Ok so I decided to join PF a month ago not even knowing about the personal trainers available to us as members!! I opted to train with John Trimble and he is tough!! Horrible. Never really have time to go out and exercise, and when I do, theres far too many people in the tiny facility they have. Haven't gone for literally years (while continuously charging my account) yet try to say I owe them money? Well, I have canceled my membership and I will be requesting my profiles and accounts be deleted as well, and I will never consider or recommend anyone use planet fitness. Extremely predatory practices that they intentionally make it difficult to get out of.

Considering the small space, they’re putting an extreme amount of people inside where there’s lines at machines and people just sit there watching tv. Trying to wipe my bench down, no paper towels in multiple boxes.. Rush hour is always beyond those google estimates and it’s been getting worse.. hard to consider trying to go for a workout much less paying for a membership to have to wait in line. Found a nice larger and much more personable gym nearby that I’ve switched to. And when I chose to cancel the reason I gave is that there are lines at the machines and people are being rude and inconsiderate.

I received my cancellation letter and it says “no time/insufficient usage”. Because that’s not true and I explained myself is the only reason I’m posting here. There’s not enough room and it’s a waste of time to show up for a facility that isn’t prepared to provide what they offer.

This is my favorite location. The staff is always friendly and pleasant! The gym is always clean and I enjoy working out there! I have been to a few out of state locations and they don't compare to how welcomed I feel at the Willow Street location!! Thank you 💕

The staff is incredibly rude. They ignored my mother and I when attempting to ask for assistance. She is older and struggles with walking. She wanted someone to be sure the women’s bathroom floor wasn’t wet before entering but no one paid attention to her. They treated us like we were in their way from scrolling on their phones behind the desk. We left before exercising and my mother refuses to ever return to this location.

Greeted by the manager James what a great guy. If you haven't been there you really need to see this remodeled Fitness gym especially the Black card room massage chair hydromassage. Cold plunge type chair in 15 minutes naturescape video chair. What a great experience so far.

My husband and I travel a lot, so I have been to many planet fitness’s. I am so impressed with this one. Employees are so friendly, the gym is so clean, and I never have to wait to use the equipment. This is the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. Everyone is super friendly; there truly is no judgement; the classes with Miranda are phenomenal and are such a gift; and it is affordable! This one is infinitly better than the one in millersville. The showers are way more private and you get a nice discrete area to put your stuff and a curtain. And the staff are very friendly and this place just feels much more welcoming. Solid recommend so far.

Being a black card member and traveling around so much, I have seen many different set ups with PF! This is by far one of my favorites. It is small, but with a lot of equipment packed into it! It was not crowded on a Saturday afternoon which was fabulous!
Jackson the general manager was also a blast to work with! I can not wait to get back to this gym!!!!!

It’s a great place. I am three minutes away from the one at millersville Pike, but I prefer to go to Willow because it is the same owner, restrooms are nice and clean. Five stars , but the one at millersville Pike. Is nasty the floor it’s like a quarter inch of hair with no exaggeration at the corners I mean; you cannot put your mat at the floor because it’s dirty, most of the time are two or three people at the desk but I never seen someone cleaning the floor or mopping.

They have the new Les Mills spin bikes and it is so nice to go to the gym, hop on a spin bike, and have an instructor LED workout anytime of the day. I feel like my workout experience is catered to my schedule.

Decided to start rating PF's since I travel frequently and stop at gyms all over. For me, cleanliness and the shower flood factor are my main concerns. This location was up to date with appearance and I had a nice shower that didn't end up all over the bathroom floor. At least in the women's locker there was a floor drain and the showers had enough space. It's really frustrating in other gyms, so whoever designed this one had common sense. The location too was decent in a pleasant shopping center.

PF Granite run is a nice gym to go work out at. It's clean and fun if u take a friend. In the summer it is nice and cool w AC on. Price is really good and has massage chairs and hydrobeds blackcard members can use. If u wanna workout in the middle of the night this is the place😊

I love Planet Fitness overall. I was a member years ago, and just started back. Online it said that there were policies in place to reduce the spread of Covid, like requiring masks when not working out, and turning off every other treadmill to encourage distancing. None of these things were happening. I was the only person I saw wearing a mask, including the staff members. Very disappointed.

The facilities are very nice, but I was really disappointed when I came down the other day to sign up and work out (10/7/21). I was sent home because I did not have my bank account info with me. I input my personal info at the desk and would have signed up immediately upon arriving home. The staff, however, refused to give me a one-day pass. I was upset and called back when I got home, but the staff told me they can't let just anyone in off the street to work out. I wasn't just anyone! I was trying to sign up! I would have been happy to sign a waiver. I just don't understand why I couldn't have been granted the one-day pass that is advertised on Planet Fitness main website.
