This location has been closing outside of the posted hours, and any changes should be communicated in advance. This has caused me inconvenience, and honestly, Iโm considering canceling my membership if this continues. Iโve also noticed that some employees are not very friendly. I would appreciate it if steps were taken to improve the service.

This plain fitness location is fair. Itโs pretty much clean all the time however itโs kinda hard to work out at certain times of the day. Itโs really crowded and people like to sit on equipment using the phone today. I even seen a girl eating Popeyes chicken on a machine. I wish people will come solely to work out and not socialize and eat food on machines. It doesnโt matter what time you come in the female employee with the braids or dreads is always laying down on the massage equipment itโs hard to use it ..the guys there are always at pjp getting alcoholic slushee drinks or smoking weed out the back door of the gym the only person I see that works there is the trainer ..tha manager just sits in the office & when he needs a nap he closes the door and hits the lights

The one star is for not being open on time on Mondays! I have waited as long as ONE HOUR for the club to open. If employees are not responsible enough to open the club, a manager should open it on Mondays. This happens FREQUENTLY and the only thing you get is an apology. But then it happens again!! This never happened at Anytime Fitness. I switched because Planet Fitness is cheaper. I see that the adage is true, โYou get what you pay for.โ

I was visiting Philly this weekend and this gym was 3 mins from where I was staying. Its was clean and quiet. Everybody was working out and not sitting on the equipment on their phone. I was able to complete my workout and get out without having to wait. Friendly front desk worker. I will definitely go there again. Thank you Planet Fitness.

Update & review change: Increased rating since the parking lot lights are all fixed.
Parking lot is too dark at night. The parking lot lights don't work near the gym. Would feel & appear safer if the lights were on. The PF Managers should ask the property management to fix the broken lights. Music is loud. I still hear the gym's music thru my headphones with my music on full blast.

Staff very friendly, polite, and respectful the gym is very clean. Equipment is very clean hours of operation are very flexible. There is a wide variety equipment to meet everyoneโs need. There is the availability of staff to answer all questions or assist you with equipment that you have questions about to assure you are using it correctly.

The men's showers are nasty, during days straight, and apparently no one cares. I talked kindly as possible with one employee and just told me, " Yes, you're not the only one who can smell it. It's like the third person who says that".

Iโm definitely not a person to leave bad reviews but what has occurred is honestly disappointing, pay so much money for this to happen to me. They are breaking all the lockers locks and stealing all your personal belongings. I had a chat with the manger and employees, nothing ever got back to be or resolved. I definitely donโt recommend.

This place is trashy, people working here are loud and very disrespectful. Women restroom is dirty and smells horrible. People training donโt clean up after each use. I had chance to use this location one time and it was horrible. Planet fitness should not even be operating in these area codes.

Conveniently located, spacious, well equipped, friendly staff and very clean. Had an incident recently where someone left a huge disgusting mess in the ladies room bathroom stalls. Reported it to management and the area was promptly cleaned and sanitized, thanks in large part to staff member Kita. She should get a raise for having to clean that awful mess and did it without complaining. Thank you, Kita!

We have been trying to cancel forever. Everytime we call, someone picks up and immediately hangs up the phone. The location in Langhorne even tried to call and then hung up on them. Horrible customer service. I am going to look to reporting the organization to relevant local authorities. I would not bother signing up a membership here, they won't care about you after...

I like that Planet Fitness has a wide variety of machines to use targeting every body part. I like how the gym is beginner friendly but also equipped for the more experienced lifter. I love how clean and spacious the bathroom and locker rooms are. I've only been a member for a very short period of time, but I have enough previous gym experience to know a good facility when I see one๏

This gym is clean and all the machines work. Staff is friendly. I came from another gym that had closed down. I was surprised that I was able to get my same quality workout from Planet. Planet Fitness has a bad reputation, but I actually like it. No complaints, so far.
