There is a reason I never go to this gym and drive 20min to another one. I froze my acct, trying to get it unfroze as been a nightmare. Online form, Noone returns any info. Mgmt is never available & noone seems to know how to unfreeze
Multiple times I was told to drive from ct to unfreeze; obv they have no idea where ct is to just "drive " down...
Now I updated my info online, like cc etc
It does not let me take out old bank acct- despite updating everything 2months now they charged me late fees dispute showing them i updated/changed info. C.S did nothing, calling gym is a JOKE..mgmt never there, never returns call

They took Money while dealing with my husband and pancreatic cancer,2022 and 23. agreed to return the money when shown proof (I did let them know ) because of contract. Like medical co-pays weren't bad enough. I have never recieved the check they said they would refund and all communication was ignored. I wasnt asking for what I used but what I couldn't , due to chemo surgery etc.

I previously joined other gyms who were more worried about selling trainers than anything else. I recently joined planet fitness at the end of May with great motivation I have been there too many times to count this location specifically has staff that work at night that are so friendly I have enjoyed every location visited. The app is easy to use and understand the price is affordable the gym itself is clean everyone is respectful there are plenty of machine options. I love that it's affordable monthly and annually. The machines have QR codes with short videos on how to use the machines you can also search in tutorials and search the name of the machine your using. I highly recommend 10/10
I will say some areas where the weights are towards the front and the secluded area with more advance machines I feel intimidated to use but that has nothing to do with the gym itself. I still need to check out the spa area, quite area, and tanning. I got atleast 3/4xs a week for 1hr and have a routine I need to force on core and arms weight stuff I am going to look around on the app for suggestions. Thank you planet fitness and it's staff for making me feel comfortable and confident in the gym space

Good for cardio and easy impact workouts for beginners , very crowded with loud young demographic, and there's no orientation from "trainers". Ergo new people make lots of mistakes trying to improve their physics or health matters...shame!

This place is unfortunately getting worse by the minute...broken faucets, dirty equipment...young "kids" rough< housing in the middle of the gym floor with "trainers/workers)...apparently there's a out reach program during summer for very young adults..smoking all.kimd of cigarettes in the bathrooms and eating candy and some.fried food from near restaurants ...NO SUPERVISION whatsoever...a total disaster

I waited two weeks to give this place a fair review. I love it. It’s not SUPER fancy, but it’s clean and well maintained. There’s plenty of equipment and if you use the crowd meter in the app you can gauge how busy it’ll be and when you should plan on going if you hate crowds. I’m not sure if I’ve just been lucky but I haven’t come across many machines that are down. Theres is almost always one treadmill that is down but it is usually fixed within 24hours and there’s plenty more to choose from. Sanitation stations are always stocked. As far as the bathrooms go, they always seem clean when I’ve used them. But I don’t use the showers and have only gone in to wash my hands after a workout so I can’t speak much on that. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

If you’re thinking about it … do it! If it’s not the PF for you there is always plenty more in the area to choose from.

As far as planet fitness in general- very limited parking - I tend to go later hours from midnight to 4-5am , Gabe thee only employee there is the only thing keeping that place together from what I see , the dude is always moving, cleaning on top of it all , very informative in alot of the equipment and workouts. The facility needs an upgrade, it's the worse one in the valley as far as equipment , bathroom, lockers etc. It's the only reason I give 3 stars ..planet fitness can do better 💪. ..And give that guy a dam raise , he's doing the work of 3 people

I use the rowing machine every visit. Unfortunately, the two here are in various states of DIY disrepair. I’ve mentioned this to someone at the front desk twice now over a few weeks. One rowing machine handle has been “fixed” with electrical tape, which hits you in the leg every time you row. The other one is simply inoperable as someone tied the handle back on upside down. I’ve been to other locations that have much newer, nicer, and easier to use rowing machines. I’m not sure why rowing machines that are clearly beyond repair are still in use. It’s embarrassing and far below what Planet Fitness’s standard should be.

I posted a review on May 31st with no foul language detailing how the new night staff are not only never at the front desk, but don't clean. While praising 2 night shift staff who I used to always see when I frequented this gym (The girl who always wore a baseball cap with a long ponytail out the back, and the buff, bald older guy). Management reached out for me asking for additional details. I informed them that all the details I could think of were already in the review, and that was the end of our contact.

Anyway they must've exploited some loophole because they deleted my review 🤣 Here it is again, this time with pictures. I snapped the pic of the toilet upon entering the gym for a 4 hour session. I looked into the same stall again before leaving, and it had still not been cleaned 😅 4 hours later, on night shift when there are only 3 patrons in the gym. Also no toilet paper or backup roll, how long does it take for both to be depleted? That's how long it had been since someone checked.

Great place. The whole vibe is just amazing and the staff makes everyone feel so welcome. You can tell they really care about member experience. Everything is always spotless and working perfectly. The atmosphere is super positive and judgment-free - exactly what you want in a gym! Such a fantastic value for all the amenities you get. Place is solid and spacious. Workers are nice people. However this summer it has become infested with kids that travel in groups of 4-5+ who cannot go without being at least 2 feet from each other and circle jerk over areas where people are trying to workout. They make this place insufferable. Its great they are trying to workout but not at the expense of people who are here to seriously lift. The staff need to limit the groups these kids come in with.

Doing work in the area and stopped to take a shower. Needless to say, I will never visit this location again. Very small and cluttered. Showers and bathroom were not Clean at all. 2 employees up front, doing nothing while they could be cleaning the bathrooms. Outdated equipment broken massage chairs. I must say, this is one of the worst i've ever been to and I visited a lot. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Just joined the gym again after years of just doing home workouts. I had previously gone to Planet Fitness & I'm surprised how much it has changed! All the changes are good like the pristine showers, water bottle water fountains, the lobby area is cute & provides seating which is definitely a big thumbs up because I've been known to pass out from going to hardcore during a workout. 😬 The machines are all new & provide easy instructions & no other gym has such a great selection of machines. There is a lot of variety & duplicates of most machines so you don't have to wait long if one you need is being used. My main complaint is that they changed the layout of the machines so in order to get to the locker rooms from the front door you have to walk all the way around the whole gym. It's pretty annoying especially if your hitting up the machines near the front door then want to just get to the locker room quick. That's really my only complaint other than the fact that they don't offer the physical key tags any more, you check in with the app but sometimes I don't like to bring my phone with me. I think I'm gonna start bringing my own rag to wipe the machines down too because the paper towels are pretty awful. 24/7 access & the $10 membership is enough to forgive the tiny annoyances.
