They closed the gym for renovations, but have no shower head on the disabled shower. The other showers heads are broken and barley release water. It's been like this for weeks. Now the hours are being cut entirely to where they close at 9pm everyday of the week. C'mon man.

It’s cool when it’s not crowded cuz it’s a smaller gym, however, other gyms are mindful of where certain equipment is placed. The back extension machine should be against a wall so no gym creeps stand behind you while you’re pretty much bent over. Every other PF I’ve been to has it against the wall. Please fix it

Great gym! Located right opposite to Bond Shopping center. Great machine and weights. Currently a member and would like to suggest the changing of location of certain machines in the newly constructed legs and chests workout area. Also they used to have a 2’d space upstairs for and workouts. If they bring it back in addition to the one existing below, it will be great!

Amira has been extremely rude and tried give me a hard time. She works at the front desk and is extremely inconsiderate of customer service. People like her doesn’t need to be at the front page of such a great gym. Made the gym look bad and overall experience. Additional, there should be a manager who can handle situation even if it’s weekend. Most of her answers said well the manager is not here and I can’t do much. We have 4 Accounts here and I am canceling all today!! Sometimes things don’t have to be hard and we can always use that inner self feelings which provide a great customer service.

if i’m being 100% honest, this gym is very clean and some staffs are very nice but i did come across a couple who didn’t meet my needs, ive called more than 5 times about the same issue, i wanted my account to be on hold because i knew i wouldn’t be coming for some time because i was in and out of the hospital and everybody i spoke to didn’t put my account on hold and i keep getting charged worth of months that i wasn’t in there for, one lady i spoke to on the phone was really rude and ive been coming here for going on 2-3 years and never experienced this until last year, ive been trying to get in contact with the manager but everytime i call they says he’s just or he’s not in there, i don’t get it?? very unprofessional and frustrating

Hi.. can anyone tell me if this gym is 24hrs all 7 days? Clearly online it states it is open 24hrs but I was just denied entry at the door at 8:45pm on a Saturday night. The woman working here said they close at 9pm. My first time here was last Sunday and I arrived at 9:12pm (it’s registered on my app) and I was here for over an hour, no issues. I have sat in my car for about 15mins and have watched them deny entry to about 20 people coming in for a late workout. Clearly something is wrong here. Do they just want to go home early on a Saturday? Is this how it is on weekends when it says they’re open 24hrs? Can someone please tell me their experience with this gym? Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. This location has posted open 24 hours, but when I get here myself and other cars are waiting in the parking lot for an employee to open the gym. Some people only have certain time to workout in a day, and the posted hours are misleading and inconsiderate because they are not actually open 24/7. Either staff the gym 24/7 or change the posted hours.

I joined Planet Fitness when I was 70 and it was the first time I joined any fitness studio. I was in the process of losing weight and also suffered from lower back pain.

After being a member for six months or so, I also went on Weight Watchers. That helped me track the foods I was eating, and my weight, on a regular basis. Since that time, I have lost over 30# and have moved to a smaller belt. My 4-year-old granddaughter can now climb on my back, multiple times, and I don’t have to worry one bit. My body is fit. I have lost fat and gained muscle. When I leave at the end of a workout, I feel confident, strong and motivated. My lower back pain is completely gone. I have had to get smaller clothes, which I love. I feel good and I am not done.

When I started at PF, I spent time with their trainer and he showed me multiple machines. He also recommended that I incorporate cardio training on the days between workouts. That has been harder to work into my schedule, but in warmer weather, I always walk my neighborhood. I now have my own ‘workout plan’ – a number of machines (14) that I hit each visit. It is funny now to remember when I started and I thought working out for 30 minutes was really something. Now I often train for up to 90 minutes.

If you are thinking that you might want to give Planet Fitness a try, DO IT. You will not regret it. It is, by far, the best decision I ever made for myself. Instead of taking care of everyone else, I am now taking care of myself.

I like this location quite a bit. It feels a bit cramped because the space is small, but the layout is one of the better of the PFs I've used. It seems like whoever runs this spot has actually considered what people want and added equipment to accommodate customers. The treadmills and ellipticals are mostly in an upper deck zone, so they're not taking up all the downstairs space, and there aren't an excessive amount of ellipticals and treadmills like other locations. Downstairs there are a decent number of machines despite the small space. This location also has equipment that I haven't seen in larger PF locations - like a new hip thrust machine and a squat/shrug machine. It can definitely feel crowded depending on when you go and sometimes you have to wait to use a machine, but this location is actually open 24 hrs (which some aren't despite PF advertising that they're a 24 hr gym). If I lived closer to this one, I'd definitely go more often but unfortunately, I can only use it when I'm in the Drexel Hill.

All of these complaints have been mentioned to the manager and yet I see no improvement. The machines and the floor around them are dirty. Many machines spend extensive time out of order. Many machines need lubricant (they either make noise or the weights chatter as they slide up and down - not moving smoothly).

If you want membership, make sure if you want to cancel you can go in person or send in a certified letter, they won't let you cancel over the phone like every other planet fitness.
