Schock Fitness & Pilates, located in (Erdenheim) Glenside, PA offers private and group Pilates and personal training. Pilates training is completed on the reformer, tower and mat. Online fitness classes incorporate cardio, strength training, balance training, core development and stretching. Youth and children running programs are also provided.

Myself and my daughter started Pilates at Shock Fitness in September 2023. I love my sessions with Becky and look forward to them every week. Becky always takes the time to make sure you understand the movements and are comfortable progressing forward. Can’t recommend her enough.

Have been working out with Becky since the pandemic. Thank goodness she’s continued with the zoom class as I don’t live in the area. She’s clear with instructions, challenges all ages and body types, has a cross section of cardio, strength training, balance and stretching which we all can use. Highly recommend

I have more recently started working with Becky Schock. I am just getting back to Pilates on a reformer after a fractured spine. It has been such a pleasure to meet Becky personally and also she has taught me so much in a relatively short period of time! After our weekly session, I always feel the “good sore” in my triceps, core and legs. I look very forward to my session with her each week! And looking forward to lots more Pilates in 2025! Working with Rebecca since 2020 has done amazing things for my core strength and overall fitness! When I started out, I was unable to do even basic core exercises and cannot believe the gains I've made in working with her. Rebecca meets clients where they are and, while being highly sensitive to any existing issues, helps you achieve improvements in your health. Rebecca has incorporated reformer Pilates, strength training, aerobic and flexibility work into my weekly workouts. FANTASTIC training and highly recommend Schock Fitness!

I never thought I'd last this long in on-line fitness since exercising is not my favorite activity. I started with Becky's on-line cardio right before Covid and I'm still going strong. The classes are designed for people with young minds but older bodies and mix a perfect blend of cardio, strength and balance exercises. Becky is a wonderful instructor and friend who understands our needs. She demonstrates multiple options for exercises so that everyone can participate comfortably. Her encouragement and positivity creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The Zoom classes not only keep us engaged but have foster a friendly and caring fitness family. Since joining my fitness family, I've noticed improvement in my own balance and energy. Becky's workouts provide a safe, supportive way to enhance fitness and you don't have to go out in the cold! Doing Becky’s cardio/strengthening class 3x a week for the past 3 years has been beneficial to me. Core strengthening helping my balance and weight training keeping me strong as I age. Becky is knowledgeable and able to give clients options to perform the moves during class. She’s also fun.

I've been training once a week with Rebecca for 5 months at Schock Fitness & Pilates. I immediately felt stronger, more balanced, and just generally happier. Our sessions are challenging enough that I can feel it in my muscles the next few days but not so sore that I don't want to go back. The progress I've made on the Reformer is shocking. I've taken classes with Becky for almost 20 years. She is a phenomenal instructor. My favorite sessions are Reformer/Tower Pilates. Becky creates a program for each individual person tailored to their needs and goals. I have gained core strength, increased flexibility and balance taking Pilates with Becky. I also take her online mat Pilates classes on Saturday mornings! It's a great way to start the weekend! Becky makes the classes fun and challenging. Rebecca is welcoming, warm, adn a wealth of knowledge. Her approach to teaching is detailed without being overwhelming. She makes the pilates session fly by, but by no means does she cut corners or cheat you of a real workout. I appreciate her level of detail. Rebecca's teaching techniques make the new challenges easier to grasp, so you can spend more time working your muscles and less time being frustrated nailing the form. I never thought I'd like pilates, but I genuinely enjoy my sessions at Schock.

Rebecca from Schock Pilates is phenomenal! She is a Master Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer.
