website, after paying fees for the upcoming month.

I understand some businesses use third parties for certain tasks, but putting the burden on the customer to coordinate the above tasks is just bad business. Why couldn't PA Fitness Hershey simply take my information and handle the cancellation on their end?

And regarding the final payment requirement for 30-day processing time... I have cancelled many memberships/subscriptions over the years, and this is the first time I've ever encountered a policy like this. My next payment wasn't due until 3 SEP (7 full business days away). It just sounds like a shady business tactic to squeeze out an extra month of membership fees under the guise of "processing time"... This is 2025, high-speed Internet is everywhere... I would understand this policy if PA Fitness was still using carrier pigeons or the pony express for conducting business transactions.

Anyway, I enjoyed my time at PA Fitness, but it ended on a sour note.

Personally this is the best gym I’ve been to in the Lebanon/Hershey area. Perfect gym atmosphere, they have a huge variety of machines ranging from older machines to newer models! Not to mention with just a basic membership you have access to a sauna in your preferred locker room! The machines are never dusty or dirty as you may see in other gyms. This gyms cleaning crew stays up to date on making the gym spic and span for their members. All the staff were very respectful to me and took time explaining what each membership includes. As well as giving me a tour of the gym showing me all the different machines the yoga studio and the pool room! The music is always pumping in the gym making you feel like you are in the zone but it’s not too loud which is a nice touch! If I were you d definitely check this gym out over any other gyms in the area!

The gym itself is nice, it’s fairly clean although the pool area sometimes is a bit gross. When you sign up you’ll get thousands of texts asking if you want to a complimentary fitness assessment. DONT DO IT. This personal training service isn’t even with PA fitness it’s a third party company named compel fitness. Like a fool I gave in after the many texts from the marketer named Nate. All the “complimentary fitness assessment” does is he will bring you in, make it seem like it’s a free service, give you a demo workout. Then offer you a bunch of monthly plans for their personal training services. They just use high pressure sales tactics, it’s just a gig to try to get you to buy the service. I unfortunately signed up for this service, I have never used it, but I’ve payed over 100 dollars for it. I haven’t even met with my trainer at all for that month that I paid. I want to cancel it, but there’s a 250 dollar cancellation fee. It’s really all just a waste of money and a scam. Super shady, there’s really nowhere online to cancel the subscription. They force you to come into the store so they can try to negotiate with you. If you can negotiate with people to reduce their plan, or give them months free. You should be able to reduce the ridiculously priced cancellation fee. The company is money hungry and will hit you with a lot of hidden fees. There are other good honest personal training services who genuinely care about people’s improvement, that cost a lot less. Just save your money and save yourself a headache, avoid the personal training services.

This gym allows a predatory fitness company to use its space. They tried to continue to charge me after I requested to freeze my account with them, never actually did the proper paperwork and stole $440 from me of which now they refuse to return. I had to threaten to press charges to get them to even cancel my contract and they kept my money! They refuse to give it back! *only been a member since Aug2024* This gym is closed more than it's open in the last 30 days. No one ever is there in the AM to open up on time. As gym goer and previous employee in the gym world, I have never seen such an incompetent company. Opening up 10/15 minutes late, okay things happen but not even using the app to inform the gym goers of the change is beyond annoying. Let alone people who take pre work out prior to going to the gym, this could cause major issues for. I will be looking for a new gym. It's sad bc when this gym was Golds, I never had an issue.

I have never worked out one time at PA Fitness Hershey. On 1/13, my roommate and I went into PA Fitness Hershey and after talking with the person working the front desk, we decided to get a membership for a few months. When I was going through the process of agreements, I came across a year agreement, to which I said never mind, I will not be getting a membership. On 1/31, I was charged $50 for my enrollment fee and $25 for my first month. On 2/12, I was charged another $25 for my second month. On 2/12, I called PA Fitness Hershey, where I was told that there was nothing they could do for me and to call ABC fitness, who is their online biller. When I called ABC Fitness, I was told that the only thing I could do was eat the charges and cancel my membership. When I went to cancel my membership online, I was forced to pay another $75 to cancel my membership, $25 for my third month and $50 annual fees. So I never worked out one time at PA Fitness Hershey and was charged $175. My account was "active" for 29 days and I was charged for three months.

DO NOT try to get a membership at this gym. They will hit you with many hidden charges that will not be known to you beforehand, the cancelation process is close to impossible, and the customer service is no help. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Nice facility. Terrible customer service when needing to cancel membership. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A COMPLETE HASSLE IF YOU CANCEL!

I have had a membership here for almost a year and have been very satisfied with the interactions I had with general staff and the facility itself for all of that time. Because of extenuating personal
circumstances, I decided to cancel my membership. That’s when I found out how terrible this place is run.

