Lately all of the gyms in the Conshohocken, Philadelphia, Flourtown, Wyncote areas have been closing earlier and earlier. The one reason we all signed up was for the 24 hr service. The prices have sky rocketed and the late fees are ridiculous if you keep your card locked for safety and you must pay debit with no option for auto ACH. Online it says 24 hrs yet they just turned the lights of at 11pm at Conshocken. Same at Flourtown and still.advertising 24 hrs. False advertising and poor service. I'm looking for another gym.

Unfortunately, Planet Fitness are not 24 hours anymore. No longer 24 hours Monday-Thursday and don’t open until 5am. HORRIBLE! Will have to get rid of my membership. COVID is over. Please go back to your 24:7 gym policy. That’s the only reason why most of us selected planet fitness as a gym in the first place. They will learn when they lose memberships. Also, very dusty at this gym where you would lay down Mats. Literally spent 10 mins cleaning debris out of my eyes when someone put down their mat next to me.

I'll clock in at 11pm for yall but getting rid of the 24/7 is a big mistake alot of us use that gym late nights because of busy days and an escape at night. This will cause alot of people to leave/switch why don't you bump up the pay a bit for reliable night shift worker. No point of continuing it's to packed during the day

Sadly , I have to find a new gym. Their new hours starting Dec 1 does not work for me . I stopped coming on Mondays because they started opening at 5am . Now they are opening 5am Mon to Friday . That's LA/Fitness hrs. I left LA/Fitness because of the hours . Respect to Warminster Planet Fitness for staying 24/7 . I wish I lived closer.

No longer 24 hours but not changing their monthly membership fees to reflect the decrease in service. Now I have to travel all the way out to Flourtown to be able to take advantage of my full membership.

Edit: I realize the agreement I signed allows them to change the hours. That doesn’t mean it’s not a lousy thing to do. It used to be 24/7 all locations, then post pandemic some went to 24/5, and now it’s anyone’s guess what any locations hours are, or if they’re going to decide to change it seemingly on a whim. The agreement for black card holders also states that you can only visit other locations outside of your home gym 10 times a month, and if you exceed that additional fees may apply…so now I have to make the gym that’s five miles away my home club again, even though I have perfectly serviceable facility 1 mile away. Again, I’m getting less and less for what I am paying for.

My wife had a terrible experience at this location, made worse by the supervisor, Shawna Durkin. Instead of helping, she mocked my wife for needing extra time on the treadmill due to a medical issue, saying, “This isn’t a hospital, it’s a gym.” When my wife tried to report the behavior, Shawna raised her voice and accused her of “causing a scene.” My wife left in tears. Completely unprofessional and the opposite of a “Judgement Free Zone.” We will not be returning.

The staff is friendly. Some of the equipment seems worn down where the pleather is torn or peeling. It hasn't been super busy. Only complaint is that people jump into the 30 min circuit to use one machine (typically the bicep curls) so you may have to skip the rotation or wait depending on how busy the circuit is.

This is a great gym. Everything is brand new (2025) -- there are more than enough free weights, the machines are hella better than other gyms and while it gets busy at 5-5:30, it's slows down quickly again and is almost never overcrowded. Parking is easy, plus you'll have LOTs of options for post-workout food (PJ's, 5 Guys, FWAT). Glad I picked this over Edge -- for price, crowd-level and location.

As a person who travels and keeps a Planet fitness membership because of the availability of many locations. This is the worst one that I've ever been to. When it first opened up it was great. They had a great manager. Tonight an employee put a sign up that said they stepped away. There was multiple paper tail holders that were out one that was jammed. The floors dirty and there was equipment all over the place. I live 3 minutes from this location and we'll go to all other locations near me before I walk back into my home base again. Terrible

As an avid gym enthusiast I must say this facility is not bad. A quality gym, very clean. However, the staff, not so quality. A young lad named Jack walks the floor smelling of dried fish & atrocities of the like. Reminds me of my days in New England on the seas. Not sure if poor hygiene on his part or perhaps his partner… nonetheless after reading other reviews, I won’t be returning to any planet fitness. This Jack fellow seems to be an issue.

PF just opened its Plymouth site at the beginning this year. After checking it out, I signed up immediately. Since then, I have been working out almost everyday and I have been impressed - all new fitness equipment covers all parts of body with low monthly cost ($10) without commitment. Sign up is easy with its PF apps and what is more is that the staff are keeping everything squeakily clean every day. Absolutely highly recommended. Do yourself a favor in keeping fit and healthy!

Always consistent all newer equipment and they all have tanning and massage beds & chairs if you have the black card I came here while I was out of town since I have the black card as it was 1.9 mi from my hotel and far better than the motel offering check in is alway simply with the app and the staff usually younger are always helpful and welcoming I always kid with my friends there is alway a planet fitness within 5 miles of my hotel and this was in the spec

It’s been several years since I had a membership at a major chain gym. I’m very pleased with PF Plymouth Meeting. The staff is always very nice to deal with, they have every machine that I like to use, the place is kept very clean, and they take my insurance for membership. I have the luxury of being able to go to PF during the day, so it’s not very crowded. I rarely have to wait for a machine. I’ve been going to this gym for about six months, and I’m extremely happy with the facilities.

For a new gym, many of the treadmills' pulse meters don't work no matter how you grab them, when you scan your ID and it beeps it seems your membership doesn't always register on the computer and then you get attitude from the staff like it is YOUR fault. Many of the staff members have the personality and enthusiasm of a wet sponge. If you want to feel welcome and valued by a staff, go to the PF in Flourtown!

There are kids there who are jumping around and on equipment. Other members in that same area were distracted by the kids, it’s kind of nerve wrecking to see because you don’t want them to hurt themselves. I also think location hours on the doors are helpful.

The past few days I’ve been there there has been a large group (7-10) of unsupervised kids (13-14 year olds) playing on equipment, leaving their things on the middle of the floor, and not wiping anything down. The staff seems to not check ID to make sure everyone is 18+.
