Power Train gym is absolutely the best gym in the State College area! I have been at PT for approximately 1.5 years and it has been the only workout/gym routine I have ever been able to keep consistently. The personal trainers are fantastic and very knowledgeable. They teach you proper form for preforming all the exercise routines and they personalize a workout Plan that keeps you challenged and are written specific for your exercise goals. All the Trainers are very encouraging, professional and have great easy going personalities.

The bootcamp classes are so much fun and challenging. But they can also be modified if needed for any specific reason ( such as injury or ability) I had surgery on my hand and was able to still get a great workout during my rehab after the trainers wrote a custom workout plan for me.

Cam, Asia and Gabby are some of the best trainers at PT and also amazing people who make you feel like you are part of a family at PT.

I joined Power Train with my husband just over two years ago. I've always been an athlete, runner, and an avid gym-goer. Past injuries had prevented me from running and I was seemingly optimizing my cardio and strength training....I thought I knew what I was doing...until I joined Power Train. :-) I've never seen such a difference in my body. The HIIT style bootcamp classes are a great way to get your heart rate up, build endurance/cardio, and have fun with a diverse group of people all at varying fitness levels. The classes can easily be modified for more or less intensity, and the trainers do a great job of coaching. The personal training has been a fantastic for my body and mind - I've never been this strong and I love that the structure of the workouts and how frequently they change. Cam and his team are wonderful and I would recommend Power Train to anyone looking to push themselves and have fun!

I really like the philosophy behind this gym. The bootcamp classes are intense and well taught. The instructors are excellent at coaching form and modifying the class so that anyone of any fitness level (advanced to beginner) can get a good workout from attending.