I called to cancel my membership. No one picked up, but as I was listening to the automated menu, it said that you are not able to cancel by phone. So, I drove to the location and spoke to the assistant manager at the desk and requested to cancel my membership. He was personable. He handed me a piece of paper with my membership number on it and said I had to go on the website, create an account and then cancel my membership. He couldn’t do it there. Slightly annoyed that this was quickly becoming a cumbersome and unusually difficult process, I left and went home and got online. I created the account and logged in. Finding where to cancel was not easy. When I finally did, it said that I would owe an additional month membership fee in order to cancel even though my account was up-to-date.

So I called the assistant manager back and informed him of my issue. He said, “That’s just the way we do it.” That’s not exactly an answer and certainly not how you attempt an explanation to a customer. There was no attempt to convey why. There was no offer to look up my agreement and point out where that was specified in the documents that I signed. At my request, he took my information and said that the general manager would call later when she comes in. Fine.

A few hours later, Stacy Johnson, the general manager calls me and says exactly the same thing with no explanation and also no offer to look up my agreement and explain why I should be charged an extra month’s fee merely for canceling my membership. I have a month-to-month agreement. She said that’s just the way it is. Literally, that is what she said. Then she said that if I didn’t pay they would send me to collections and then proceeded to hang up on me mid-sentence.

So, I logged back on and thoroughly read my membership agreement. Nowhere in that agreement did it say that I was to be assessed an extra month’s fee upon cancellation. So I called her back and relayed that information to her. And I asked her if I have missed that somewhere could she please point it out to me. She said she didn’t have time and had to explain this to seven other people already today. (Well, maybe that should clue her in that the way they do business is pretty abysmal.) She then said she had several people at the counter and hung up on me again.

I have worked a lot of customer service jobs in my life where I’ve had to deal with the public and handle customers who were irritated and upset. Never did I or was I allowed to be snarky, rude, unhelpful, short, or dismissive to any customer regardless how they acted. And I certainly wouldn’t have dreamed of actually hanging up on someone… Twice!

Was I annoyed? Yes. Did my irritation show in my tone of voice? Yes. Was I disrespectful to her or use any inappropriate language? Absolutely not. The level of unprofessionalism of this general manager should be an embarrassment to PA Fitness. And the whole process of cancellation is a cumbersome, impersonal, and hugely frustrating process that is a really really bad way to do business.

Until I tried to cancel, I had nothing but good things to say about this facility. I was not canceling because I was dissatisfied. I would’ve liked to return at some point. Well that ship has sailed, and that bridge has been burned.

They’ve permanently lost a customer, and by the likes of what the rude general manager said, other people are following suit.

Do not under any circumstances become a member of this gym. There is obviously something very wrong in the leadership if the processes are this difficult and the people in charge this rude.

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! If i could rate it an empty star i wouldve.
They have hand soap dispensers in the locker rooms that NEVER have soap in them. I told management STACYwe need soap in the mens locker room. The next day? No soap. So i brought it to their attention again but with more urgency. There are hundreds of people a day in and out of here. People are using the bathroom then coming right out and grabbing the same equipment you are using. (And you know its happening because you just walked out of that same locker room with that person and watch then go right over to the equipment) They did not put soap in there until the next day only to come in and see they never even filled the soap dispensers….they simply went next door to the dollar store and bought two (yes two) bottles of .99 cent soap and had them on the counter in the locker room. How long do you think that soap lasted?

I didnt see soap in there for the next two days. I started bringing my own. If you walked into that locker room right now you could bet your last dollar there is no soap in those dispensers. You will eventually catch a sickness in here guaranteed.

The managment STACY here is NIGHTMARE to say the least. You cannot make a complaint on her because there is no corporate boss or owners on their site you can contact. Yep so if you have any run ins with this person (trust me you will) she will talk to you however she likes and cancel your membership if you have something to say back (yes you read that correctly i said this woman can cancel your membership and needs no reason) i had heard about how difficult it is to be in the same building as this woman just never thought it’ld apply. She attempted to charge me for a energy drink TWICE and when i pointed it out to her, her answer is “whats the issue? You can afford it right?”

I didnt even know how to respond to that.

Do not go to this gym. You will regret it.

