This was my gym of choice while living in Conshy for several years. The place is great, everyone is just there to work out. Staff was always nice and kept the place clean. Never had any issues with anyone else working out there or people trying to film. Some equipment would be down for months but some time last year they finally got a big shipment of new machines in. Didn't ever really stop me from getting a good workout in. Bathrooms are dingy but not unclean, just old. Kinda sad to be moving away.

The gym has nice equipment that is kept up but there are no plates. Hard to do a workout without weight on the equipment. But everything else is nice. Nice staff too.

This gym is awesome. They don’t just have regular gym equipment, but the owner invests in a lot of functional fitness gear you cannot find anywhere else. Belt squat machine, rogue GHD, rogue sleds, rogue bumper plates, assault bikes, ski ergs, and even a reverse hyper, they have them all. A cool vibe too. Great gym for those who want to get a great workout!

Unbelievably bad service. You try and speak to a manager directly…good luck you will never know when one is scheduled. You will never get a direct number then when one happens to be there you won’t get any information to prove they actually work there. While speaking to someone who claimed they were the manager/owner he belittled me, yelled at me, told me they couldn’t “take my word for it” all while I was saying I canceled my membership and would like a refund for the annual fee considering I had not been to their gym for 5 months why would I want to be charged for a service I cancelled. Their idea of a customer taking accountability is them saying their gym is the best out there when truly, I stopped going because the equipment is old, people don’t clean up after themselves, without steady management there is no possible way to be sure that the place is clean when they hire staff who just sit behind the desk to say “sup man” when you walk in the door. Complete narcissist running the place. Then the person who says he owns it says to send an email that will put me in direct contact with his wife, I write an email that is word for word of what happened in my interaction with this guy and obviously the person emailing me back is the guy and he tried to lie in the email to fit his narrative which is to keep the money.

Dirty and stinky gym with antimask & antivax workers. This place must be shut down immediately. The owner and employees do not follow Covid regulations, such as wearing/mandating masks, cleaning the equipment, and maintaining the restroom areas.

Solid gym.
The good: Cheap, very good equipment selection for the price including range of free weights, machines, bands, and kettlebells. Pretty much has everything you need and nothing you don't. Pretty good hours.
The bad: Would be 5 stars, but cancellation must be in person and they charge for a month or two after. Sadly cancellation difficulties are almost standard in the fitness industry, but they're not helping that. Some of the equipment is old and not in great condition but they seem to be upgrading it bit by bit.

I really love this gym. It’s never really crowded when I work out, and it’s nice to see the same faces when I go.. Cory P is an awesome trainer. He makes working out a fun experience. I highly recommend this gym. And if you need a trainer, Cory is the best!

Superfit has everything you need and more (seriously, there is so much and so many different kinds of equipment I've had to google how to use some of them!), great space and they have some hi-tech sanitizing system for cleaning. Great selection of free weights for getting your swole on and machines and cardio equipment to get your cardio on, and there's a turf field. It has low monthly payments as well and a friendly staff and dedicated owner. I'd recommend this gym to anyone!

Do yourself a favor and pick another gym. No one is ever there to help you with any account related issues. No one ever returns phone calls. They also make changes to you agreement without notifying members. I was charged $30 for a “maintenance” fee that I was never notified nor did I agree to on my signed membership agreement. None of the equipment is in good condition or ever repaired if broken. There are much better gyms for the same price if not lower. Choose one of them and avoid any headaches in the future.

:This is a great gym to go to,private lockers for men and women. Showers j ss in each bathroom. And tanning booth for people who like to tan. Plenty of new equipment is available. Plus they have private transactions for hire. Hours are perfect you can go before work or after your choice. Equipment is easy to use. And plenty of parking close to the building. Membership there is fairly cheap. You can pay by the month or year.

I went to the gym for over 3 years almost daily and when I finally had to relocate, I cancelled my account and filled out the necessary paperwork. I learned after a few months that I was still being billed because of a “typo” in the cancellation. I proceeded to call and call and try and get my money back which was about $75. For me this is a lot. However, the owner showed no interest in helping me out and did not care about me at all.

It is very clear to me that there is little to no customer focus mindset in this gym. I wish that I could take back all of my money and give it to a decent person instead. 10/10 would not recommend this gym if you like to have an honest, caring staff.

Does not look like the pictures. Super dirty, the female locker room is disgusting, like you might catch something. Four machines and 2 work. The weights are random, good luck finding a matching pair. This place is just horrible. Go to planet fitness if you need a cheap gym. You will probably catch a disease at this one.

Came here years ago and recently moved back to the area so I got a new membership. The gym does have a few pieces of cardio equipment in disrepair but there are never enough people using them all to have to wait for access to whatever you want. The owner is very nice and is on premises daily. He keeps the place and equipment clean and offers assistance whenever needed. I've never had a bad experience here. The patrons are always courteous and it's not hard to find someone to spot you or offer advice on things such as posture and technique if you need the help.

Definitely does not look like the pictures. The equipment is old and dirty. The ladies room is not very clean. I joined in November 2017 and machines that were broken then are still sitting unfixed since I joined. I feel like it's more of a lifting gym for the guys more than anything. The price was nice, but definitely get what you pay for. 4 stairmasters and only 2 work; ellipticals sit broken and in pieces for months; some wobble in the handles when you get on as if they are about to fall apart. Hardly anyone cleans off the equipment after use.

Going to the gym is fine it's not big it's not small. Their billing was not so great for me. The gym is cheap which is good but this month I was basically triple charged. When I called they said something was sent in the mail unfortunately for me I didn't get it. Normally $20 bucks wouldn't be a problem but this month it came at a bad week. They should use something more reliable. It's about to be 2017

I was a member at Superfit for 2-3 years. I would come in daily, do my work out and leave. This was never a problem being a quiet person until I needed to freeze my account when I left for college. I was still billed $20 a month even with the freeze. When that was finally resolved it was only able to be frozen for 4 months at a time under the $20 plan. At the time I was not informed of this... That is CRAZY! I was billed again after not using the gym for over 4 months and would have been still billed again if I didn't check my accounts constantly. If you are a college student who doesn't come home regularly, than Superfit is NOT the gym for you.

I've been a member here for three years. There is all new treadmills, great friendly employees and personal trainers. No matter what time of day I go there an employee is always cleaning and disinfecting. It's just a great non intimidating no frills (well there is tanning) gym.
