I was there on saturday last week, around 8:30 9oclock at night. The staff were joking around with each other, which i love to see it means that they love their job. They did set off the lunk alarm however it was because of the teenagers that were slamming weights, grunting, and horse playing making people leave the gym i was about to leave to but the girl did talk to them and they didnt stop after she put on the lunk alarm they finally left and it was much more peaceful and easier to workout. I appreciate them flipping the lights letting me know that it was about time to leave. All and all it was a great experience.

It's really nog in there with alot of equipment but all kinda smashed into one area so if your not one to work out right next to someone this may not be a place for you if you dont mind it then come in for some fun lifting running or whatever you may be doing plus it has tanning for the women as well ive never used it as a male but I hear good things about it staff is pretty friendly and you cannot beat the price as long as you pay your bill every month n dont get behind all should be well

the two workers sounded the lunk alarm while i was finishing my workout and begun to laugh at me when i was confused to why! they sounded the alarm because it was 20 minutes before closing and wanted to go home. there were other people in the gym but for some reason only directed this towards me. they also sounded it another time because i was wearing my headphones so i couldnt hear them the first time. after they sounded it the second time, they pointed at me and then pointed at the door. i was confused so i walked closer to the desk and they said "we're about to close." there was another girl with them who had just finished her workout and was also laughing at me. i did not finish my workout and was unable to leave because i was waiting on the two other people who i came to the gym with. then, they turned the music off and started flickering the lights as another "warning" to go home. the two workers were also all over each other and being quite loud. i think this is completely unprofessional and disrespectful! looks like its not a judgement free zone after all!!
i understand that it was getting close to closing time, but this kind of behavior towards others, ones who have a tight schedule and can only go to the gym at certain times, is unfair!

Do not recommend!!! I was being charged a fraudulent charge for months after I ended my membership and they couldn’t figure out why. They said they were crediting the money back, but never did. When their error was discovered they refused to take responsibility for their mistake and wouldn’t refund the money they fraudulently charged me.

Great gym... the staff is personable but also very professional. Everything looks clean, organized and the equipment is well maintained. I had a coaching session with Tristan who was wonderful to work with. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but took the time to listen and understand my physical limitations and needs. The people who work 3rd shift are the MOST AMAZING here. Me and my bf go tanning Late then we go to the massage chairs and there's 2 men that work at night who are SUPER COOL! Especially the tall guy looks like he keeps the ladies safe! He's awesome ! And he gave me helpful info on talking to his boss the next day about moving up my membership I didn't get to use because of an emergency in Pittsburgh! She was awesome on the phone btw ! ♥️

From the very first day I stepped in (and didn’t stay because I was insecure) I have felt welcome and appreciated. The girls at the desk are the very best! I have been to all 3 Planet Fitness in Erie and this is, by far, the best one! I love the cardio choices and the quick circuit. The gym fits my fitness needs perfectly and offers room for me to grow. I love that massage and tanning are included. I do wish the booths were hybrid, but they are still great they way they are! So much has change about this gym in three years. Don't know if it have to do with the pandemic or what. Night shift is still awesome (2 males) but day shift not so much. The day shift is all females, yes they are nice but I often wonder why the women locker room isn't kept like it should be. The lockers are always dusty and the showers stay dirty for days sometimes. Love Planet fitness day shift just need to do better.

The best gym is also the cheapest. That doesn't happen often. I've been a member since they opened this location. It's nice, really nice. All the equipment works, and the place has new car smell. The ellipticals and treadmills are all Precor, a huge plus. The staff is very friendly. Seriously, Planet Fitness does everything right.

Been a member for at least 10 years at Peach Street then Harborcreek. Very clean the current staff on third shift does the best cleaning! I tried to renew my contract by paying one year up front rather than monthly payments the way I have for years Last paid $119 the manager called me said we can do however we ONLY accept Cash! And it will cost me $199. .so instead of saving 3% credit card fee they are going to charge me an extra $80 plus not put it in the booksi said sounds like you don't want me to rejoin and go to another club was told I don't make the rules but to bad!
Can't believe after all these years of loyalty they want to overcharge me to give them 1 year of guaranteed fees at there full price of $10 very poor Management idea!
A really bad feeling on my part when told CASH only and $199 instead of $119seems shady!

Two thumbs up for the 3rd shift crew at the Harborcreek Planet Fitness. Cat and Kayla do an outstanding job. They are friendly,pleasant and very helpful. They are always keeping the place spic and span and refilling everything that needs it. Two thumbs down for whomever on the other shifts who have made it their life mission to boost the abysmal, flagging ratings of the worst rated cable news network CNN. It's bad enough watching one TV between sets or on the treadmill with CNN, but 4 or 5 is too much for any person. The TVs should match the flag attached to it. So a lump of coal for the employee who shouldn't have access to any remote control that can't restrain themselves and use better judgment. Merry Christmas to the entire staff.
