Best full-body workouts ever! Michelle Hinman at Sweat Wellness & Fitness (Walker Drive, Edinboro, PA) is an inspirational fitness instructor and a gem for our Edinboro community. She is motivated, attentive to the needs of her clients, and holds a deep understanding of health and wellness. She can tailor workouts to isolate and target certain muscles, which always results in rewarding whole-body workouts. The sessions that Michelle puts together will leave you feeling the “best kind of tired" and that you are getting stronger, fitter, and healthier with each class. Perhaps most importantly, Michelle always brings positive energy to class, designing workouts and playlists that energize and complement her clients. There is so much joy and fun in the studio! She has created a true community of women who support and encourage each other. Breath-work and stretching exercises at the end of every class help Michelle’s clients achieve a state of well-being and mindfulness. I have felt myself grow stronger both mentally and physically since starting workouts with Michelle a year and a half ago. Michelle offers virtual sessions when she must travel for work, and she is a nutrition coach as well. Don’t hesitate to give Michelle’s classes a try; the first class is free, and you’ll be so happy you did!

Perfect full body, strength, balance and just the right amount of cardio workout! Not the type of class you need to lose weight before you come. This group has all skill levels and is very encouraging and nonjudgmental. Michelle always comes up with effective moves that will make you sore the next day, but in the best way!

Awesome workout! Strength training for the whole body, with a little cardio and balance work sprinkled in. As a senior citizen, Michelle is very encouraging without pushing me beyond my comfort level or ability.
