I love Power And Glory Fitness!!! Ben Davis is the best, you can be at any level and feel comfortable at his gym. He takes his time with you if you need help.I have never felt out of place at his gym. It is like another family at Power And Glory Fitness.

Power and Glory Fitness is the most challenging and most rewarding thing I have ever done. If it is your first time working out or if you are an experienced athlete, you will leave the session a better version of yourself. All the exercises are modified for your particular level of expertise. Also, the atmosphere is always encouraging!

I've been going to Power and Glory Fitness for almost 5 years, and it has truly changed my life. I've lost weight and I've become stronger and more fit. The work-outs, atmosphere and people are all great. I thought about working out for a long while before I actually tried it. I shouldn't have waited. The workouts will push you no matter whether you are a beginner or advanced. Your workout will be structured for your fitness level. I'm so glad that I came to that first session. Now, I don't like to miss a session. Thanks to Power and Glory for helping me to meet my fitness goals!

I have been going to P & G for the past two years. The gym is unique in what is done, how it is done, and who does it.
EVERY workout pushes you to be better. I can't get enough P & G. Ben is an excellent Cross Fit coach.
I recommend that you give it a try.

A couple of years ago I found my body completely transformed in a matter of months and not in a positive way. My body develops hypothyroidism almost overnight and I put on 50 pounds in 4 1/2 months. I've always been fairly thin and so I found myself devastated and depressed. Since then I've tried different medications the doctor prescribed me, I tried to work out at home, and I even went to a gym with a friend of mine. But none of it really motivated me and I found that I had only lost 10 of the 50 pounds in a two-year period. I know Ben the owner of this Gym from church. And I would see some of his post and his energy has always inspired me. Out of curiosity I went onto his Facebook page to find the link for the gym that I knew he ran and I got on the website and was extremely surprised as to how affordable it was. Because of that I found myself wondering if it was going to be the type of intense workout that I truly needed in order to get my life back together and feel good about myself once again. Friday night was my first time visiting power and glory and my husband tagged along for fun. For the next hour our bodies were pushed to the limit. The way that the class run is exactly what I was looking for. You start out with a warm up which much to my surprise I thought was the workout LOL, and then you go into a fast paced work out that is modifiable for any level. This was perfect for me since I'm so out of shape and starting from scratch. Today was my second time returning and even though I was awfully sore because my body was shocked that I added physical activity to another wise pretty lazy physique. I remember when I got up this morning I thought to myself man I'm not gonna be able to do it again today, but then I remembered that the class was full of people who even though they didn't even know me build me up and pushed me in such a positive way on Friday at my first class but I didn't want to let them down. I am so thankful that I found his website and I joined this class and took that extra step for myself. I simply cannot wait to see the transformation I know is ahead for me and getting myself back where I feel comfortable. I would recommend no matter what level you're starting out at to give this affordable supportive gym a try because I know that my life just changed and that's enough for me to want to tell the whole world.
