Strength Rx, LLC is a private strength and conditioning facility. Working one on one or in a small group with athletes or anyone trying to improve their performance, fitness and health. I am the only person you will work with here. You will not be handed off to anyone. I have 30 years of experience helping people improve themselves. If you have previous injuries or any other nagging issues, I might be able to help improve those issues to get you moving and feeling better. If you're an athlete, I can get you stronger, faster and reduce injury potential for your given sport. There are no gimmicks here just proven programs that will improve you if you have the desire and are willing to put in the work.

One of the best places to go if you are looking to improve your physical health! Chip is an incredibly knowledgeable man who will help you achieve your goals and teach you the correct lifting forms to strengthen and protect your body. You will receive a workout plan curated specifically for you so that you see the results you want. I have been going to Strength RX for many years and couldn’t be happier with the results and guidance I have gained here. You won’t find another workout program like it anywhere else. This is a constant test of both physical and mental fortitude that one can build while strength training under strict supervision. Constant attention is paid to one’s form, posture, progress, and overall goals. Leave any ego or prior knowledge of lifting at the door and let yourself be trained by someone whose mind is as sharp as a Diamond when it comes to strength conditioning, fitness, and physical health. Ask yourself one thing before you go in… Are you willing to put in the hard work? I’ll choose this place over any other facility out there.
So many people make up excuses for themselves and will blame and point the finger at others as a reason to why they are not in shape. Chip, the trainer, cares about each and every one of his clients, and he doesn’t let you forget that you are your own worst enemy. That you’re the only one to make the excuses for yourself. You will be the one to put in the hard work. I’ve trained on and off with Chip since I was 12 years old and I’m 32 now. He has seen me grow up, change over the years, and even helped me learn valuable lessons. I never could have asked for a better mentor in my life and I’d trust him with literally anything.

I’ve known Chip and have trained with him for 27 + years. An attentive and very knowable trainer that will focus on what you need for improvement, whether that is general fitness or sports specific. A ‘no bull’ place to train where hard work will show results.
