I have participated in group fitness classes with Ryan as our personal trainer!! Ryan is definitely motivating and encouraging! He will help you go above and beyond to reach your goals! It’s a hard workout, but I am seeing results for sure! My abs were sore after each workout and that’s a rare occurrence for me . I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer or would like to get in shape!

I am so happy that I found Ryan’s women’s boot camp in schenley park! He is amazing and it is like having a personal trainer at a third of the cost! Ryan makes you be accountable when you don’t show up and had planned on working out - you have to answer to him and he doesn’t really accept I just didn’t feel like working out today as an excuse! Ryan is a fantastic person and helps you grow in small or large steps as you need day by day. Committing to an exercise routine isn’t once and done - it is a daily event, and I am so excited to have found Ryan to energize my morning workouts! I can’t recommend him enough!

6/5 stars if I could! I've been training with Ryan for about 5 months now, and sometimes I don't even recognize this newfound strength and confidence he has helped build in me. Not only are you getting a professional personal person trainer, but you're getting a passionate, empathetic, affirming, and FUN person who genuinely cares about your health. Ryan has sent me workouts to do on the days I'm not training with him, he has given me meal samples, and he documents my progression at every single session. He's the real deal.

As a hefty middle-aged man trying to get my groove back, Ryan knew exactly what I needed and how to push me without yelling at me. He is a fantastic motivator. His positivism and instructions were clear and he offered appropriate modifications whenever he saw me struggling. I'm looking forward to our next session. Ryan was excellent as a personal trainer. He quickly recognized my level and was able to adjust our session to challenge me and help take me to the next level. What a great women's bootcamp to be a part of and attend! I've been taking Ryan's bootcamp class for 7+ years off and on and it is the best out there. It's a great group training for women of any age or fitness level!! Every time I take a break to try out other classes or workouts (other bootcamps, personal trainers, gyms, workouts from home, etc), I always sign back up with him. Ryan is a great personal trainer that understands the need to work all muscle groups and incorporate weights and strength training in addition to cardio. He's also been able to give meal prep guidance to assist in helping us create an overall healthy lifestyle. Ryan's classes are challenging and never boring -- he changes it up so it is never the same exact class twice - and offers variation to the exercises to accommodate the different fitness levels in the group. It is a great bootcamp for women of all activity levels and he makes sure he challenges you no matter what activity level you are at. As a personal trainer, Ryan also helps keep you accountable for attending class and having goals to accomplish -- he works with you so that excuses do not take over and keep you from obtaining your goals. I highly recommend his bootcamp class to any woman at any fitness level looking to be part of a challenging, fun class with a bunch of other women and a fantastic personal trainer to help encourage you and keep you motivated.

After many years of inactivity due to a number of injuries, I joined Ryan's morning boot-camp for personal training. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to keep up and afraid of re- injuring myself. Ryan's extensive knowledge and understanding moved me from a " couch potato" to a 5K runner in a matter of months. I can't begin to express my appreciation for Ryan both as a fitness professional and as a person. With Ryan's encouragement I saw weekly improvements, gaining strength and endurance. I have been taking personal training classes with Ryan at his women's bootcamp for 3 years now. I love it! The workouts are always exciting and challenging. Ryan is great at tailoring them to anyones fitness level and is good at keeping you motivated! His rates are extremely affordable for the one on one attention you get in class! I was in an accident 4 years ago which resulted in 3 crushed vertabrae in my back and a spinal fusion. I never thought after this accident that I would be able to do a bootcamp class or run again, but Ryan's workouts have made me stronger and actually have reduced my back pain! Cannot say enough good things about my experience!

I love this boot camp! Just finished my first month and feeling stronger, stamina has improved and feeling more in shape. Ryan is a great trainer, always offers progressions and alternatives to exercises while pushing and supporting. It's fun to work out with a great group of women as well. Ryan is also very flexible with scheduling which i appreciated a lot. Give this camp a try!!
