Planet Fitness of Valley Forge is honestly the best and only gym I’ve been to so far. One of the many great aspects about it is that it’s affordable for everyone even if you were struggling financially, so that’s great. Plus, you’ll have the chance to meet people who are passionate about fitness and pushing themselves to their limits and beyond and I’m grateful to God that He helped me have a gym buddy like that. So yeah overall, 10/10 , great place to be, great atmosphere, great machines, and good company of people. All you gotta do is show up and be consistent with it, that’s all.

Upgrades are awful. Literally on top of each other and on top of that you have to awkwardly face other people when you’re doing certain machines and it’s odd; not sure why they all just don’t face in the same direction. When you’re on the chest press in front you’re looking directly at someone on the biceps and it can be awkward so I either keep eyes down or up. If you’re on the ab machine you’re out in the open now and have to deal with people standing around the matrix machine right in front of you. It’s just weird. Only a handful of express room machines were saved and they are lumped into the back of the main room. Got rid of the express workout room which was my main reason for coming here; a new abductor and adductor in one machine and it is just awkward to work on. The seat on it is too big and the pads dig into my legs on each workout and I’m sore for a few days. The old machines were better and easier to use. The back room is a cluster of people laying on the floor squeezing in their own workout or personal training going on. The express workout room is wasted space now with random weight machines and free weights that always seems to be empty. It is terrible. Not sure why you couldn’t put the old adductor/abductor in there. The only reason I came back to this location and not the Plymouth one was my job location changed again this time permanently and when I came back to the new updates I was shocked. Not happy but have no choice. I’m just one person but it’s goofy layout. Can’t please everyone so it is what it is for now.

Beware of this gym’s shady billing practices. I’ve attempted to cancel my membership multiple times since 2017, yet they’ve continued to withdraw money from my account—totaling over $1,900 to date. I followed their in-person cancellation policy in June 2017 and signed the required documents, yet the charges never stopped. Even after speaking directly with the owner a month ago, who confirmed my membership had indeed been canceled back in 2017 and promised someone would contact me about a refund, I received no follow-up—only more debits.

Today, when I called again, the owner refused to speak with me and passed me off to an assistant manager, who emailed me false records stating my membership started in 2021 and only requested cancellation in 2025. That’s simply untrue. This feels like deliberate dishonesty, and it’s unacceptable. If you decide to cancel your membership, don’t assume it’s handled—watch your bank statements closely. And to the owner: just remove my information and refund what’s owed. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from any business.

The Audubon Planet Fitness is Fantastic. There is plenty of space, machines, equipment, etc. The most important aspect of this Planet Fitness is its cleanliness. There is always someone dusting, washing, vacuuming or refilling cleaning stations. I would think all members appreciate this thoughtfulness the most.

I have been to so many Planet Fitness' in the greater Philadelphia area. This one is so good. I was greeted upon arrival. It was so clean. The layout was great. I didn't feel judged or on top of anyone. It was great - I will be back. The music could have been louder, but I always think that.

Clean and friendly. The trainer here was awesome today. It was my first time there and I had lots of questions. I recently had a knee replacement, and Mark, the trainer, offered me loads of information and suggestions. I never felt rushed or that my questions were dumb or too much. I left so much more knowledgeable about what machines and exercises that will help. He also encouraged me to begin weight training to round off and enhance my full experience. The (2) Team Members (Adrianna & Robbie) that work at this location are phenomenally friendly, they’re always working whether cleaning the facility, working with members & guest and they always have a wonderful attitude & smile!!

I’m not sure what they’re paid; however, they should be paid more because they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.

Robbie has opened the gym, on time @ 5am, after the snow we got Sunday, and it’s MLK’s Birthday.

Adrianna ALWAYS has a smile on her face, and always gives you a warm welcome when she’s not working the floor.

These (2) members are AWESOME SAUCE, and deserve so much more than what they are given/paid!! They really make this location a friendly & I recommend anyone looking for a gym to stop here 1st.

You will not regret it!!! I love it here!!!

This location in particular isn't one that I would usually visit due to me living out of town but, I am so glad I did. There is a very sweet young lady by the name of Jordyn who was at the front desk on 1/11/25. Her customer service and overall personality is completely unmatched to say the very least! She is an amazing soul with beautiful energy! I would also like to mention that Dana is also an employee that deserves to be recognized! Her personality and professionalism made me feel comfortable and allowed for a great visit. These two ladies are awesome and deserve everything great that comes their way!

I go to 4 PF locations in the general area and this one is my favorite. It is always clean and the machines are all newer and most have the digital timers on them which I rely on to time my sets. There are plenty of machines and I rarely need to wait to get on one. Josh and Jordan are usually on staff while I'm there and both these guys are attentive and cordial and keep the place stocked and looking great. An important note - this place is always well cooled in the summer and warm in the winter which I can't say the same for at some of the other locations. I wish the men's locker room was vented a little better, but can't take a star off because of the building.

I like that you are very specific where people can use their cell phones and what types of clothing they should wear. People don't always adhere to these rules, but for the most part they do. But, there have been occasions for me when someone is on an exerciser and using their phone and I have to wait to take my turn. I like this gym because it has a reasonable charge and they have rules. I love my Planet Fitness. The equipment is clean and well maintained. There is a young man there, Josh who wipes the machines down often and he updates me on any changes. He kept the equipment clean prior to COVID-19 but now I never see him sitting. He is very conscientious!

Everything was perfect, my only complaint was if you took a shower never had any hit water. I mean painfully no hot water, lol. Buy can't blame employees for that, In fact, they were so amazing and accommodating.
That they deserve 5 out of 5 stars.
Even if even if I had 1 or 2 more problems with the playes but I don't, I highly recommend ithat if that's the kind of gym you're looking for. Everything they say they do. It's exactly what they say.

What is not to like?
Condition & Cleanliness of Equipment and Facility/locker/shower rooms/bathrooms, Choice of Equipment & Free Weights, Courtesy and Response of Employees: are all fantastic. Basically open 7 days a week and open most days 24 hours. Not a social club, but all nice people that say hello when greeted. All for $10 a month and one small annual fee.

I am a Black Card Member, so I pay $10 a month more and get to bring a guest for free; use at no charge for me or my guest the massage chair; the hydro massage bed, the tanning booths or beds; half price on drinks; oh, and I can do all of this at any Planet Fitness Club in the country (great for business and personal trips and vacations)
