To be honest, the only employee that truly stands out to me because of how welcoming, kind, friendly and hard-working she is is Tracy. Watching how good she cleans, makes me feel like this is a well kept environment. She is such a pleasure to see every morning. I do recommend this location . I’ve been a long-time member at Planet Fitness and usually go with my dad, who has also been a member for quite a while. Recently, my membership expired just a few days ago and I wasn’t aware. When we came in, my dad politely asked if I could join him for just one day while we got the membership sorted out.

Unfortunately, the employee named Mike was extremely rude and disrespectful in handling the situation. I completely understand that rules are rules, but there is no excuse for treating loyal members without basic courtesy or respect.

I also had to sit outside and wait for my dad for over an hour. This experience left me very disappointed and makes me question how much Planet Fitness values the people who have supported them for years.

I have been a regular planet fitness member at this location and always have been abiding by the policies and rules which can be seconded by the employees who have been there regularly.
Today Sunday I went to the gym and my 13 yrs old son accompanied me who has been also regular coming to gym with me as he has free membership pass by his school
Today there was an employee named Mike whom I have never seen ever since I joined this club
My Son’s gym pass had expired few days ago and we weren’t aware of it till today
I told him that he accompanied me from home to gym and weren’t aware of his pass expiration and if he could just allow him today only to come with me .
This Guy was very rude and demeaning saying that it is policy that he can’t go and either you pay $20 for a day or upgrade your pass or he just wait outside .
Playing in the name of policy and being racist and demeaning is easy for such ppl .
I requested him a couple of times and then I just made my son wait outside who is just a young kid
I have never ever had any such experience in the past with employees here and all have always been very respectful and nice except this guy Mike !
Being planet fitness member I would request the management and admin that such ppl should not be behind the desk dealing with members.

Again this morning employees did not open up on time at 5am. This is a massive inconvenience for people who wake up at 4:30am to workout before work. I had a really bad experience at Planet Fitness in Willow Grove, PA. The staff, including a manager, were extremely rude. The manager acted as if she were the CEO of Planet Fitness. I received the worst treatment there; it felt as though I was being treated like a criminal. I just want to warn everyone. I pay a monthly fee, but I refuse to continue paying for people to treat me with such disrespect. I have visited many Planet Fitness locations, and this one is the worst. While the facility is very clean, don’t let that fool you—the staff is unprofessional.

I had a terrible experience at Planet Fitness in Willow Grove. After an hour of working out, I was called outside to speak with the manager. When I returned, the staff, especially the manager, spoke to me very rudely, informing me that I couldn’t have my backpack on my back while working out. Although I was given a copy of the gym's policy, it does not specify that carrying a backpack in that manner is forbidden. The manager also mentioned that she didn’t know what was in my backpack. But what does it matter? If I’m using it as weights, I’m not there to hurt anyone.

One staff member even asked me, as I was walking back in, if I had checked in. I found this confusing, as I had paid and had already checked in, yet they questioned my presence. I understand the need for policies, but it's frustrating when the rules seem to change daily. Their attitude continued to upset me for the rest of the day.

My brother has had a rough few years….the one thing he looks forward to is going to the gym, he has been to a lot of PF, this location was mad my brother took a cleaning spray off the workout floor
(witch there a plenty) and sprayed the shower down before he got in and then after !!!! One guy mad a huge deal about it… next day he came in and brought his own bottle of cleaning spray, then 2 guys came at him for having his own spray!!!
My brother has no car and again, has had a ruff couple years, and does not deserve this kind of attack over cleaning the shower….. I have called the location and left a message for manager to call me and that was over a week ago !!!! I will reaching out and going further then this post !!!!

Poor customer service. I submitted several online feedback forms about a cleanliness/safety concern I experienced while at this gym and no one has followed up with me. They said they called me several times but I never got a single phone call. I put a membership cancellation request in the day after the incident occurred and I still got charged for the following month.
I will be finding a higher quality gym to go to.

Very small & cramped gym.
All of the free weights are wedged up in the front by the window, which I personally hate but whatever. I waited about 15/20 minutes for an open bench, which is ok because it was busy. However, when I went to grab some dumbbells, I noticed most of the weights were missing. Then I noticed a few guys were hogging most of the weights! They had all of the 15lbs to 30lbs dumbbells around them, not being used.
Bad gym etiquette! I also saw 3 different guys popping their chest & shoulder pimples in the mirrors in front of the smith machines.
The guy at the front was polite & the equipment seemed to be clean (minus whatever splattered on the mirrors from zit guys).

Great gym. No one bothers you. I feel completely comfortable being here. I’m back from a shoulder replacement surgery and I’m finding many machines to help me strengthen the shoulder.
The only thing I wish was available was something to stretch and strengthen my neck from an auto injury. I get no relief even though PT. Not Planet Fitness’ issue. :)

Just like with any planet fitness, they have a little bit of free weights, and a lot of biy of cabled weights, that have that rubber band effect at higher weights, if you don't like that, Planet Fitness is definitely not for you. But, if you know how to work out Planet Fitness, like the McDonald's of the hamburger world, is everywhere. So if you travel, it will definitely be worth the $25 for the black membership as their gyms are at least a thousand times better than a hotel's that you would be staying in on your business or leisure travels.

Very disappointed in this Planet fitness location. I decided to cancel my membership after 2 years. Management would NOT reimburse me my yearly membership fee even though it was just paid 2 weeks prior to the cancelation. Management was very matter affact about the situation. Alexis could have offered me a free month or 2 of working out at the gym to alleviate the sting of losing my yearly membership fee, but she dismissed my unhappiness of the situation. I'm in customer service and this is certainly not a way to build clientele and make a member for life. I will never recommend this location. I went to Planet Fitness for a while and I had an incident where a girl accused me of taking pictures if her. Even though I let her check my phone twice to let her know that I DID NOT take any pictures of her this Planet Fitness still canceled my membership because they say they have "footage" of me taking pictures and when I asked to see this "footage" they denied me of seeing the "footage" and still canceled my membership. I thought this was a place of safety I was very wrong as though I felt I was being interagated by this girl. I am very disappointed by the staff of the Planet Fitness. I felt as if I was profiled and criminalized based on the color of my skin. I couldn't even defend myself and felt like the manager just believed the words of the women.

After allowing time to pass with no exercise for several months after joining PF, I came in to schedule an appointment with the trainer (Myles). After explaining what I wanted to do, Myles set me up for the 30-minute circuit with him the next day as well as a one-on-one with him a few days after. I realized how out of shape I am, since my last PF journey was in 2013. Almost ten years...geez! I stuck it out for that 30-minute session today, and I look forward to coming back in a couple of days. My goal is to work out after work, but it looks like I may be able to do 30-minute jaunts during my lunch hour, because I only live across the street from the mall PF is located in. I exceeded my expectations by working with the PF trainer to set and attain my goals ten years ago. So, here I go again!!

I love the 30 minute express workout, but I am frequently frustrated by other members and occasionally trainers that tie up equipment in the area with unrelated workouts. On more than one occasion I've had to wait for equipment because other members are using the equipment for multiple sets which is not it's intended use. The area is specifically designed and timed so no one ever has to wait for a machine. Other than that, PF is perfect. Love the hydro massage and massage chairs and I've even used the Total Body Enhancement machine which was really cool. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I am a Black Card member and will continue as one for the foreseeable future.

This is my favorite location to get my workout in! the 30 minute circuit and PF 360 are nice and tucked away which I love!
