Reinforce Performance and Training is a private, personal training, sports performance, and group class training facility in Latrobe, PA. We believe people can lead stronger, happier, healthier lifestyles through progressive barbell strength training. We have worked with everyone ranging from Division I athletes to 80-year-old cancer patients and everyone in between. 6 months ago I came across Reinforce. I was looking for more than a traditional gym setting. That's what I found. Thus far I'm down 45 pounds! I'm feeling great and sticking with it. Highly recommend! Very positive, supportive atmosphere. I just hit age 60 and felt I needed to get my body in order as I lost one of my parents at age 64β¦ I figured I was probably too far gone, but I can feel myself getting stronger and more fit every day. Not only that Iβm just mentally happierπ Love the people that Iβve met through the gym too. Great group of people β₯οΈ

I wish I could give 5 more stars to RPT! Zach has more than exceeded my expectations as a trainer! He is so knowledgeable in his practice and is dedicated to helping me to achieve my goals! He holds me accountable for my nutrition and gives me guidance to continue to become the healthiest version of myself! He has taught me to believe in myself and pushes me to my limit in each session! Even when I want to give up, he pushes me through it (I am thankful he doesn't give in to my whining)
Justin is also a great asset to RPT! He makes each session fun and he is very good at adding weight to your routine without even realizing it. I've become much stronger over the last 6 months! I look forward to every session at RPT!

I canβt say enough great things about Reinforce. Zach has built a wonderful gym and an amazing supportive community focused around health and fitness. Zach and team provide the tools, support and assistance to help you work towards your goals.
In the 3 months since Iβve joined; Ive lost 20 lbs, gained strength, muscle, healthier eating habits, sleeping better and met a lot of supportive people that make me look forward to working out even at 6:30am.
The workouts change each day and they offer modifications to meet you where you are to help build your strength and confidence. If you are looking for a great fitness community, I highly suggest checking out Reinforce Performance and Training in Latrobe.

I have been going to Reinforce now for about 12 weeks. I decided to sign up because I was going through a very stressful time in my life. I haven't looked back since. Zach has been with me every step of the way. I can't thank him enough. I've lost over 10lbs and built so much more muscle then I've ever had in my entire life. Zach and Reinforce are so much more then a gym. Its a family with positive people all around you that are there for the same goals. I go to this gym to lift weights but really I believe that Reinforce and the community lift me. I'm very lucky to have stumbled into this gym. It's truly changed my life. If you're thinking about joining a gym, this is the place.

Reinforce really helps dial down your personal fitness needs and get you on the right track. I've been working out there for a bit and lost almost ten pounds. Def recommend to increase stamina, lose fat, and stay on track.

when i say you can rely on zach to keep you consistent every week and push you past your limits, i mean it. of all the coaches i worked with, he always pushed me the hardest and made sure i made absolute progress every single workout whether it was weight, volume, or both. he is a very experienced trainer who taught me more than i could ask for about fitness. because of him not only has my hockey performance changed for the better, but my life as a whole as he introduced me to what the gym is really about. highly recommend his training and checking out his place no matter what your goal is he will act accordingly to help you improve upon yourself specially towards that goal.
