My experience at Platoon has been amazing! I had the opportunity to train alongside my son, and our trainer Max created a personalized plan for each of us based on our individual goals. He also added extra exercises he believed would benefit me. I started with a shoulder injury, and Max thoughtfully incorporated mobility, core, and strength training into my sessions. Within just two months, my shoulder pain was completely gone, and the focus shifted to building strength.

This is an all class establishment! When I first walked in, each trainer greeted me with a smile and a good morning at 5:50 AM. Prior to onboarding, their CEO called me multiple times and chatted me up. By no means am I one of their bigger clients, but he treated me as such. My trainer is great and gives awesome attention to detail and comes to sessions timely and prepared. I originally signed up to get "in shape" for my daughter's wedding. I've trained at other places before, but this is by far the best fitness experience I've had. I train once or twice a week with Emily in Bryn Mawr. She is funny, personable and knowledgeable about her job. I've noticed that I have more stamina and much better range of motion than I had when I started. One more thing: the other staff members are awesome, too.

I have had a phenomenal experience with Platoon. I reached out to Todd, the owner, in June 2022, and told him about myself and my fitness goals. He connected me with Emily who has been absolutely amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable. At first, I was training to prepare for surgery, but after I recovered, I went back because I enjoyed working out with Emily so much. I was just training for general fitness, and most recently I started to prepare for tennis season. As I kept changing my goals, Emily was able to create programs that met my needs. I love Emily!! I took her Thursday class at Morgan and it was AMAZING!! Emily pushes, encourages, and provides modifications for all types of exercises. But seriously they do serious training with cutting edge techniques and incredibly professional staff. Many of my family members work out there and it's always individually tailored to what the client needs and wants. You will never be bored and it will never be overwhelming it's always just right. And the massage therapy is incredible. Worth every penny for personal training and more.

The equipment selection is great. Working out with co-workers is encouraging and taking a little time during the day to get a workout in really boosts your energy and helps broaden your creativity in problem solving. I love the personalized workout and how well my trainer Matt knows my strengths and weaknesses. I like that the trainers all have knowledge of how to tailor workout to avoid my particular physical issue (problem knee, bad foot). I have been going to Platoon Fitness for 6 months and have had an experience that has exceeded my expectations. The collective staff are subject matter experts in fitness training and each has a unique background that, as a team, adds to the overall talent. I usually work with Bill and Rashan who are both attune to my goals and progress. They are amazing and never have I had the same exact workout twice. I have had some acute and chronic knee issues and had some deep muscle work by Dave to help with proper mechanics and mobility. The results were noticeable and helpful in a very short time. What has been most enjoyable is that you can bring a friend or child to work out with you. I bring my adolescent kids all the time and it sends a terrific message in terms of healthy living, promotes positive time together, and is a lot of fun. The trainers are much younger than me and enthusiastically relate to the kids, so there is no struggle to get them to come for a workout. I have only positive things to say about my experience at Platoon Fitness.

I received 60 minutes of licensed massage therapy from Dave in Bryn Mawr and it was extraordinary. I hadn't ever received a massage from someone so well-educated, and the work he did made a noticeable difference on my mobility and physical freedom. Highly recommended!
