I called this place and got an automated message that wasn't helpful. I'm trying to figure how if im allow to bring my 12 year old son woth me as he's the one that would like to join. I asked for their phone number and the automated messaging system couldn't not provide me with it or any other information.

Yesterday Sunday 11/30/25 the gym was scheduled to open at 7 AM. Myself and 10 or 12 other people waited and it never open. People started leaving and I finally left at 7:14. Last night I called to see what time they were going to open on Monday Dec 1st since I received an Email informing me of new hours.
In that conversation I was told they would be open at 4 AM Monday morning. Since I hadn't seen any notices placed around the gym about a change in hours I asked about the Email I received and was told. " we are getting new equipment and will be moving it in at night so we are changing the hours for that purpose only". Today Monday nobody showed up at 4 AM and several people in the parking lot I showed the Email to said they never received it. Does anybody at Planet Fitness know what is going on?

This is a well-lit clean club with a nice assortment of equipment. It is spacious and a nice mix of patrons and generally not super crowded. And the staff is overall very good - a particular shout out to a young man named Nate who is upbbeat, friendly and very attentive to the needs of the club. If Nate can be cloned this club would be stratospheric! But still it is one of the nicest clubs in this area and hopefully it will keep up the good work!

I look forward to going to planet fitness every other day and I love that I can go when I’m traveling. I love the staff at my local Planet Fitness and they live me back. At my location I do wish that they still had the ab circle because that was my absolute favorite part of the gym but I adjust. Going out of town tomorrow and happy that there is a Planet Fitness 12 minutes from where I’ll be staying!!!
Starting in September I plan to take advantage of the trainers there.

Its always way too hot in there, its impossible to get a good workout when its 80°. Its the dirtiest gym ive evwr been to. After contacting this location, I came in contact with one of the employees named Tyree. And I must say he was completely rude and extremely unhelpful. Could not give me any details in regards to my account. And then hung up on me. When I called back, he said he hung up because I was complaining about having to come into the gym to cancel my membership. I am a high risk pregnancy, which is why I have not been there in a while. There was no excuse for his disgusting attitude. He asked me if I can come in during the day, I responded “no I cannot come in during the day because I work “. His response was extremely unprofessional. If that’s the type of employees, I have to come in contact with while coming there, I definitely don’t want to come to that gym when I am able to.

The machines are very up to date, organized, and very clean as well. The staff is mostly very friendly. A very pleasant atmosphere. According to the rules, you should not criticize the way you do the exercises, nor should you criticize if someone talks loudly. It is not a private gym, and although it sometimes bothers me, I think we are adults and we should understand that you are going to do exercises and most of us use headphones. Good luck managing your account or getting any kind of help with your membership here. I joined for the convenience and low price, but it’s become a costly and inconvenient mess to clean up.

They started charging fees on top of my monthly membership without any warning or notification. They were not able to address those billing issues when I reached out, and then they forced me to come into the gym to cancel.

Update: the email in the company’s reply below did not work, but I sent a detailed complaint to the club’s email. I have not received a reply from them.

Update: good luck getting in touch with anyone in management. Their social team, which responded to this review, certainly couldn’t help.

Pros - Staff is nice. Gym is cleaner than the other planet fitnesses here. Membership is cheap.

Cons - Gym is way too busy; People are always having video phone conversations, literally every single time I’m here (like right now, the girl next to me on the stair climber); phone rules are never enforced; Most people don’t spray down the mats after they use them - super gross; Gym is too loud - music is too loud, people are too loud. Makes for a crappy workout experience.

I had an excellent experience at Planet Fitness in Lititz, all thanks to David! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain everything. He helped me sign up and gave me a thorough tour of the facility, making sure I felt comfortable and confident navigating the gym. Awesome facility. Very friendly staff. It is very clean and organized. Being able to use tanning beds and massage chairs is an awesome addition to the membership.Open 24/7 Monday through Thursday is awesome. Only two recommendations that would make this a 5 star establishment is adding childcare for parents who need it in order to work out, and extending closing time on weekends from 7pm to 9pm. Overall a very good place to be if working out and exercising are your passion.

DOUBLE CHARGED US TWICE, FOUR TIMES OVER A FEW MONTHS. Once they double charged us twice & told us it wouldn't happen again, then it happened again after a few months & they won't refund us! There's no problem with my card, it's the debit card I always use & they even confirmed its information is in their system. Every time I try to talk to the GM, he isn't there. He's been told to call me twice and NEVER CALLED until finally my husband tried reaching out. I swear he's a thief and just taking people's money because it's so suspicious that I can never get ahold of him. NEW MEMBERS BEWARE

when we moved here we were looking for gyms join and we did a day pass at this planet fitness it was extremely crowded I wasn't able to get on barely any of the equipment. It just seemed like a lot of people were interested in taking selfies in the mirror instead of working out. We ended up joining another gym which we love but I do not recommend this gym that is very crowded.

I like how nice and clean everything is. It is brightly lit, very clean, and all the machines are new and fancy. I don't need new and fancy machines. But it's a nice bonus. I really like the instructions on what to do that are on each machine. I have no idea what I'm doing, so the fact there are instructions is fantastic, and there are pictures if I'm feeling to lazy to read / use the qr code. I really enjoy the 30min circuit. Purple is a pretty color. I'm excited to try out the fancy massage machines. The one time use lockers are fantastic.

They double charged me 49 bucks and after bringing them the proof they requested over the phone, the guy named Zach behind the counter told me he believed me but he said he couldn't refund me. Had to open a dispute for it while in lobby. And the month before they tried to say my payment didn't go through even tho I showed them proof it never even pulled and they tried to charge a late fee for their mistake. Yo! This location on Lititz pike is the best PF I have ever been to. I was honestly a little discouraged about checking it out by my partner was set on signing up. After seeing this place, using the amenities and talking to Ethan, I was sold. He went above and beyond to hook us up and make us feel welcome as new comers to this location. So far so good - everything is very clean and works well, staff is very helpful. I don’t know if they have any rules on people taking phone calls while on the equipment, but if so, my only feedback would be to enforce having people leave the machines if they’re going to take a call because it’s already a problem that people will be on the one on a machine for a long time preventing anyone else from using it. Otherwise, I’ve been happy with the gym.

The new planet fitness facility has been great to go to and get a workout in. They have clean locker room spaces and equipment. They have a lot of different sections to the gym where you can do a different types of work out like cardio, strength training, and other workout circuits available. I also got a chance to check out the black card spa and it's nice how it's in its own little section.

I was pleased when I saw the wide spectrum of equipment available, from dumbbells, machines, Smith machines, along with resistance bands and other types of equipment. I will also add that for the machines that it is possible, they have specific timers for the duration of the exercise along with the repetitions during that time. This was a cool feature to see and helped me not to lose track of my counting.

The locker rooms or more of an open concept, in the bathroom/changing rooms are in their own little section. One nice feature I found where the self-service lockers. You're able to use these while you're there without having to bring your own lock. It is easy to follow the instructions to set the combination for when you just have a couple things you need to store while working out.

Overall, I am happy with this new facility so far. There's a lot of cleanliness going on along with availability to many different types of workouts. The staff has been pleasant and helpful when I needed some help or simply just a greeting in.
