Such an an encouraging and fun place to work out. Everyone is always positive. I've gained strength and confidence from my training. My trainer, Caleb is great. And he'll modify my routine if needed. I put off getting a trainer for a long time. Going to Reach makes me wish I started aooner.

I cannot say enough good things about Brian Reed. He has helped me so much with my own physical health, mobility, and muscle imbalances. He is incredibly conscientious, taking detailed notes during each session recording my exercises, performance, reps, and customizes and adjusts exercises for me on the spot when needed. I really hate exercising too, but I look forward to my sessions with Brian because I can see how much it helps me even after a few weeks. I even signed my eight year old daughter up to work with Brian to work on some asymmetric weakness, and she loves her sessions and wants to keep going every week. In addition to being a great trainer, he's also very fun and great with kids as well! This is a fantastic small business, such a wonderful asset to the area, and I hope they will be around for years to come.

Reach has helped me recover from two years of a variety of health issues including several heart procedures. Brian has put together a plan that is bringing me back to fitness at a pace my body can accommodate. I’m pushed to achieve more each week but within my body’s limitations. I have been working with Brian twice each week since July 2024. After a difficult few years and my husband’s death from dementia, I settled into a state of inertia. I went to Reach to regain some energy. My goal: to increase my overall strength and sense of balance. Brian challenges me to move beyond my level but is always mindful of my limitations. He is professional, yet friendly, and has never “talked down” to me because of my age or current abilities. The facility is clean, and the staff are welcoming. There is no “gym vibe.” I am very happy with the improvements I have made and plan to continue indefinitely. I highly recommend Reach for More, especially Brian.

The trainers here – Don, Charlene, and Brian – are the best in the area. I’ve had multiple health challenges that have at times significantly limited my mobility, endurance, and strength. In working with Don, the past two years, I’ve been able to achieve fitness levels that I did not think would be possible. Even though it can be two steps forward and one back, I’ve had much smoother recovery periods and overall feel so much better than when I started. They work with your preferences, limitations, and strengths to develop tailored programs to meet your goals. The sessions are 1:1, in a more private setting, focusing on functional gains. Whether you’re looking to take on a race, wrestling with an injury, or just want to move better and live healthier, you can’t go wrong with the folks at Reach for More. Their studio is clean and bright and very well-equipped, and trainers Don, Charlene, and Brian are experienced, knowledgeable, and super friendly and caring. I’ve been working with Don for years; he’s coached me through multiple races (including a full Ironman at age 57!), and now we’re focusing more on serious strength training. Because of that, I’m in the best overall condition of my adult life and continuing to set personal records in my long-distance swimming adventures. My husband trains here too, and is playing golf better than ever, pain-free and with much less fatigue. Whatever your goal, these pros will help you get there!

I went to Reach for More for a serious bit of time to help get me out of an exercise funk. I was having issues with my lower back and right shoulder. While there I worked primarily with Brian Reed. Brian is extremely knowledgeable regarding exercise science and all the workouts were designed to help me build strength and repair those damaged areas. It was eye opening to work with him and learn how I can still exercise to help improve and stabilize those areas. Definitely recommend Reach for More to anyone experiencing pain and discomfort. Exercise truly is one of the best forms of medicine, and the machines and plans created by the staff at Reach for More are fantastic as well. Definitely ask about their Keiser Machines, it isn't something you'd see at a normal gym!

I've gone to Reach for more for group classes and loved the experience. Don knows how to adjust the class to make it harder for those that need more of a challenge and easier for those that need a break. I absolutely love Reach for More!!! The trainers are all super friendly and encouraging. They customize a program specifically for you and your needs and they constantly change and adapt it to make sure you are getting results. The options are also really flexible and my trainer created an at home program to help me keep up with my fitness on my own too. The facility is very clean, well organized, and full of awesome equipment that I really enjoy!! I am so incredibly pleased with the results I've achieved as a result of Reach For More!!! In just a short time, I've been relieved of my lower back pain and I'm now able to keep up with carrying my toddlers and playing with them. I love Reach Personal Training because they create a tailored workout specific to what I need to improve my quality of life. When I started, I was dealing with lower back and hip pain on a daily basis and was avoiding activities that I knew would aggravate my issues. Six months later, I am feeling about 90% better, I able to golf and garden with occasional stiffness, but no pain. I have not felt this good in years! Thanks, Reach!

I would recommend Reach to anyone looking to improve their fitness level. The workouts are custom tailored to you and you can get more of a workout in 30 minutes here than 60 minutes at your typical gym. Individualized training is worth it and Reach for More is the best.

I don't often give a 5-star rating. Don earned his. I've been training with him for a couple of years now. In that time, I went from being unable to run a mile without stopping to completing my first full Ironman triathlon. Yeah, I put in the work, that's for sure. But Don makes sure the work I put in gives me the biggest bang for the effort. He keeps me focused and he keeps it fun. I'm an "experienced" guy and still love playing basketball. I asked Don if he could help me become more explosive to help run and jump with the younger guys. He developed a plan and WOW, I had no idea I could work that hard in 30 minute sessions. After 4 weeks, Don & Charlene increased my quickness and vertical and I'm able to show the young bucks a thing or two. Highly recommended for any age!