I like this gym because it used to be a gold's gym. Which means they have a sauna and that's not something that's easy to find at most gyms anymore. They also have a lot of great equipment and helpful employees. They keep the gym very clean and up to date. The one issue I do have is that when I canceled my membership I was required to go to a website that was not the gyms website it was a separate company. I went through the whole process of canceling my membership and I was fully paid up to that date. Apparently whatever that company is did not cancel my membership in time or at all. And now I'm being harassed for several hundred dollars in gym membership fees for a period of time that I've never even used the gym because I didn't have a membership anymore to the best of my knowledge. Nobody there seems to care. And now they think that they can offer me a settlement offer on something that I don't owe them in the first place. Seems like a nice place but it's real hassle to try to cancel your membership when you can't just do it right at the front counter where you started the membership.

I am leaving PA fitness one star because I believe the management team and ABC fitness lack care or compassion. I became very ill in May of 2023. I was hospitalized when my heart stopped and I needed CPR. I had to take a leave from work and was told I could not drive for 6 months. Working out was also not advised by my doctors because they needed to find out what was wrong with my heart. We ended up moving out of PA in August of 2023 because of my health. We needed to move somewhere we could get family support. Contacting a gym was not something on my mind or my families mind when I became ill. Once we moved we did end up contacting the gym. Apparently with my new debit card, they could no longer bill because of the different expiration date. I spoke to the manager and explained my situation. They never contacted me back and merely sent emails stating that I owned them for the months of September through December. I completely get that PA fitness is a business but your success is only based on your patrons. Even if I did not have to move I would not patronize this gym because they made no effort to understand my circumstance and instead just want to be paid for months I was not even able to work out and subsequent months after I moved away. It is really sad to me that a fitness club which should focus on health has no compassion when members are ill.

I canceled my membership within the 3 days of the contract without a fee, went through all the paperwork to get a refund check in the mail. Now it’s a month later and I’m getting charged for the membership still, and never received my refund. They’re telling me I’m the one who needs to call the financial department to figure it out when they never forwarded the paperwork. It’s ridiculous - avoid this gym

Returned after a 6 month break and found the place cleaner than ever. It was a wonderful surprise. The only complaint I ever had was the cleanliness of the facility. Now there’s a gentleman there cleaning every time i’m there.

I've stood as an avid lifter at this gym for about three years and have always been welcomed here. I respect the staff and their kindness towards the members here. This evening at 7:30 pm, I was on my way to get resistance bands in the sunroom because there weren't any near the turf. As I grabbed a band, I noticed a yoga class there, making sure not to interrupt it. As I was leaving the room, the Yoga instructor said "Hey, don't come into my class." I found this very disrespectful, inappropriate, and disappointing. I didn't appreciate this behavior in the slightest. She could've had some decency and talked in a respectful manner starting with "Excuse me, could you please be so courteous..." That wasn't on her mind though. At that moment, I felt unwelcomed which is upsetting since I'm paying for my membership.

Update!
I wanted to make the public aware that PA fitness has a horrible cancelation policy that they do not inform you about when you sign up.

After paying for the membership fee for about 49 +, you have to pay for the monthly fee which was more than 30 dollars. When you want to cancel, you are unable to cancel at the club and they give you a run. You have to call the ABC billing group and guess what?
You have to pay for the 30 days following your cancelation date plus fees. This is after you have paid the yearly membership fee. You must pay a cancelation fee as well. This was not disclosed on signing up at their desk and not on the flyer for signing up. Perhaps it is in the tiny iPad they make you sign but of course they know you wont read it. Talk about extracting money from people in a dubious way. So you may want to check out planet fitness and their cancelation policy before signing up for this company.
Just wanted to inform the public. You are probably unaware of this since most do not check their credit card recurring fees.

Beware! You cannot get out of the fee. What ever fees within the notice period of 30 days. They make you pay for and you get to deal with the billing company not the PA fitness itself. Always request for the policy so you can read it. Do not ignore the fine print and if it is on the iPad, you can request for a paper copy (Not sure if they provide this).

With sincerity the club is clean and neat with good equipment's but I believe full disclosures should be made to the customer before signup so that they know what they are agreeing to. Just some truthfulness will be great! I am sure people will still choose to gym here as they have great classes.

Got a day pass because I was around the area for work. This place was ungodly packed with people. I waited 45minutes for a bench as there was a line of people waiting when I got in there, around 4pm. Ended up doing one dumbbell exercise and left because you couldn't even move around. 15$ day pass is pretty pricey and not well spent. Unfortunate.

