Path yoga has been integral to getting me back on my mat after hip replacement surgery. Both Vicki and Meg are knowledgeable and experienced, but most importantly they are compassionate and can adapt their technique to meet their clients’ needs. I am so glad I found this studio! Vicki and Meg both are so welcoming and always take a few minutes before class to chat, making your yoga experience feel more personal. Meg's self-care workshop was exactly what I needed to slow down during a busy October, and I can't wait for Vicki's workshop before the holidays. The studio itself, tucked away in the woods, is a cozy and peaceful escape for your body and soul.

I am extremely impressed with Vicki's teaching style and expertise. She had a calm and soothing demeanor that fit beautifully with the gorgeous location of this studio.
She took the time to make sure that each student was properly aligned in each pose. She also provided modifications for those who needed them.
I left the class feeling both physically and mentally rejuvenated, and I can't wait to attend another class with Vicki. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring yoga instructor.

Condescending email replies. I asked for more information after clicking on "contact" under the inclusive yoga, because I thought it was cute and wanted to bring friends. I was asked to provide more information... but idk how to do that when I'm asking for the info after clicking on the link from the website... maybe change that link so it doesn't confuse you to come off rude to possible new clients... I was accused of being a bot.

After years of searching, I finally found my yoga instructor and community. Vicki is a present and thoughtful teacher who ensures each class is educational, functional, mindful and meets each individuals goals for their practice that day. With gentle prompts throughout the class, Vicki ensures that students are mindful and present in their own practice and bodies to enable the best experience.
The community is friendly, welcoming and kind. And the location is idealic for a mini retreat of the mind for all to connect to themselves in practice.

I started Vicki’s Yoga Program in my High School ASD classroom this year. It’s going PHENOMENEL! Some of my students enjoy the movement and others prefer the relaxation time. All enjoy this without help from the staff, building my students’ independence. It is a true 30 minutes of zen for all. Vicki’s training of the program was easy to follow and the program is easy to implement. I am so thankful to have this in my classroom.
