If you cancel your membership make sure it’s canceled and you’re not still being charged. I canceled in person at this location to only find out today that I’ve been charged for a membership for the last 9 months. When speaking to the employees I was told to call ABC solutions because they don’t handle payments. For ABC to direct me back to this location because only the home gym can issue a refund. Called back phone answered and hung up to then call again and speak with a different employee that said yea it’s canceled but no refund.

We are traveling in the area so this was our first visit to this planet fitness. I think it might be the best planet fitness I've been to yet! Everything was clean. The bathrooms were spacious. Showers were hot!

Went to this gym for about 2 years. Definitely gets busy at peak hours, but is relatively new so equipment is in great shape and everything is very clean. Lots of cardio equipment. Just wish they had real bench/squat racks.

This is one of the nicest PF locations I’ve been too. The space is big, there’s variety of equipment is good - the only negative thing is that the tanning beds are always dirty. The last 3-4 times I’ve used them I’ve had to get staff to clean the beds/reassign me a new room.

Not sure if it's just being lazy or if they think covid is over or was a fake. Thing is we wiped down everything before covid hit. This was a great place to go but it has the worst hours of any planet fitness in the country at this point. I understand the slowdown over COVID but for them not to be 24 hours is ludicrous and to close at 7:00 on the weekends is ridiculous. It's the largest planet fitness possibly in Western Pennsylvania. If you can tell me why the strip mall planet fitness locations are able to staff 24 hours a day 7 days a week and this one is not, I am all ears. Is it so out of the ordinary to want to finish a dinner on the weekend and then go work out? Can't do that if you close at 7:00 p.m. How hard is it to stay open till midnight. You serve a community of 35,000 people in Cranberry Township. Last I heard there were at least 8,000 memberships to this planet fitness. Even at $10 a month this planet fitness is pulling in $80,000 minimum and you can't pay a couple people to stay open on the weekends at decent hours. It's the single biggest complaint in the reviews.

PLEASE fix the shower heads and water pressure. There's nothing worse than Not being able to get a good shower after a hard workout.

I used to like going to this planet fitness. I liked the openness of the two floors. I liked the private shower space. I told the staff last week about the mold on the shower curtains and the broken shower head. (In the men’s showers) He said he would take care of it. I came back this week. The shower head pops off and the curtains are still moldy.

A great workout atmosphere. Although I noticed some people don’t wipe off their machines. My observation noticed more men not wiping off the machines than women. This was my first time doing red light. The staff lady was very helpful in showing me how to operate the red light. All in all I would say I had a good experience.

This one is definitely the biggest gym I've been to. It has a second floor even. Haven't been upstairs tho.

I’m a truck driver so parking is always my #1 concern, this location has a smaller parking lot but there is parking for a truck in the area like out back of the gym, I did get here at 8 in the evening though. Besides that the gym is larger and nicer than most in the country with no issues I could see. Thanks for allowing us truck drivers to get a hot shower and some exercise!!

I think is shame that Planet Fitness is closing at 9PM on Fridays. There isn't flexibility or convenience for customers. Specially the night owls, blue collars who work various shifts and people seek to avoid crowds. They recently increase membership prices but did not expanded their hours to the traditional "open 24hrs". Saturday and Sundays it closes at 7PM, so if you worked all week and want to workout on the weekend, forget about it!

I understand that there are rules, but I don’t understand when they don’t apply to all members of Planet. Just a few months ago, I had taken off my CROCS to lift in socks and was told by staff I had to put my shoes back on. I complied. At the time, I was not told CROCS are not allowed. I’ve worn CROCS more than 100 times. Fast forward a few months, I am told to leave because I am not allowed to wear CROCS. At the same time, my BOYFRIEND standing next to me, wearing crocs with socks, was not told to leave. Another young man wearing Birkenstocks with socks has been lifting since I arrived was also not told to leave. The staff member claimed that she makes rounds every 20 minutes to “catch” people wearing sandals. Powerlifting & professional gyms do not even enforce this type of rule. I only go here out of pure convenience.

I discontinued my membership with PF. the few times I used it I felt very uncomfortable with all the filming people are doing there. Lots of people are filing their workouts just way too much these days and people have no respect for another's privacy. PF allows this. I found another gym that does not allow filming of any kind without authorization.

Complete idiocy. I'm not sure what the training is or what but it's ridiculous. So I got my daughter a membership, which was a dumb idea. We get the membership at a far away gym and express that to the people working, so they tell us that they will transfer it tomorrow and we would not have to worry. That was the end of it. A few weeks later I go to cancel the membership and just put it in my name and the account was never transferred. Weird, why would they not tell me? So now, I have to get a certified letter or drive an hour to cancel my membership. I've also had other issues with them in the past. If they weren't cheap I wouldn't have went back, and recommend the same to you.

Have been a member off and on for several years. One of the largest PF locations I've ever seen... tons of equipment. However, they have totally oversubscribed it. Don't even think of going there on a weeknight between 5 and 9 PM. It is flooded with high school kids who are there to hang out as much as they are to work out- which would be fine if they didn't occupy all the equipment while socializing with friends. People hoard two or three sets of dumbbells so somebody doesn't take the ones they need for their next set-- you'll only find 10 lb and 60+ lb sets during peak hours. There are 5 Smith machines and two pectoral fly machines-- if you want to use one it is like the Hunger Games. Prepare yourself- your one-hour workout will take two hours. Off peak, this place is great. Now that the summer has rolled around the place is absolutely flooded with high school kids who get to work out for free-- which is a great idea - except there are just too many of them and too little equipment, which makes it even more challenging for PAYING customers to get a workout done. I've gone as late as 9:30 PM and found the place just as packed as it is at 5 PM. If a low membership fee is what you're looking for, then you'll likely be OK with this. Otherwise, you'll likely grow very frustrated with this location and wish you had paid a few more bucks for a membership at Anytime Fitness or somewhere else.

This facility is clean and well kept with great staff, however their cancelation was not as described by the staff member and Planet Fitness took additional month of membership from me after I canceled after I was told by a staff member I wouldn't owe anything beyond the initial month paid.
Update: I've had a few phone calls with the facility and I have been reimbursed for the additional month that was charged. I was given better information from the manager and was told if you decide to cancel, cancel by the 11th (still have access through the 16th) or you will be charged for an additional month.

Overall, a good value but their policies are ridiculous. To cancel, you must go in person or send certified mail. Not usually a gym goer, but heard abou the new location by my work and knowing they had one by my home, joining was a no brainer. I was sold on the great weight machines, abundant cardio machines that you never have to wait for, and extras. I also joined because of the two types of massage chairs and even red light machines and tanning. Also, every machine says judgement free zone. I really like that as I trip on the treadmill when I’m not holding on for dear life. I really like Pf and have gone almost everyday since I’ve joined. I also spend two hours when I can. I'm an over the road truck driver so carry thr black card so can stop in the states that I'm in ,now I've just wast3d 40 min of my time and I'm still sitting here waiting.
