Really enjoyed my time with Nate and would highly recommend. He taught me good form practices that increased my confidence after my back surgery. He also does a great job incorporating nutrition guidance with an exercise plan. My family and friends commented on noticeable
improvememts to my health and weight. Nate is also a wonderful person who teaching and wisdom beyond the gym.

Nate assesses your body’s strengths and weaknesses and tailors your program so that you make steady progress towards your fitness goals. He makes keen observations on your performance and listens to your feedback; and makes adjustments accordingly. Nate’s individual attention enables each person to get the maximum results while being closely monitored. I had a nagging pain in my hip that I was having treatment for for three months. After just one session with Nate and he alleviated the pain in my hip, just like that!! I would recommend working with Nate without hesitation. He is knowledgeable, understanding, and very effective as a trainer. Thanks Nate!!

I am a 66 year old lifetime athlete who tends to get sidelined from favorite activities ( hiking and pickleball) due to injury. When a knee injury was keeping me off the court, I saw Coach Nate’s IG page and thought I would give it a try. After all I had already tried traditional physical therapy as well as some home remedies. Nothing I tried was working. I booked my NKT evaluation with Nate and learned so much about how my muscles were working and in some cases not working. After one session I felt improved. After 8 sessions I am happy to say, not only am I back on the court but I am a stronger and better player than I was before. Nate is knowledgeable, shows compassion and is a pleasure. If you want to improve what your body can do for you I highly recommend Nate Simmers.

I've been working with Coach Nate for just over a year now, and have never felt better. I have an office job and sit all day, and have always put off exercising. I decided to finally do something about it, and I'm so grateful to have been referred to Nate.

Nate is an amazing personal training and is highly knowledgeable in his field.
