Years ago, I had a membership. I let it go because the facility had went down. I heard that renovations have been done to the building, I’m assuming that included the Health club. I called again today, And actually reached a person on the phone. But to my disappointment now you can only join if you live in the building. I guess I’ll keep looking for somewhere else to join.

Poor customer service, I've been out trying for a whole 2 months to get in contact with someone to join the health club.
The voicemail is always filll and and you can't never leave a message.
We went to the facility to talk with a gentleman at the front desk.
He try to get us some information still unsuccessful.
I would not recommend this Plaza(GYM) to anyone. I repeat do not go there very unprofessional.
Go to another gym and enjoy your workout.
Very Disappointed!

AMAZING HIDDEN GEM TO EXERCISE IN!!ITS NEVER A CROWD AND STAFF IS SUPER FRIENDLY.EQUIPTMENT ALWAYS CLEAN AND THERE IS OLYMPIC SIZE POOL.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
