The goal of PILATES JAWN is to make Mat Pilates available and affordable inside of our inner-city community!!
Mat Pilates is not often readily available in multicultural communities! Most do not know what Mat Pilates is or the benefits! Often times we have to travel to the suburbs or a gym to take a class.
PILATES JAWN will be a class that will empower and strengthen your mind and body far beyond what you think you are capable of! Starting with the foundations of pilates and teaching you new skills with modifications that challenge you while still meeting you at your fitness level!
Even if you are new or an OG to pilates—all skill levels are welcomed!! Be prepared to get a full body workout
P.S. — Pilates is for EVERYONE—including men!

This was my 2nd Pilates class and my 1st Mat class. If you’re interested in trying Pilates definitely check them out. I broke a sweat and pushed myself but it wasn’t so hard that I felt discouraged. Definitely going to go again when my schedule allows. Oh and the protein donuts they sell after class are absolutely delicious

I told myself to be open to try new things in 2025 and Pilates was one of them. I am an always on the go football mom. The week days are intense and sometimes stressful. Pilates Jawn has made a difference in my mood as well as my body. It’s the perfect wind down for my week.

I attended the class on 4/11/2025, and really enjoyed it! I was a little nervous early on in the class, as it was my very first time doing Pilates! The stretches were amazing! My body felt great the next morning, but as the day progressed, I could feel the stretches. There wasn’t any pain, but I could feel where certain muscles hadn’t had a good workout for quite some time. I plan to make Pilates part of my routine to getting back in to shape!

It's been an amazing experience. Even though the workout is intense, it's still worth it in the end, as it's also beginner friendly. It's at a very convenient time with affordable prices. Can't beat that. I'd get so excited to go back.

Pilates Jawn with Nikki is a vibe! The energy is great, everyone is welcoming and you WILL leave feeling sore (in a good way 🙂) Nikki’s class challenges me to push myself while focusing on proper form & breathing techniques. If you want a good Pilates workout in an inclusive environment, Pilates Jawn got you!

I absolutely love attending my weekly Pilates class. The instructor Nikki is phenomenal. I get a chance to workout muscles that I don’t generally get to in a normal workout. I look forward to attending class each week. I would definitely recommend the class to anyone.

I recently started taking classes at Pilates Jawn with Instructor/Owner Nikki, and I'm absolutely hooked! As someone who's struggled with back pain, joint and muscle aches. I was looking for a low-impact workout that would still challenge me. This class has been perfect.
Nikki is fantastic. She is incredibly knowledgeable and provide clear, concise instructions. She pays attention to everyone's form, offering adjustments to ensure we're getting the most out of each exercise and preventing injury. I appreciate her passion for helping others.
I've noticed a significant improvement in my posture and core strength after just a few sessions. I also love that the class is calming and focused, yet energetic and motivating.
Whether you're a beginner or have prior Pilates experience, I highly recommend this class. It's a fantastic way to build strength, improve flexibility, and find a moment of mindful movement. I leave each session feeling stronger, more aligned, and energized. I can't wait for the next class. Come check this jawn out! 😉

I’ve been attending class since it started and have already seen a difference in my flexibility and range of motion! What I love even more is that it’s not a bunch of “skinny” people and everyone is able to learn at their own level! The atmosphere and music is awesome! Absolutely love it here! Can’t wait to be an expert and really learn how to work my core!

If you want to feel good while you try Pilates go here. I have been to other instructors and no one cares the way Nikki does it’s truly about progress and not perfection here and it’s such a safe place to mess up and improve AND the after snacks are so good i always leave satisfied and happy
