It’s says on the website, the door, and the voicemail that the gym opens at 4:00 am on Mondays . Got here at 4:15 (it’s currently 4:20 am) to the gym doors locked. Why am I paying for a membership if I can’t use the gym ? Planet fitness needs to be investigated . Definitely leaving them !!!!

Its a fine place

The cancellation policy from the owner of this branch has completely turned me off to planet fitness forever. It's apparently up to each branch how difficult they would like to make their cancelation policy and this one purposely makes it the most difficult. It's easily the most convenient gym for me, but I dont want to get stuck in their BS again, so yeah, 1 star.

Very happy with this gym. It is usually never too crowded and I am always impressed with the cleanliness and equipment availability. just isnt what it use to be, the gym is clean but all of the machines have changed, they don’t give full extension to the muscles, and aren’t for short people, the layout changed and you have to walk across the gym for the second leg extension if the one you’re at is taken, and the same is for other machines as well.

This Planet Fitness is my happy place. It’s so clean you could eat off the floor (not that I’d recommend it after leg day 🥴). The music always slaps, the staff is friendlier than a golden retriever, and there’s so much equipment that I never have to do the awkward “hover and wait” routine. Honestly, the only heavy lifting I do here is convincing myself to leave when I’m done. 💪😂

Sometimes they are busy and sometimes they are slow, just check to see if the level of occupancy is reasonable before you go so you can have an efficient workout, at certain times of the day a lot of the equipment is being utilized, not pointing the finger at anyone after all it is a gym that seems to have a reputation that speaks for itself!!!

I've had like a public workout phobia for pretty much my entire adult life. This year I made the decision to join PF and do this for me, fear or no fear. I'm over a month into my 3 days a week commitment and haven't missed a morning. The staff at this PF is stellar. My first impression came from Carmen and I will be forever grateful to her for her warm welcome and for showing me around. Extremely clean facilities!! I have been to a few other locations in the area and this location takes the gold for cleanest equipment! When I walked in and started my workout I saw they had a section of treadmills closed off. I watched 3 staff members deep clean around, under and the machines themselves. They thoroughly cleaned those machines and made me feel extremely comfortable as a guest. I wish my home location was this clean! Not once did you see an employee doing nothing or standing around. When I came out from my hydro massage (very beautiful set up, peaceful and relaxing) I met the cleaner of the facility. Man this woman is incredible, she told me she has been working there for 3 years and loves her job! She was such a bubbly individual who was extremely sweet. I enjoy how friendly these employees are at this location! Another plus is they had many machines to choose from and very few were out of order. I have no complaints whatsoever!!

I'm actually from this area but moved to WV a year ago. While living in PA I took your facility for granted. My Planet Fitness in WV is a hole in the wall compared to your facility! Your shower areas are absolutely awesome, whereas in WV they are quite primitive Don't get me wrong, the WV facility has a great staff and it's clean. But the facility itself is very old and outdated. I very much appreciated using your facility while I was in Pennsylvania.

From a perfectly pristine clean gym to the notably friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure all clients are assisted in the fullest ways possible, providing information and checking out equipment to constantly cleaning the gym, there is no way you can go wrong working out here. I was able to get the attachment piece for the barbells instantly via the checkout method because the employee had it on hand and did not even flinch going to the exact location, retrieving this piece of equipment for me to utilize during the workout. Normally, I would bring this piece of equipment with me to workout when I need it; however, it was not on me at this time. Having the option to checkout various items in addition to signing up for massages at the front desk with my black card membership literally makes my whole day every time I venture into Planet Fitness. It is no doubt that I'd recommend this gym to any of my friends, family, or acquaintances -- at any stage of working out, from beginner to advanced -- because it is an absolutely judgment-free, safe, clean, and friendly environment.
