After a mediocre review a while ago, I am happy to say things are looking much better at this gym. The floors/machines are cleaned often. Paper towels and cleaning solutions are being replaced. The machines are being serviced, when needed, and in a timely manner. The front desk staff are pleasant and always welcome you and say goodbye. Good place to work out.

After having a bad experience with the manager at the planet fitness in Bensalem a few years ago, I decided to give this new location a try.The experience so far has been night and day. Every time I’ve walked in I’ve been greeted the staff is responsive to any needs. Denzel is always on point and smiling and happy to help. He really makes the experience that much better when we see him! So glad we came back for another shot.

Not only did the raise their prices and are no longer 24 hours. Place remains filthy. Really needs to be under new management or ownership because it’s just disgusting. Nothing gets done when you say something to the front desk they will only clean it if you leave reviews. Here’s so pictures for management this is from 5:15am 11/3/25 right when you opened clearly wasn’t cleaned from the night before unless the 3 people in here pissed all over the floor threw trash everywhere and made every shower dirty and covered with mold in 15 mins.

Some of the equipment especially the leg lift needs the pads replaced they are torn this problems effective cleaning and can cause staph infection

Came here at 5:30 am trying to get a good workout early in the morning, none of the workers have show up too work on October 3,2025 on a Friday, was way past over opening times and had to drove all the way to Bensalem to another Planet fitness , was a little waste of time doing this, but do better planet fitness with yourself and workers.

24/7 would be nice you don't always necessarily have to have staff on duty if you have cameras you put a MAG lock on the front door members can gain access with their QR code it works for other gyms in the area

The gym is clean and the employees are nice but they have these two teenage girls who have randomly asked me what trimester I’m in (not pregnant) and they laugh at you while they ask. I’ve cried both times on my way home. I just think people should be prepared if they’re sensitive to those types of comments.

Place is clean and the equipment is well maintained. I joined as a follow up to physiotherapy after an accident. My second time there I asked the lady and a gentleman at the desk about what and where a particular piece of equipment would be. They were clueless, I explained what I needed it for and to do. I finally spotted it myself. I then asked if there was a personal trainer available, or did I need to make an appointment with one and if so would there be a fee charged for the training session? I thought a trainer would be able to offer some suggestions on what excercise and what equipment would be best. It is now over a month later and still no one can talk to me. I called today to cancel and I cannot do that on the phone I have to come in and sign documents. No one wants to help you when you are there and then they want to keep you from leaving.

I walked into the locker room to see a rare sight. Two women were cleaning the entire room, like they cared.

Bianca and the other girl with her were not just wiping down the area. They were scrubbing every inch of the walls, floor, and restroom area.

It was very encouraging to see the act of maintenance cleaning being taken seriously.

Now if we can get the members to stop trashing the place, things would be spotless.

I’m so disappointed. I called to see if this location has a red light machine, I was told yes, I drove out of my way to come to this location. I come in and explain that I want to do red light therapy, and the person at the front desk,Lexi, started having me sign up as if I was tanning. I explained repeatedly that I only wanted red light therapy, and not there to tan. They kept saying it’s a hybrid machine, and it does both. I again reiterated that I did not want to do any sort of tanning, and just red light therapy. they had me continue the questionnaire, and said it was standard procedure, and put me into the room with the booth. I had asked how long is the normal time for red light, and was told nine minutes, and I said OK that’s fine. After getting undressed, and going in the machine, I peek at the bulbs and noticed that only some of them were red. I popped out and did a quick Google search, and quickly realized that it did both red light and tanning at the same exact time, but was never told that at the front desk. When I had gotten out, I asked to speak to the manager, and explained how dangerous this was. I have no tanning lotion on. And no eye protection. I did not come in with a bag so it’s not like they would’ve assumed that I had that with me. Lexi kept talking over the manager, and taking no responsibility, and just kept saying that they said it was a hybrid, and it was my responsibility to know what that is, and if I didn’t have any tanning lotion or eye protection, that’s on me. The manager wasn’t even able to get a word in edgewise. As I was walking out, after I explained that I would have to address this with your corporate office, Lexi then felt the need to sarcastically say” have a great day” as I was leaving almost in tears. It is very clear that I am extremely pale skinned, and I feel it’s very negligent that I was haphazardly put into a tanning boo for nine minutes unknowingly.

Generally good, however this morning several patrons, along with myself, have arrived here at 5am, to find that the doors are locked. The website states this location should be open now. I had also asked the gentleman at the counter yesterday, when they would open today, and was told 5am. Needless to say, this is frustrating, but this is the first time I know of that this occurred. Please make needed steps to insure this does not happen in the future. Thank you.

I don’t know if this is the new concept or if this place has been totally remodeled, but this is what the Planet Fitness should look like and feel like. Huge showers, super clean locker room, spacious workout area and well lit up. I’m just sorry I didn’t have enough time to use any other massage equipment. However, I’ll be back soon. Top 3 planet fitness experience.

I've been a member for about a month. The water fountain has been broke for 2 weeks, today is December 13th it's still broke. Last Sunday I asked if they could put the Eagles game on they told me the remotes are broken. Everyone is friendly here.But come on, broken water fountain for 2 weeks and can't put the Eagles game on because the remote is broke. Get it together guys. This is pathetic.

Bristol PF has a fantastic staff, K. Almodovar is quick to resolve issues. Teaches her staff while dealing with billing and accounting. Keeps it's simple, quick, and painless. All areas are well-kept, friendly, and professional staff.

The Planet Fitness in Bristol is super clean and bright. The staff are friendly and helpful. Also, the other members seem really nice, and I don't feel funny working out in front of them. Overall, I'm very impressed and I see myself continuing there for the foreseeable future!

So the whole company screwed all of us since it was 24/7/364. That's why we all bought our memberships. Then it went to where it was open until 9 p.m. on Fridays and closing at 5 p.m. on holidays. Yet it's still the same amount of money. Then I have been going to this location since it opened, say 6 months. They watch me walking in every day. Then on Sunday, mid-workout, they interrupted to tell us you can't have a bag with you. No one said anything for 6 months, 3 days a week. Then you can't say something on the way in.

Overall, this planet fitness is great and meets my expectations as a fitness chain that I've gone to in a few different locations. There are lots of machines and weights to choose from, and it is much cheaper as a member than alternatives.

I did notice that there is only one cable tower that tends to be monopolized by people who set up camp there for 30 - 45 min, and personally it seems to be a little warm for a workout location (others may find it is no issue for them). Prices are slo increasing, but it isn't entirely unreasonable and is still far cheaper than other places.

Good cost/benefit ratio for basic workouts!

This Planet Fitness is awesome! It’s very clean and spacious. I’ve found the staff to be friendly. The hours and location are great for me.

My only issue is that it’s so warm in there, lol. As soon as I start moving I’m sweating. Like instantly lol. Does the gym even have air conditioning? Hopefully they can figure it out to be a tad cooler.

I am happy with this location, has all I need and it’s close to home.
Clean and nice people.
Only issue is, I am on a tight schedule in the morning due to work.
This place is never open on time. I sit in the parking lot from 5am to 530 waiting for them to open.
I see people wait too but a lot leave after a while.

Super clean gym. The hours work for me.
I’m always able to get a good workout in. Most of the staff is friendly.. the only down fall is Yasmin. Plays on her phone and is rude when she has to speak. Bad attitude.. no smile. I rather her just not speak and play on her phone. She could learn some tips from her coworkers.