Do not get me wrong, I love this gym but there are so many issues I have with this place. I have been to dozens of gyms around PA and I know what a great gym looks like, PA fitness in Hershey has not reached their full potential of what this place could be. The issues I have are:

- Poor management, the gym is very dirty and needs to be cleaned a bit better
- Alot of equipment is broken. Please fix the equipment. It takes this place forever to fix something, they just leave it there with a piece of paper on it saying that it is out of order and you can expect for it to never be fixed.
- The plates are literally all different brands, material, etc. Some are metal and some are rubber and falling apart. I swear some of these plates weigh a different weight.
- The lighting is horrible and some of the lights are out overhead and they have not replaced them, again, you will wait forever for something in this gym to improve.
- Bathrooms are dirty
- Because it used to be a Gold's gym, they never even updated the inside, most of the old Gold's gym equipment and branded equipment/decor is still there. Like come on (OWNER), take pride in your franchise ownership and make something out of it.
-And do I say, everything is freaking broken and so dirty.
-No one wants to sign up for a personal training program with NCSF or NASM cert trainers that seem to not even lift. Please stop bothering new gym members. If they want you, they will come to your desk and sign up

The solution to these problems are simple. Fix the equipment, manage your employees better (CLEANING), install new lights, fix the broken mirrors, update the equipment.

Whoever the franchise owner is, let me tell you this. You have such a massive potential of making this gym one of the best gyms in the area. People will come to you if you develop a unique experience of top-of-the-line equipment and facility improvements. Stop being lazy. If you want to be lazy, sell the gym, I will buy it in the next 5 years to make this place outstanding and what it should be. I am not being harsh, I am trying to be constructive so that you can improve. Make this place like a ZOO CULTURE, where people do not go to the gym to workout only, but to have fun being there by creating an experience and a community with some of the best equipment ever. I know this is a huge investment to make these improvements, but the larger the risk, the better the return you will have. This gym could be huge and well-known in PA if you make it something incredible. Social media influencers and bodybuilders love a gym that puts in the effort and is unique. You have such a potential of making this place great especially in Hershey. Time to stop being lazy.

I really wanted to like this gym, but there are too many red flags.
-Very dirty facility. I've seen the same exact smudges on the mirrors for the last month straight. I've never seen a staff member cleaning during the day.
-The hours are absolutely ridiculously short. Closing g at 16:00 on weekends?
-Stuffy and a foul smell. During the evenings the gym feels wet and smells like a high school boys laundry basket.
-Only one of each machine? 1 leg press? 1 lying leg curl? Even Planet Fitness across the street has multiple of each machine.
-Personal Trainers who pull workouts straight off bodybulder.com and just put their clients through cookie cutter workouts.
-The male locker room smells like straight sewage often.

Although there is a good selection of equipment, I cannot recommend this gym. They play extremely loud music, as though anyone comes to the gym without headphones in 2022. The air is stale and humid. The facility is poorly maintained, with cracked and peeling paint and cushions on equipment.

Staff is friendly & welcoming, and there’s plenty of space to get what you need accomplished.. however there’s a few things that need attention.

- Several different brands/types of weight plates, a large amount are cracked & unorganized.
- Sanitaiton. Sauna floors / bathrooms need mopped & cleaned regularly.
- Dusting. Everything above 8 foot is covered in dust.
- Water.. water provided at hydration stations does not taste of the best Quality. Almost taste like bacon?

Otherwise - you can get done what you need here in every area.

For the last few months members have been keeping locks on lockers 24/7 a few of us have complained, but the answer is there are plenty of lockers. In the area I use there are 5 lockers locked 24/7. When it was Golds after a complaint they monitored the locker and then placed a sign on it saying you are not allowed to save lockers and tha at the end of the week the lock would be removed and the locker cleaned out.

PLEASE post signs on the machines asking members to PLEASE wipe down the machines, especially the things you have touched. PLEASE post signs saying THREE rounds of reps is the max. Yesterday I was patiently waiting for a very popular leg machine and it was obvious to the man using it that I was waiting. After his four rounds, with rest time in between where he looked at the televisions, he rather sarcastically asked me if I was waiting. I said yes, four is enough. Of course, this type of person, and you have many, had no towel with him. As he walked away I muttered “and I will clean it for you.” This is inexcusable, unhealthy, and disgusting. There are elderly people at this gym. There are variants of COVID out there. Need I say more.

Please beware of this gym! They are absolutely awful. Not only is there gym not clean and half of the time their equipment is not working, but when faced with an issue of having surgery and I asked to freeze my account they did not freeze my account. I filed all the necessary paperwork and I was still charged. I then contacted them to tell them ..hey I was charged I wasn’t supposed to be and that I did all the necessary paperwork… They then told me that they were going to handle my refund. It has now been over a month I still have not been refunded any of the money and I was charged yet again. On top of that the lady when I called tells me now she’s going to try to take care of it but cannot guarantee anything. She then hangs up on me after telling me she’ll call me back then when she figures it out. I have been dealing with this for well over a month it has been nothing but disrespect and I will never return to this gym, nor refer anyone to ever go here!
